AK Bark has a really nice variety of dog toys, clothing, accessories, and treats. Everything was easy to find, and the store itself was clean and well stocked. The staff made the experience even better. Everyone was friendly and helpful. No pressure, just good vibes and great customer service. Die frischen hunde kekse sind wirklich eine tolle Idee, und ich finde es super, dass Sie Sachen wie Donuts und Kekse haben. AK Bark hat eine richtig schöne Auswahl an Spielzeug, Kleidung, Zubehör und Leckereien für alle Hunde. Der Laden sauber, übersichtlich und die Regale voll. Das Team hat das Einkaufserlebnis noch besser gemacht. Alle waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kein Verkaufsdruck, einfach eine angenehme Atmosphäre und richtig guter Service. When I picked him up, something felt off. I couldn't pinpoint exactly what had happened, but his behavior was clearly different. Since that visit, he will not let anyone touch his front paws or trim his nails. Before this appointment, he was completely fine with nail handling--I was able to trim them at home without any issues. This change was immediate and has been ongoing ever since. For context, I had previously taken him to the south Anchorage Petco, and he had a completely normal experience there. No fear, no resistance afterward. That's why this shift stood out so strongly. I can't say exactly what occurred during that appointment, but the lasting impact on my dog has been significant. It's been really difficult to work through this fear with him, and it's honestly heartbreaking to see. If you have a sensitive or anxious dog, I would strongly encourage you to ask detailed questions about handling practices and consider how your pet might respond to that environment.
