Wow, I had the best experience here! Tiffany was my artist and walked me through everything because I am woefully inexperienced with nail care. I'd never even gotten a pedicure before! The services were thorough, relaxing, and very well done. She created some beautiful flowers on my nails and I am very pleased with the results! The space is peaceful and clean. I definitely recommend making an appointment, although they honoured me as a walk in. read more

I got my nails done here for my wedding and they were GORGEOUS!! I am obsessed. I brought in a couple different inspo pics and Jenny worked with me to tailor it for exactly what I wanted. They turned out so gorgeous and fun with a 3D feature and the pearls and the gold lined flowers just UGH. Jenny is so good!!! read more

Been here 3 times now, great & friendly service with each experience. Space is clean and has a cute vibe too. Will be back in the future.

LOVE this place & so glad I found it. Always clean, professional & ready to go above & beyond. Having to find a new spot was a bit intimidating as I developed allergies to certain products, but everyone here was very accommodating. Brian has been my preferred nail technician since I was so lucky to find this place & he really is fantastic! Amazing job, every time! read more

So I had a bit of a crisis at the airport lol. I was leaving this morning from ATL and had a layover in Chicago. I got my nails done on Saturday and had a some issues with my luggage and ended up breaking a nail and was so sad. So I got here and came by my sisters place and found this salon nearby. I stopped by quickly to see if they could try and match the nail to the " glazed donut " SNS nails I had with chrome. They got me in right away and fixed it in about 10 minutes! And they did their best to match it exactly with the colors they had. I also had no idea what the references were for the colors I had so he just did it by looking at it! I was really impressed! You can see a very slight bit of sparkle on the one they did but honestly it's not noticeable in real life and only in bright lighting maybe if you looked closely. I'm super happy and so thankful for their speed and skills to match it! Also I was only charged 6$ and they had to remove the other nail, add an extension, ass SNS, add gel polish to match the color and add Chrome!! Highly recommend! They were so nice, I'd definitely come here if I needed to get my nails done again in Chicago! read more

I get manicure/pedicure there regularly and they are always professional, it's clean, comfortable and reasonably priced.

As a testament to the quality of their service, I wore acrylics from them on a month-long trip to go gorilla trekking in Uganda and DIDN'T LOSE A SINGLE NAIL. BACKPACKING IN THE JUNGLE. Insanity. Great job, I'll never go anywhere else. Been coming here for about two years and I don't trust anyone else with my nails anymore. They're consistent, clean, kind, and accommodating. They really want to understand what you're asking for so you leave the salon happy, and don't give you flack when you ask for your nails shorter or an extra coat which I always appreciate. It's rare that they aren't able to squeeze in a walk in, and they're one of the only salons I've ever been to that will be honest with me when they're too busy to take me, rather than making me wait in walk-in-purgatory. read more

Excellent service. They were able to fit me in last minute with an appointment on a Saturday morning. I got gel X extensions. Medium length and almond shape. I got a light orange French tip with a nude base. I started with absolutely nothing and no nails. It came out exactly like I wanted. The girl was a perfectionist, and she took her time to make sure everything was perfect. She also was considerate and asked me my opinion the entire way through. I will definitely go back. It took about two hours for everything. The price was decent for gel X nails with design. Only downside which isn't the salons fault is that parking is really hard so plan ahead. It was the same day as the Puerto Rican festival so that could be why western was so packed up, but I would still plan ahead in the future to get a spot. read more

The best manicure I've had! Linh was very helpful with recommending what service and colors would be best based on what I was trying to achieve. She was efficient while still being meticulous and this is the first nail appointment I've had where I didn't come out with cuts from cuticle trimming. Kind staff, clean space, reasonable prices, and lots of options. This will be my new go-to. read more

This salon is incredible. It is beautifully designed and the owner, Linh, is an amazing and talented nail artist. I don't think I've ever stepped into a nail salon as pristine as this one, it blew my expectations out of the water. I was given the best dip powder manicure I've ever received. I'm very disappointed. I decided to come here to get my nails done before going to a wedding in Malibu. I got a dip powder manicure on MONDAY and on WEDNESDAY, two of my nails fell off. I'm going to get a new manicure now. However their customer service was great, they offered me a free dip manicure to fix the issue, So I appreciate that. read more

I've had the worst luck with nail places recently. Even go-to spots seemed to have gone down in quality and way, way up in the time it takes to get a service done. I tried Chicago Nail Room yesterday-they did a pedicure and a hard gel fill in in less than an hour and a half, and they look great! The staff was all super nice and I love that you can make an appointment online. I found my new place and so happy to have it! read more

The place is phenomenal in a lot of ways but out of nowhere my 60 Dlls fill in set turned 90 dollars? I've been getting acrylics all over the city and have been here before and never had I been charged so much. It wasn't even a design. And it wasn't a full set, it was a fill in. Wow. I've gotten harder designs for 75 Dlls in the same two block radius. Other than that it's a good place to read more

Wanted to love this place from the reviews, but unfortunately my nails are so poorly done. It's been a day and a half and they are already cracking on all sides. These are my natural nails all the dip on the sides is cracked and chipped. The nail tech also used the drill to take them off and it was so hot and aggressive on a natural nail. I prefer to soak off. Disappointed because it was expensive and I left a good tip and now I need to go get my nails redone.... read more

Wow!! I've recently started coming here and I have nothing but good things to say. So the second time I got a dip set with extensions about 2 days after I lost 3 nails. I totally understand that this happens and wasn't even made. I called into the shop and I was happily told to come on in and they gave me a new full set for free!! A lot of shops would not do that so that just shows how kind and how well they treat their customers. Linh did a incredible job on my nails I literally can't stop looking at them!! She is the best I could not recommend this place more read more

Ethan who works here is phenomenal. I've gotten two sets by him and the way he makes sure the nail is prepped properly and isn't rushing makes such a difference. i unfortunately had a mishap with two nails techs who possibly don't have experience with apres gel x and the manager or owner offered me to come back in and get them redone no charge. customer service was great and would highly recommend this place and Ethan. so happy i found this place as it is walking distance from my home. read more
