So I had a bit of a crisis at the airport lol. I was leaving this morning from ATL and had a layover in Chicago. I got my nails done on Saturday and had a some issues with my luggage and ended up breaking a nail and was so sad. So I got here and came by my sisters place and found this salon nearby. I stopped by quickly to see if they could try and match the nail to the " glazed donut " SNS nails I had with chrome. They got me in right away and fixed it in about 10 minutes! And they did their best to match it exactly with the colors they had. I also had no idea what the references were for the colors I had so he just did it by looking at it! I was really impressed! You can see a very slight bit of sparkle on the one they did but honestly it's not noticeable in real life and only in bright lighting maybe if you looked closely. I'm super happy and so thankful for their speed and skills to match it! Also I was only charged 6$ and they had to remove the other nail, add an extension, ass SNS, add gel polish to match the color and add Chrome!! Highly recommend! They were so nice, I'd definitely come here if I needed to get my nails done again in Chicago! read more

As a testament to the quality of their service, I wore acrylics from them on a month-long trip to go gorilla trekking in Uganda and DIDN'T LOSE A SINGLE NAIL. BACKPACKING IN THE JUNGLE. Insanity. Great job, I'll never go anywhere else. Been coming here for about two years and I don't trust anyone else with my nails anymore. They're consistent, clean, kind, and accommodating. They really want to understand what you're asking for so you leave the salon happy, and don't give you flack when you ask for your nails shorter or an extra coat which I always appreciate. It's rare that they aren't able to squeeze in a walk in, and they're one of the only salons I've ever been to that will be honest with me when they're too busy to take me, rather than making me wait in walk-in-purgatory. read more

Excellent service. They were able to fit me in last minute with an appointment on a Saturday morning. I got gel X extensions. Medium length and almond shape. I got a light orange French tip with a nude base. I started with absolutely nothing and no nails. It came out exactly like I wanted. The girl was a perfectionist, and she took her time to make sure everything was perfect. She also was considerate and asked me my opinion the entire way through. I will definitely go back. It took about two hours for everything. The price was decent for gel X nails with design. Only downside which isn't the salons fault is that parking is really hard so plan ahead. It was the same day as the Puerto Rican festival so that could be why western was so packed up, but I would still plan ahead in the future to get a spot. read more

These are my natural nails all the dip on the sides is cracked and chipped. The nail tech also used the drill to take them off and it was so hot and aggressive on a natural nail. Wow!! I've recently started coming here and I have nothing but good things to say. So the second time I got a dip set with extensions about 2 days after I lost 3 nails. I totally understand that this happens and wasn't even made. I called into the shop and I was happily told to come on in and they gave me a new full set for free!!
