From the very beginning she was top notch in clear communication and transparency on each detail/part, and she will include you in the selection process and discuss it with you along the way so that there are no surprises (except for good ones!!) which unfortunately I have experienced with other companies before (led to believe one thing then not so good surprises! ). But with Tiffany there was none of that and she delivers the best experience and includes you every step of the way so you can participate in preferences and know exactly what you're getting (and if anything it'll be even better when you see it in person :) ! ) it's no wonder that I have heard that celebrity clients will all even go to her for their diaper kakes as well. You have the option of picking up at her store or to have it delivered. I say pick it up at her store when it's done if you're able to because not only does it prevent transit damage concerns but you'll also get the chance to see how freaking cute and magical her shop is ! The videos I was able to squeeze in don't do it any justice. Needless to say, everyone loved the diaper kake the day of the baby shower :) and I was stress free in regards to diaper kake duties, all due to Tiffany taking over. They are lovingly made works of art. The minute I saw them, I had to have it for my friend's new baby. They have Mommy Gifts too! Each CheekyKake is designed for you based on the colors, look and feel, theme and the baby gifts you want to include. They come in multiple sizes and they start at about $100. If you're not up for a full on Kake, you can get buckets, which are actually "bouquets in a bucket". Adorable. So what is a CheekyKake? They are wonderfully, hand crafted creations where EVERY ingredient of the Kake is made with usable baby items. The Kake designed for me contained: - 150 Eco Friendly Diapers were the layers of the cake made by wrapping the diapers in soft and lovely receiving blankets and one in a reusable polka dot hat box. Per the recommendation, I went with Size 3 diapers, so the parents didn't have to disassemble the Kake right away. - the baby's name spelled across a layer in removable glitter covered letters - the bows were actually hair clips and the ribbons can be reused as well - there were wash cloths molded into little flowers adorning the bottom layer - atop the Kake, was a the softest little stuffed lamb wearing real little booty socks and baby sunglasses. but what really topped off the Kate (literally!) was a hand crocheted newborn crown - WOW! Tiffany (yes, we have the same name - funny coincidence) asks you questions and helps you build exactly what you want or you can go with a theme from her site of previous Kakes. We also had a historic California state flag framed and the outcome was incredible. We had no idea how to go about framing a flag since it needs adhesive to be held in place. She took care of everything. Regarding pricing, we did the framing almost two years ago and I neither recall it being expensive nor cheap. In all honesty though, the framing came out so immaculate that we were happy to pay for the quality. Argument began and the employee on the phone confirms what he told us and yet the owner still gave us a different price which ended up being $110 !!!! Said the price was just for cut only. I told him he charged me a cut/installation fee last time of $40 for a separate small painting and he ignored it like it never happened. Literally with the receipt in hand. 3rd time my friend needed a frame and since he's the closest he decided to go there but I warned him about the owner so he called ahead and go a pricing.. Yup.. Happened again. Owner increased the price regardless of what was said on the phone. And the 4th time. My friend had to frame and stretch a painting so he called and the son answered. Went thru the whole detailed because we knew what would happen. Go all the pricing written down and everything included. Showed up. The owner was there. Gave us a complete different price. We called out the son which was in the back. He confirmed the price that was given to us on the phone. Yet the owner did not want to agree to it !!!! Unbelievable!!! The owner needs to be transparent about prices and if you ever call ahead. Ask for name of person on the call, Record the conversation because he will do this again and again and again.
