These guys are rude as hell. I went there to get E85 gas and got confused first by the location of the E85 pumps which is kinda hard, and then on the pump handle it says 100 high octane. So I'm a little confused about the gas grade because it's saying 2 entirely different things. So I go inside to ask which pump is E85 and he's being totally rude when I tell him it says 100 octane not E85, he looks at me like I'm an idiot and when I ask him why it saying 2 different things, he didn't care or understand. How are you not going to know it says 2 different things unless you're completely clueless and lack the ability to count or know what numbers are. The place is a circus and the clowns are in charge. Avoid the frustration and go somewhere else. They suck! read more

We pulled over to get morning snacks before we head to work and today, Sunday the cashier that was there was being rude and telling us to clean up after ourselves when there wasn't no trash or anything we had left and was also saying racis slurs. I wish I can give this place a no star read more

Pulled off the freeway to get gas on my way back to SF. Had a major headache and decided to go in and see what they had. All the aspirins are behind the counter but my hat goes off the the employee who works here. Acknowledged everyone as they walked in and very helpful with what I was looking for. She's a petite young lady, younger perhaps mid 20s Hispanic. Really friendly and made me feel good about being there when the outside area looked sketch with a bunch of men trying to fix a car they pushed off the freeway. As I got in the car to leave that same car sped across the parking area and she came out yelling at them to slow down. You go girl! read more

This is the Chevron that is located near the Good Nite Inn, just off the I-15 freeway in Sylmar. This place is pretty tiny and but crammed with as much stuff as I'm sure they could fit in there. My major complaint with this place was being overcharged on some drinks. I should have paid better attention, but I was just running in and out to grab some drinks and didn't notice until I got back to the room. I grabbed 2- Dasani waters and 2 Powerades. They we both clearly marked 2/ $2.50. When I got back to my room I noticed my card had been charged $7.88! $2.88 is not going to make or break me, but it was certainly annoying to say the least. There were two guys working at the time that seemed more concerned with their conversation at the time than paying attention to their job. FYI- There are no alcoholic drinks sold here. You will have to go across the street to Mobil for that. 2 stars. read more

5 star for customer service. The young lady working was great! She's a small Latina girl with glasses. Best customer service I have ever received at a gas station. From tone of voice to wording to actions she was great. Very easy person to talk to. Unlocking the restroom for us. She noticed that there was no toilet seat cover. Instantly offered to get us some. The lady in front of me didn't want it. So I brought it in! read more

One of our stops on the way home yesterday was right before traffic suddenly stopped near Magic Mountain (more fires or something caused a huge traffic jam). But we were prepared with beef jack links ($13.99 for a huge bag), my fave jerky, Ole trapper, the spicy version ($13.59), a new top 5 best ever jerky, carne seca chile ($5.99), 2 bags of pumpkin seeds, cracked pepper flavor ($2.59 each), one bear claw ($1.99) and a large hot coffee ($2.09). Used the restroom which was mostly clean and had friendly service at the counter before filling our car and getting back on the road! read more

e-85 is insane here its 2 dollars cheaper at other chevrons in the valley! rather drive farther and pay 3.49 a gallon instead of 5.19!

I needed to use the restroom off the five freeway. I also needed gas this Chevron is conveniently situated right off of the five and I recognize it because I've been hurt before it is very clean and the staff is friendly the restroom was pretty nice as well it was quite busy and that's just because of the area for the gas was a little bit more expensive compared to other places but can't really be too picky. Very easy to get back on the freeway five from this gas station. There is also a McDonald's across the street and a Denny's right next-door. Not to mention that it is across the street from a mobile gas station in the event that this gas stationIs too packed to get gas at the moment. Lotta people in and out quickly they also sell lottery soda water they had a good assortment of snacks also an ATM. Little bit of some dark corners around but for the most part the gas station and store part where well lit. read more

Gas station is located right when you get off the highway and also has an easy entrance to get back on the freeway. The parking lot for the gas station seems to be shared with the Denny's in the same lot but the gas pump lanes are a bit of a pain due to the gas station sitting on a corner lot. Inside has plenty of snacks and the restrooms are not the best. I suggest going to Denny's for a much better restroom experience. There is a vacuum and an air pump outside too. I frequent this location a lot due to this gas station just started to carry E85 fuel and that is the only reason why I gave 1 extra star than I should have. :) It's a gas station, not much you can say really. read more

Unable to hold it any longer and having forgot to fill my gas tank all the way up for the trip, I had to stop before the final trek up the hill to Bakersfield, I stopped at Chevron at Roxford. Now, usually Chevron's are AMAZINGLY clean and this is why, given the choice, I'll drive a few blocks more or pay a few more cents on the gallon - to use the clean facilities. NOT THIS TIME! I've been driving back and forth between OC and Bakersfield for 12-years and this is the WORST Chevron bathroom in the history of traveling! The entire store was dirty and the guy running the register was not friendly at all - hey dude, I get that it's a holiday and you're probably tired but I've been in holiday traffic for 75 miles, going as fast at 14 mph and having to pee for the last hour trying to get over to the exit - and yes, I get that you want to go home too but could you at least give a girl with a full bladder a break and maybe a half-assed smile! I go in and ask for the bathroom key and he turns to give it to me then say's sorry it's out of order, ummmm ok, usually I'd not do this but the alternative is driving the last 75 miles to Bakersfield in a puddle on my leather seats so ok, I'll use the men's room!!!! I go to the back of the store and there's a line of women and men waiting for the bathroom. The other ladies didn't know the ladies room was not working until I told them and the guys kind of groaned (lol) they knew we were not going to go anywhere either! Waiting, waiting, crossing legs, doing the pee-pee dance and FINALLY 4 people later it's my turn...I already had my antibacterial wipes in hand, (good thing too since the butt gaskets were empty) going in - I'm swiping them all over the toilet seat, handle and then popping the proverbial squat.... OMG I now know why they call it the THRONE! I know it was a little more time consuming but I figured the next guest would appreciate the effort ....so I busted out more wipes and kind-of wiped down the bathroom so it was a little more 'wary traveler friendly' and then headed out. On the way out, I smiled and wished the unhappy cashier a Happy Thanksgiving, and hit the road for the rest of the journey...... One of the very few gas stations (might be the only one) in the SFV that has flex fuel e85. I have a flex fuel car and living in the SFV it makes it extremely difficult to readily get e85 gas. This gas station is the hot spot of SFV because there always is a line for e85 gas. I see cool riced out cars parked at the e85 100% of the times I come here. read more

Closest E85 pump near me. Fuel is never 85% ethanol. It's always between 69% and 78%. The pump in Brentwood is much closer to 85%. They are never below 82%. read more

I went in there to buy a 2 liters Pepsi. The store clerk had a very snippy attitude. They do not have 2 liters Pepsi He had a 12 pack of can Pepsi that was hot. He said that's all he had to take it or leave it. I said OK when he rang it up came out to 10.49 I told him he has he lost his mind. That seems like price gouging to me if I had a poor attitude anyways never go there again. A perfect example of people taking a vantage. I went there for first time to get some gas and vacuum my car , and I met Elizabeth. She was working as a cashier that day, she showed nice attitude, professional at her work, she greeted me in a nice way, she worked the registers and computers in a very professional way. They have E85, diesel, and a convenient location. It's in a Denny's parking lot so if you are hungry. You can eat and use the restroom there. It's not the greatest area. But I haven't been attacked yet. read more

This place is literally one turn off 405 freeway. It's not shiny or fancy. But if you don't want to wander too far off the freeway it gets the job done. Getting back on freeway was just as easy. Cost gas 3.15 (Feb 2017) but that was way cheaper than around LAX where we just left. read more

Prices are always high at this Chevron and the Mobil across the street. They're the only gas stations around for a while before you hit the 5 North up to Valencia or the 14 so it makes sense. Basically, I avoid this station. read more

This is a pretty dingy place with homeless people taking up residence all around constantly approaching you for a handout. Furthermore they don't do cash back on debit purchases. read more

Only four starts because the credit card machine is not always working for flex fuel. When your car takes flex fuel you want every drop out of the pump. And not being able to use credit sometimes stinks! read more

This Chevron has always been very busy when I have fueled up here. I come here for the E-85, it is closer to Bakersfield than Brentwood. Other than that it is just a gas stop. read more

Issues with E85 when i filled up during the rain, make sure the tanks are sealed! water and moisture get into the flex fuel and car runs really bad. Please address this issue. read more
