Four stars is solid and a reach for this location. If a Murphy's is in your normal route - it's worth gathering points and getting gas lower than any other gas station around. The points do not expire and give you a dime off already lower than neighboring prices per hundred points. And monitoring the site for items that add points is usually filled with actual products you use. If you are a snacked like we are- you will enjoy the variety of snacks offered in such a small space. Always something new to try and your ride along favorites are here as well. Gone are the days when the crew is paying attention to the consumer. Very transactional. But if you get stuck - they are knowledgeable and do know what they are doing. Tiny footprint. Slow moving. Just got $0.40 off gas - that's worth a fill up. Apply patience. Dog friendly. Clean.

Today I had issues at using one of the pumps and was advised to use pump #1 when ever trying to fuel up. Looking forward to providing an update when things improve.

Thwy are usually the highest around as it is but on this last Monday there price was $2.82 for regular so I filled up. But on Tuesday I went to get coffee like I do everyday and the gas prices for regular was $3.19 . I don't understand why they go up so fast when crude oil is at its lowest it's been for years and they still have the same gas the next day in there tanks that you paid $2.82 for the day before. I don't see other places go up so fast except Circle K which is right down the road from racetrack. Seems like they are price gouging a few days a week because usually by the weekend they'll lower it about 20 cents per gallon but by Tuesday they jack the price back up. I was in line to pay for fuel and snacks. there was a gentleman in front of me who went up the counter and started talking about the President was going to end up assassinated. He made some off handed comment about white people looked at me and headed out the door. The cashier he was speaking to said that the President needed to be squashed like a bug. She started to say something further but then stated she needed to keep her job. While I completely agree with folks having their first amendment and being able to speak freely. Using a place of business where they are employed as a platform to public is a very poor choice. I would imagine that corporate is more interested in profits than political rhetoric which in turn makes this location lose customers. If that is not the case then it means that either this behavior is allowed and or encouraged by the management at this store or that it is in fact condoned and encouraged by corporate. I myself as well as most people stopping in arent interested in hearing somebodies political views. We are there to make a purchase an move on. While Amoco and BP are now part of the same company (BP), they have reintroduced the Amoco brand to select markets in the US, including this location. This location is a 24/7 store. Great service with valued goods. Gas station offering gas, diesel, ATM, beer, wine and snacks, plus a neat restroom. I am regularly coming to this gas station. They are always stocked up 24/7 anytime of day I come. I never see the workers out the checkout zone, but somehow it's always clean and stocked. They deserve a 5 star in my books they know my face when I come in.
