Maria called me liar since she expected me to leave my car covered in oil while I went to report it. Maria was rude and belligerent. I called 911 and reported the fraud and unsafe oil pump. Maria gave this number for the manager to the police. I called it right after the police gave me the number. It was Maria who answered and yelled at me for calling. I requested for when Edy would be available. I had to ask 3 times. Before Maria said it would be on Monday. I had to ask 3 more times for Maria to actually say Edy will be available at 9am. I had to ask again to have Maria say Edy leaves at 12 every day. This is terrible business. Don't support this place. This place is bad value and not Top Tier quality gas.

I was able to get gas fairly quickly. However, you don't really see any signs when you pull in that leads you to the correct way of getting to the gas station part. I just knew that it was at the very front of Costco and just kind of followed my own route through the parking lot . There is sinus once you close and about to pull in the gas station and there is a do not enter if you're trying to turn in the wrong way, but not much getting to it . Once I pulled in five cars pulled in seconds later. This is a location where it is better to get gas very early. It is filled with a lot of people living in berryessa and Hostetter areas probably Milpitas too . The annoying part is some people either don't know what side their gas is on or they're just purposely going to the wrong pumps to avoid waiting-, which is annoying if you know what side your gas pump is actually on and people are in the wrong line or taking up space in your line. All in all, just get there early for your cheap gas and hope it last week. They do have signs above that are like red or green, depending on if someone is at the pump or not I didn't notice until after the fact, I just looked for open spaces on my side of the pump

The staff is very friendly and work hard to clean your car the way you would like. There were times when there were some specific areas I wanted them to give special attention to and the staff were friendly and did what I asked. I thought going here would be good as I would get full service interior vacuum and wipe down. That was total waste of money. Came here for a car wash and the car in front of me STOLE my car wash (he pretended to enter a code…read morebut he actually didn't). I entered my code as he drove into the tunnel (which is what I usually do at other car washes). After his car wash finished, I noticed the green "GO" sign didn't light up for me but thought maybe it wasn't working so I tried entering my code in again but it said code was used. I still thought maybe if I drove in, it would work so drove into the tunnel and waited a couple minutes but the car wash did not start for me (that's when I realized he used my car wash). I drove out and found him in his car parked outside so I walked up to him to let him know. He pretended to roll down his window and drove off. I'm assuming he does this often. Luckily, I was able to get a new code when I told staff inside. Five stars because the staff was super nice and resolved the problem quickly. This is my warning to wait until the car in front of you leaves before entering in your code! Definitely learned my lesson.
