The samples today were so delicious and I was excited to try a bunch of new foods that I haven't tried before, like the Magnum Dubai chocolate ice cream bars. They were fantastic! My experience here today was mostly amazing except I noticed there are more sales people on the end of aisles then there were before. I was hoping Sam's wouldn't become like their competitor who has sales people all over the place and when exiting. I hope it doesn't become that because it makes the experience more stressful IMO.

This is a good costco to go to just like many other warehouses. It is big and has a ton of products…read moreto choose from and a decently big gas station. It also has good customer service as expected at Costco. And has most of the same products that every location has. Also has a decent sized parking lot so hopefully there should be enough spaces for if you're shopping and need somewhere to sit. The criticism I have is that it is a pain to drive through as well as find a space because of the design. It's especially frustrating on days when it's super hot or over 100 degrees and need to find a closer spot so you can get inside to buy what you need. Also the gas station tends to be slow and packed but that's like every Costco.

The store was moderately busy, but I appreciated that the current sale items were prominently displayed right up front. Unfortunately, my experience took a hit on the way to the back. I was badgered by a cell phone salesperson, which was a huge disappointment. When you pay for a membership, you don't expect to have to navigate a gauntlet of sales pitches just to shop. On the bright side, the checkout process was seamless. I headed to the self-checkout where an attendant was ready to assist, and I was in and out of the store in under 15 minutes. I still love Costco for the value and efficiency, but I really dislike the aggressive third-party salespeople on the floor. .

Is a leaking pump not concerning?

Not only did he break it and not tell me I get home to find that it's broken and won't open. Prior to this it worked perfectly! Took it back because I couldn't open it and he said he couldn't open it either because it's broken. He said it was broken last night. I said why in the world would you fill a broken tank then?? He laughed at me and said I'm just here to fill the tanks. Wouldn't give me any money back that I gave them to fill it. Called the manager today. He was very rude and refused to give me my money back. Customer service is HORRIBLE! I then went to Home Depot and explained the situation. Home Depot gave me a full tank for free. If I could give them 0 stars I would!

But even if thats the case ask for my ID. Why are you just staring like a weirdo. Awkward as hell. Then today I go in there, I walk in and without glancing at the register I stop at the front to look at some lemonades I had never seen before and decide I wanted a Powerade so I head to back and this dude b lines it back there , he's wearing regular clothes so I thought he was a customer at first, he is pretending to look at alcohol, it really just seemed like I was planning on stealing and was watching me how he came to the very back of the store and was just fiddling with stuff. Which I'm not sure why he'd assume that. Anyway i grab my drink and have to go up front and I'm looking around trying to see where the person working is. He walks up from behind me and is talking to me in some condescending tone like he prevented me from stealing or something. I know it sounds weird but it was weird dudes making it super awkward to shop there. Won't be coming back

She must've thought that I was a teeny bopper driving my parents car and using my parents cc because of how she acted. I used my Mastercard which, I KNEW has money and she stated that it was declined. I used my Visa card which I also KNEW has money, again she says declined...I used my Amex which again KNEW IT HAS MONEY, again DECLINED ... SHE WAS FULL OF IT and the only reason I know that, is because she never ran them because they are all set up to send me alerts which none did! THE machine didn't make a decline noise nor did it say declined. Finally I told her, "I KNOW" that I have money on these so it's your machine, respectfully. Oooh ...then, suddenly the first Mastercard that I used, went through! Honestly. I felt as if she did that on purpose. Grownups don't have time to play games SABRINA!!! She asked if I wanted a receipt and at first I said no but then, I said yes because I didn't trust her. I get the receipt and it clearly shows she was running $60 and voiding it out as she was pretending to be processing them. Who does that!!! Shady chick! Gas station Karen! Remind you, that anytime a transaction is run on my credit cards, I GET IMMEDIATE ALERTS...I NEVER GOT ANY UNTIL THE END WHEN SHE FINALLY ALLOWED ME TO PROCESS... what a joke! I'll stop here again, if I'm running out of gas , that's how often I'll stop! If you go here and aren't on Sabrina's level... beware... your cc will decline even if you KNOW that you have money on them!
