I understand why Circle K is one of the worst gas stations in Mesa and Arizona. Quiktrip, Chevron, and all of these other places are miles above them in terms of customer service and quality and guys like this(he is the manager )are the main reason why. I went in Friday to pick it up and their computers were down. I called layer that day, computers still down, they told me I could transfer my prescription to another pharmacy. This was a lie as the pharmacy they transferred my call to could not find my son's prescription, which means they never entered it into their computer system upon receipt. It is now Wednesday, Aug 6, and never received a call to let me know my son's prescription is ready, so I call again. They tell me they are waiting for insurance information, which I told them the previous Friday that there is no insurance. I informed them at that time that I am sending someone to pick up the prescription. The person I sent to pick up the prescription gets there only to be told it has not been filled and they will TEXT ME when it is ready. NEVER GOING TO THIS WALGREENS EVER AGAIN! I will also be filing a complaint with Walgreens corporate.

My wife scheduled an appointment to get my toddler a flu vaccine. When we were called to go into…read morethe patient room the provider Tiffany Herriage NP did not interact with our daughter at all. She quickly went to give the vaccine to our daughter without giving us instructions like the other times she got vaccines. She acted like our daughter is an adult and knew what to expect. When the provider went so quickly, without the usual instructions to hold her it caught me off guard. My daughter punched the needle away causing the needle to bend and left a significant scratch on my 2 year old's leg. When she did the vaccine again there was a similar awkward action as my daughter squirmed. To the point, this provider doesn't seem to be skilled with young children. She also lacked compassion for the painful scratch my daughter has. We will never use CVS again as a result.

It is very rare that I walk into a QT and I am not greeted with warm and welcome smiles and kind words. The managers are super friendly, and always hanging out with the rest of the staff, doing the same jobs as them. This particular QuikTrip has both manual sinks and manual towel dispensers, and I can't wait until the sinks are made automatic, But I wouldn't mind if the towels stayed the way they are!

I saw that this station had an air pump so I went in and I was struggling to find quarters in my handbag because I don't carry change anymore. Of course crazy me I looked at the machine and it took a credit card. Apparently the price of air has gone up. It was two dollars for five minutes and it was definitely worth it but it just seems funny that you pay for air. I realize you're paying for the pump but anyway it hit the spot I was able to pump up my tires and go on my way. Very convenient and a nice clean parking lot
