Crappy car wash. Over priced. After tip, $30 for a car wash that they play stupid with. They always somehow "forget" the armor all on tires and air freshener even if you're paying for it. Supposedly the windows are marked correctly with the smell you want inside the car as well, but it's never done. Sounds like bullshit to me. Windows on cars always left dirty. I paid for my wash 2 days prior when I got gas. On the day I got my car washed I arrived & parked my car. There were 2 employees vacuuming the car in front of me. I stood outside my car for at least 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The people vacuuming the cars just looked at me. They didn't tell anyone to help me. 5 stars to the lube tech manager Mike!!! I went in for a routine oil change and even though they were slammed and busy he made sure to take his time on my car! He had some recommendations and I could tell he was honest and trustworthy so I went ahead and had him do it!! My car feels great and running smoothly! I have been there twice before however this is the first time I have been lucky enough to get Mike as my technician! Definitely going to reccomend him to friends and family!! read more

Horrible business. Unfriendly negligent staff (especially when busy). Went in for an oil change and car wash only to have my oil plug/tank broken&stripped. Technicians only tried to blame last person to change the oil which was the VW dealership who specifically works on Volkswagen. They would refuse to even comp synthetic oil to drive it to the dealer. Instead they only would comp regular oil even though it's not what my car used further risking damage to the transmition. Had to get my vehicle towed out at my own expense and then got stuck with an expensive repair bill as they refused to take any blame for incident which happened in their shop with their technicians. Would not recommend to anyone and i will definitely never be going back read more

Don't waste your money! Last time I go there..worst carwash ever! Every time I go and I get back in my car it's still dirty! I made the exception today because I needed an oil change and figured I'd kill two birds with one stone... bad idea! Today, after 1 hour & 10 minutes they say my car is done, my car does not even look like it got washed on the outside and the inside was filthy. I asked the guy if he cleaned the inside, he said yes. I showed him how it was filthy, so he wiped one little spot and said he was done. It literally had not been touched except vacuumed. They didn't even dust my dash off-that's the least they could do! At car wash and they were not watching and left my car in drive and it took off ramming another car in front of it and ran the cars towards the street. And if that was not good enough while waiting for the sheriff they allowed another car to do the same thing to a truck and hit the pull. During the time we were there we watch car after car being treated this way. Worse part is they don't say anything to the customers. We went and got each customer to tell them. I think my service was fair. They didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. I knew I needed to change my cabin filter and they recommended just that. My carwash was as expected. Worst car wash in the palmdale area I've ever experienced. Do not waste your time or money, especially on that garbage "wax" detail they do that comes out to about 70 dollars, I think they're cheap sign says it's called the gold package or something like that. It's pretty much a basic car wash and I mean basic with wax that they smear all over your paint and don't even bother to wipe it down right. This place is unorganized and the person that gives you the ticket on the car wash package you've chosen looks like he's lost and doesn't even know what's going on. They barely vacuumed my vehicle probably took about a minute or less and couldn't even wipe the inside down when they said it was supposedly finished. A funny part about when I went was that they all (most of the workers there) act like they don't speak English or understand it (no offense to anyone in particular) so getting an answer when you have an issue is a circus show. It was obvious there was wax and I mean super obvious so the person wiping my truck down went around it again really quick and still missed a bunch of areas lol. Not a bad place to get your car waxed. I've never really seen one quite like this one. Don't throw away your receipt like I did. You'll need it to prove that you paid for the services they provided. Sadly I was a regular here as well. I also smelled alcohol on the mechanics breath when I went in for service. He was even aggressive and not polite when I was last in. I get gas here on the occasion but typically will just get a car wash. They have a nice little waiting area inside and the store is always well stocked. Only negative is you pay for the car wash at a different register than the gas station stuff which tends to hold up the line. I used to come to this Chevron because I had their gas card. A few years back I stop here to fill my car and that was the last time. My card information was stolen and ran my credit card bill for almost $2000. It was a nightmare. The Chevron company said this place was the last time it was used by me, the fraud charges all came from Georgia, Texas,and New Jersey. Since then I have not stop at a Chevron. The Manager from the call center apologize and said someone knew what they where doing when my info was stolen. Be careful when you use your credit card every where you go. read more

This is an update to my previous review. There was an issue of the cover that was mis installed on a previous oil change. I've talked to the person handling my service today. So far so good. The price was fair. And I pointed out what to watch out for on the installation. Will take the car to the dealership next time for a full tune up. I've come here a few times and I only get my oil changed by Peter. In my opinion he does the best job. The other guys there complain and rush to get the next car done. The last time I went Peter wasn't there so this other guy changed my oil, about a month later I needed to add oil to my car because it was low. I'm not even sure if he put the right oil in. The manager Jose is rude and knows nothing about customer service. If you do decide to come here I recommend asking for Peter. read more

All I have purchased here is the car washes. I almost always get the platinum which is normally $25 but I have an over sized vehicle so its $30. I am still happy with the service/price. They have been friendly to me every time and do a great job. Obviously its not the detailing package but they do a really good job at digging into some crevices on the dash. I have left spare change (not bills) but change in the console and have never had a problem. (Sorry that happened to you Christina. That would piss me off too lol) Oh and I have a lot of plastic framing around my truck and they are not stingy with their use of armor all. Only thing I would suggest (and they might have an added "option" to clean these better) but the wheels come out with water spots. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would! I was literally the first oil change and was told to wait inside and that my car would be ready soon. I trusted them and so. After 30 minutes I see the guy that was after me in line get his car first and then the third car get his car after him! I went and brought it to the managers attention and he just directed me to speak to the oil change guys which I did only to get told that they didnt know who was first!! Then to add further insult to injury, they allegedly miss quoted me at $84 supposedly it had to be $94 for some bullshit canister filter they HAD to add! Where to start.....The customer service is deplorable. I have never been to this car wash before, and when I arrived, I asked the gentleman outside who was vacuuming if I wait in my car, or go inside to place my order. He told me to wait. 20 minutes later I am still waiting, while he and the other worker continue to walk past me, stare at me, and ignore me (FYI, no cars were in front of me). I went inside to see what the issue was, and was told to wait outside and they will take my order. I couldn't leave at any point because people are lined up behind me, and I am blocked in. I see the same gentleman who told me to wait, then allow a car who was three behind me, to pull in front of me, and take his order first. Turns out this gentleman was his friend, and didn't want to wait. How nice. Their entire conversation was in Spanish, and I guess they assumed I didn't speak/understand it fluently. This was the first major issue. The wash itself wasn't worth it. You can hardly call what they did a vacuum, considering the floor mats look the same as when I pulled in. They barely wiped the interior, even though I paid for it (they didn't even touch the cup holders). I wouldn't have minded the wait, if they did a great job. However, both the audacity of the employees and their subpar cleaning job is now resulting in a complaint to the manager, and well as the word of mouth to never use this company again. I warn all Lancaster residents, watch out for this place! I got my car detailed and waxed on 02/28/17. I purchased my car in December of 2016. There was nothing wrong with the paint.Due to all the rain we've been having, I didn't wash the car until 2/28/17. Westside was the first car wash to touch my car since I bought it in 12/16. After going back to work, I later noticed on the driver's door a goo like substance on the door, and there was also the same substance on the back on the hatch. I thought it was dried polish. I used a little water to see if i could get it off and noticed that the paint was rubbed off! I immediately went back, but the manager denied that the damage occurred at the car wash. I then talked with the owner, DAVID SHAMISIAN. Initially he was nice and cordial, but stated he couldn't see how the damage could have been done. He told me to come back and view the video once his office manager got in. I went back to the car wash at 2:30 to view the video of the guy working on my car. Once I was in his office, this guy DAVID SHAMISIAN turned into a jerk! He started yelling and accusing me of bringing my car with it already damaged and blaming his business. He was rude, and disrespectful, I got mad as hell!!! Because I'm a woman, he felt he could talk to me with disrespect and he called me a racist...and i'm African American! I finally left because if I had stayed it would have escalated into a whole other issue. I warn you, look at your car's before you tip, look at your car's before you drive off...examine everything! I'm reporting this guy to the BBB and I'm taking him to Small Claim Court, and I'm posting this review. DAVID SHAMISIAN is going to pay for the damage done to my car...just be careful people. DO NOT COME HERE TO GET OIL CHANGE!!!! I asked for standard oil change , went inside and they called me back out to tell me my filters and wipers needed to be changed. I told them to change them because they DID look dirty..... I went back inside and they called me back out there AGAIN and said my tires are horrible and my brakes are bad. (I just had my brakes changed a month ago) ... I told them no on the tires and brakes... then started to realize that they are scamming me! Telling me I need all this stuff changed when I really don't. BEWARE !!! They will suck you dry and take your money!!! They wanted to charge me 50$ for one filter and 30$ for the other one and charged me 10.99 for one wiper blade and 19.99 for the other because it was "longer" . WTF! I will NEVER EVER EVER be returning here again!!!! I ended up telling him to put my old filters back in because they managed to rack my bill up to 135$ when I originally came in there for a 34$ oil change. read more

Then i have a roof too my daughter had drawn on it the stains were still on the glass after was claimed to be done. Also were the air comes out still filthy and dusty. Normally got an oil change there my civic has had a temporary plug since I bought it and have never had problems with it. I was a delivery driver and would go on uneven bumpy dirt roads and nothing ever happened to it. The day I got this change though I noticed a chip on the fender, it was a brand new fender freshly painted, they told me come in the next day. I agreed. Then later that day my oil light came on I took it to autozone to inspect it the plug had fallen off. I called and the lube station had closed and the lady who answered was no help. So I bought an over sized plug put in fresh oil and called them the next day to have it towed over just in case the motor had anything wrong so they could inspect it. They refused I asked if I drive it over and it blew on the freeway would they tow it they agreed. So I drove it over got there ok but was smoking when I pulled up. They pulled it up and looked at it for less than one minute and then disappeared. Then next thing I knew some guy came out claiming to be the manager I told him the situation and he started to raise his voice and get in my face. Then he got the detailer to come over and he was rude as hell started calling my car a piece of shit telling me to take my pos outta his lot and get the fuck out of here next thing I knew all the mechanics from below came out with over sized wrenches staring at us ready to fight. So they waved down an off duty cop to help handle it little did they know he didnt much care dor them either. So I went into the office asked for a manager none were available so a secretary got my info. The next day the owner called me hes a very rude middle eastern man I explained the situation and I asked for a refund and to compensate me the price of expenses I had to cover for his employees mistakes he refused said hed give me the dollar seventy five for the plug but that was all. I came here the other day and paid for the gold package. I went inside and paid immediately. I come to find out that the machine broke down and they are hand washing my car which is fine. I understand that things malfunction. The problem was that the supervisor didn't tell me. I found out myself by watching. When I spoke to the supervisor he was very rude. I was trying to explain that because I didn't receive the whole package that I should be entitled to a refund and I should only pay for what was done.
