The WORST car wash. I went here for the first time and it didn't even clean my car. My car was still 80% dirty. I had to go through again which also didn't do anything. Definitely never going here again. No wonder they have a sign "If you're not 100% satisfied you can go through again for free". All the car washes I've been through I've never seen a sign like that so that's proof that it clearly doesn't clean your car and customers aren't happy. I honestly have no idea how this place got such good reviews. Not to mention how expensive it is read more

I went to this car wash on 12/8/25 i even pay for one month package. The machine bent my front license plate the representative told me it happens because the machine not set high enough to protect the plate from damage..when they finally contact me after asking for the manager, I was contacted via email. I never received a call??? Via email note It must have already been that way . The day I decided to try this new carwash, they had several people waving banners offering Free Car Wash. When I pulled in I told the young man that I didn't want to sign up for anything, I just wanted to see how I liked it first. He convinced me to try the introductory offer for unlimited car washes for a month at only $9.99, and I could cancel at any time. As soon as I returned home, I discovered that my front license plate was bent at nearly a 45 degree angle. I called their main office to cancel my subscription and get my $9.99 refund. After speaking to one agent and then a supervisor, I was told repeatedly that they would not and could not issue a refund as it was an Introductory Offer and less than the actual price of a single car wash. It's been a consistent issues. 10/25/25 I went for my morning carwash and ask for a muddy duck. (Pressure wash) Employee responded he wasn't able to use that option since the drains were cleaned..smh. Also In the vacuum area they're always missing clean towels, employees aren't on top of it. The workers there are super young but very friendly. I got assistance with a young woman name Belanna! She was super helpful and she looked like she enjoyed her job. She was friendly and professional. Im not too use to that car wash but she explained everything perfectly. My car came out pretty nice. Worst car wash ever. Gonna have to run your car through at least 2 times for it to be clean. Good luck getting a vacuum spot. Oh and if anything goes wrong their customer service sucks and they will take no accountability at all for their actions and then ignore you. I am fairly certain these car washes are a scam. The baseline wash is $12. Don't pay more than that. I got the top wash, which was $25.99. The wash was very quick and did not help much. It claims to provide extra services but I didn't notice a difference. I did go back and they did give me a second wash for free but it still wasn't clean. I have posted a picture of the side mirror after two washes. It wasn't crazy dirty beforehand, but even two washes weren't enough. read more

Wish I read the reviews beforehand. The car wash didn't clean my car, had dirt throughout the car. They said I could go a second time through the wash, which I did, but there was still dirt. Then my hood got scratched on the right side. The manager contacted me but kept insisting that no drive though car washes thoroughly, especially bird poop. He then kept mentioning how my car had peeling paint and etc... which my complaint wasn't on instead of taking accountability for the scratches. Going in circles. One of the vacuums were not working right the suction, so there was a young man cleaning out there he empty trash he replace towels he's actually the first employee I've seen done so much at the time of him being out there. Went in today to cancel my monthly subscription of $35. I've asked numerous times that the car wash is beating up my truck. They said they would turn the brushes off . Each Time they pull my mirrors from a closed position all the way to the front and back right before exiting..... they no longer close in!! Doesn't even dry the truck!! I love the fact I can go through the carwash once very hour. That is fantastic!! However, when we first got our membership, we went through the track in our newly purchased car. It seemed like we didn't have enough space between the car in front and us as that car either came off the track or was not correctly in it to begin with. it made erratical moves such as jumping up the line as the driver was hitting on the breaks. We were watching and moving in horror as we got closer to that car. Thankfully they drove off just before we got there almost to the tail. Now, we tell the attendant that we want more space between cars either ahead or behind us. That experience was pretty scary. 2nd issue is that the blower at the last stage does not do a good job of drying before we're out of there. if I chose not to hand dry it it leaves water spots. If they can fix these two issues, that'll be great! I love the once in a while colorful water wash! read more

We got the ceramic car wash. They have great staff hustling and letting clients know the deals. Great marking and great sales. My car looked nice and clean after and they offer a wipe for inside the car and I saw microfiber towels also. They have a nice air compressed and vaccum. read more

I only went here because the usual place I go to is no longer open. Not only does this place cost more, it also messed up my front license plate and bracket. Worst car wash I've ever experienced. Decided to try it out cause it's new, paid for the top tier ceramic wash, went thru and was annoyed that the "c" the marked on the wind shield wasn't cleaned off. But I was in a hurry so I just went home. When I got home and got out I saw the roof of my car hasn't been cleaned... at all... the dry layer of dust I wanted washed off the whole car was still there, it clearly hadn't even got wet. read more

Decided to go here since another car wash place that I used to go to appears to have closed. But this place is much better and I went for the full package. Turned out to be cheaper than expected. They gave me complimentary wipes for cleaning my dashboard, snd their vacuums are also more powerful than the old place. Definitely will come back again. read more
