He genuinely wanted to take care of both me and my car, took the time to answer my questions, and made sure I had the best experience possible. It's rare to find someone who is that friendly, professional, and invested in great customer service. Manny, the manager, was equally fantastic. Between the two of them, they made the entire experience seamless, welcoming, and incredibly easy. I regularly park my car at the airport, and it regularly gets covered in jet fuel residue and grime. I've been through countless car washes, and none of them have gotten my car as clean as Quick Quack did. I was honestly amazed at how spotless it looked afterward. Came here a couple times in the past just to get a quick wash, the good there are plenty of vacuums and towels but the bad out weighs the good it's a bit overpriced for having to dry and wipe down all the excess soap left on your car and water spots left on your car. Doing all the labor and paying for a very mediocre wash is not a good thing. I'll stick to the gas station drive through car wash if I don't have time to have someone come out wash my cars. read more

The WORST car wash. I went here for the first time and it didn't even clean my car. My car was still 80% dirty. I had to go through again which also didn't do anything. Definitely never going here again. No wonder they have a sign "If you're not 100% satisfied you can go through again for free". All the car washes I've been through I've never seen a sign like that so that's proof that it clearly doesn't clean your car and customers aren't happy. The day I decided to try this new carwash, they had several people waving banners offering Free Car Wash. When I pulled in I told the young man that I didn't want to sign up for anything, I just wanted to see how I liked it first. He convinced me to try the introductory offer for unlimited car washes for a month at only $9.99, and I could cancel at any time. As soon as I returned home, I discovered that my front license plate was bent at nearly a 45 degree angle. I called their main office to cancel my subscription and get my $9.99 refund. After speaking to one agent and then a supervisor, I was told repeatedly that they would not and could not issue a refund as it was an Introductory Offer and less than the actual price of a single car wash. I am fairly certain these car washes are a scam. The baseline wash is $12. Don't pay more than that. I got the top wash, which was $25.99. The wash was very quick and did not help much. It claims to provide extra services but I didn't notice a difference. I did go back and they did give me a second wash for free but it still wasn't clean. Wish I read the reviews beforehand. The car wash didn't clean my car, had dirt throughout the car. They said I could go a second time through the wash, which I did, but there was still dirt. Then my hood got scratched on the right side. The manager contacted me but kept insisting that no drive though car washes thoroughly, especially bird poop. He then kept mentioning how my car had peeling paint and etc... which my complaint wasn't on instead of taking accountability for the scratches. Going in circles. I love the fact I can go through the carwash once very hour. That is fantastic!! However, when we first got our membership, we went through the track in our newly purchased car. It seemed like we didn't have enough space between the car in front and us as that car either came off the track or was not correctly in it to begin with. it made erratical moves such as jumping up the line as the driver was hitting on the breaks. We were watching and moving in horror as we got closer to that car. Thankfully they drove off just before we got there almost to the tail. Now, we tell the attendant that we want more space between cars either ahead or behind us. That experience was pretty scary. 2nd issue is that the blower at the last stage does not do a good job of drying before we're out of there. if I chose not to hand dry it it leaves water spots. If they can fix these two issues, that'll be great! I love the once in a while colorful water wash! read more

Decided to try it out cause it's new, paid for the top tier ceramic wash, went thru and was annoyed that the "c" the marked on the wind shield wasn't cleaned off.
