DON'T DON'T DON'T waste your time with this completely unprofessional POS! Advised us that due to the virus we needed to come to him for mobile detailing. Made an appointment for both of our cars, he wanted us at 7am; however, because we have a toddler, we made an 830am appointment. At 11pm on Saturday night he confirmed with us and sent us the address. We got up on Sunday morning, showered our child and got her ready. Cleaned out both cars and drove quite a ways to the Eastside of Lancaster. This detailer did not answer his door, his phone, his texts, or his business #. His neighbor informed us that the detailer was "up late". Thank gosh we were able to find a more reputable detailing business the same day to complete the job. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! My truck looks brand new and while 1-2 small spots weren't caught, its because my truck is massive and nobody pays as much attention as the owner. Called and texted several times with no response about getting cars detailed. Great customer service!

They did a good job on the exterior but I was under the impression my detail would come with a seat cleaning and my seats were left nearly untouched not even wiped down for the cost I was hoping that would at least be done. I notified them and they apologized and gave me a free wash and leather condition for the mistake. When I got the rewash they yet again forgot to clean my seats and even wipe them down at least and never got the conditioning done they promised. I notified them again and just received no response. read more

Decent workers, wayyyy to expensive for what they do. They were very late after calling to say they would be 10 mins late. We paid for a detail but had to pay an additional 60.00 for a wax that took all of 20 mins (not even sure if they really waxed). A wax should be included in the monster price of a detail...I'm not dissatisfied with this place but not going to use them again. When we pay almost 400.00 for a service that service should be impeccable. The windows were not cleaned very well and they left a bird poop mark on the hood and window. read more

Great service, phone receptionist is always pope a sent to set up the detail appointment with and detailers pay attention to detail. They charge a very fair price to do details. I have used them to wash and wax my BMW convertible and my Ford F-250 as well as detail the engine compartments. I Have never been disappointed. Two thumbs up to the team. read more

So I'm sitting in my home office on a Saturday morning, looking out the window, and our neighbors are having their vehicles detailed by Reflections Mobile Detailing, and they're doing a great job, WOW! I'm thinking wouldn't it be nice to have someone detail our '56 T-bird and our '81 Mercedes SL, so I don't have to. My husband goes out to ask about pricing and we couldn't believe it was so reasonable, so we've got an appointment to have them detail our cars on Monday, so excited! This review is about a year over due. I had a brand new car which was unfortunately backed up into a week after purchasing it. I was able to get all the work fixed perfectly and paint job on the vehicle so it looked really nice after the accident, well fast forward to about month later I wrote this company to schedule a car wash. They never showed up to that appointment. They apologized said they over booked, offered a discount, and rescheduled me. This time they did show up & I wish they hadn't. All I asked for was the basic wash. They scratched my hood up bad bad bad. And rather then telling me they did all this extra work on the car. When I went to look at the car the guy immediately started bringing up how my paint job left some swirls in the paint (next to one of the scratches they left) & ignored them huge scratches. I paid them so they could leave because I knew they weren't going to be helpful. Once I contacted the owner on yelp they started to blame it on my paint job which even with the swirls a paint job leaves the paint smooth..... it doesn't scratch it.. they must've realized I was correct because they offered to buff it out. Unfortunately after seeing how they handled the situation and how unprofessional they were they were the last company I wanted to touch my car. After this I never let anyone wash my car, I would rather wash it myself. read more

I called late this morning to go ahead and schedule and they were able to fit me in. They came out and I explained what I wanted. When the detail was complete, it looked like a brand new truck.
