The customer service was fantastic, equipment looked new and clean. What I didn't like was the water stains that developed. It seems the spot free water(lol) dried too fast and left stains. Just wasn't a great job. There was residue on the windows aswell, I had to go through the whole car to get it clean. I've never had this issue at other car wash places even at touchless places that don't have all the scrubbers and rubber strips. read more

1. I'm giving this review after being a longtime member. 2. I went to Bliss one time and OMG why didnt I know about this spot?! Definitely a great first impression and much better outcome. They've gained a new customer I'm disappointed in myself for not going to them sooner. However, I did say I was a long time member of mister and that was even before Bliss was down the street. Now, about this mister car wash. Its a car wash, gets the general job done and leaves you with water spots but its affordable for an all you can wash price, right? Well of course it's all good until it's not. If anyone is considering a class action lawsuit, I am in!! So I canceled memberships of 5 cars. I noticed minor scratches but couldn't confirm that they came from the car wash. However, I did exoerience some major damage to one of my vehicles and their customer service was the worst ever! I filed a claim. They gave me the run around. I can give the names of four managers as well as the regional manager. They will avoid accountability at all costs! I was more upset about the way they handled the situation than I was the damage to the vehicle. Beware of their signage. You can total your car in there and they will claim it was like that before you drove in. GO TO BLISS!! read more

I went to this car wash for the first time a couple weeks ago. The price was a little steep but I paid for the best wash available. I have a 1998 Mercedes e300. Nothing special. Although I have some nice maybach monoblock aluminum wheels. I recently had these wheels restored. They were absolutely perfect. I know it's my fault for taking my car through this car wash but I had no idea they had the wheel destroyer 2000 at the end. I was a little nervous having my wheels in the track taking me through the wash but that was nothing compared to seeing this brush device come into sight at the end of the wash. It literally scratched the shit out of my wheels. When I was released out of the end of the wash I went back around to talk to the attendant. I don't know why he let me go through looking at my car. Regardless. He took a report of the incident. I received a call a couple weeks later from a rep at the wash. Through his findings he told me they were not responsible for the damage. He didn't offer anything, nothing to try and smooth it over. Nothing. Just a straight denial of my claim. Like I made it up. I was beside myself. He said things like the scratches were inconsistent with what there car wash would do. You can literally see the brush marks on my wheels at the exact same height. Clearly produced by a machine brush. The attendant should have said something to me like. Hey I'll turn off the wheel destroyer 2000 or something. Denying any responsibility is insane. I will never go to this wash in any of my cars again. If they can blatantly disregard all evidence and responsibility to damage to my car. I couldn't imaging if something serious happened. A locals favorite stop for a car wash and vacuum. Monthly car was deals. Attendants were present and helpful for customers entering. Pretty packed at the time we went cars were waiting for spaces to open up. The thorough wash had lots of suds and brushes. Vacuum area only has one vacuum for both sides to share so not as efficient as other vacuum stations I've seen. But overall not too bad good value for a wash if your car doesn't require a touch-less wash. read more

It used to be a great car wash, but now they removed half the vacuums so I go through the car wash and want to vacuum afterwards and I cannot because they are obviously all filled. It's ridiculous. They raised the prices and I'm only getting half the service because I don't get to vacuum unless I wanna wait and fight with other cars. Also I'm probably gonna cancel because the car wash was kind of aggressive and breaking my side mirrors. They closed off 50 mins before closing, I would understand them closing 30 mins earlier to accommodate cleaning everything up.

Drive thru drive tram malfunctioned causing cars to sandwich and damaged the front and back bumpers of 3 cars. What was really bad about this was the management tried to gaslight the customers even after the video footage clearly showed the machine was malfunctioning and the tires going off the rails. They refused to take any accountability for the damage and we were told to take it up with our insurance carriers. I will not be going back there. read more

I'm 8/13/23 I went to Mister car wash to wash my Suburban. I asked the lady at the checkin to please have them hold the brushes from no contact with the truck (from finding out they had this service that's the reason why I started going there). When I went in the car wash all the brushes came down and I thought to myself, oh heck no this was not supposed to happen. I hoped that there wouldn't be any scratches as this happens often with these types of car washes when the brushes come down. Upon drying my vehicle I noticed on both sides of the vehicle there are scratches. I spoke with the manager and she filed a claim. Today, I received a call from Dillon who is the assistant manager at the Palmdale location. Dillon proceeds to claim that they have been trying to reach me which I already knew that was a lie. I have yet to receive a voicemail, text or email before today's phone call. Dillon explains upon reviewing the video there's no cause of damage from their brushes because it was retracted and the only thing that touched my car was foam Brushes. First of all those foams brushes scratched my car. I should've checked the reviews first before ever stepping foot in a Mister car wash. The worse place ever to take your vehicle to. Never again! The staff were friendly and helpful with the different options. My review is a negative one simply due to the fact that their machine put a massive dent in my front bumper (as shown in the pictures). The vacuums barely have suction. I complained about the vacuums lying on the ground. One was broken and lying on the ground. They said they'd send someone out to look. Nobody came. I think just walking down the line and hanging them back up might improve suction. The washing part of the wash was fine. The wash seems a lot more expensive than other places in the area, the wash (especially the drying) seems very half assed. The fact that the machine where you select what wash you want asks if you want to tip is almost as comical as the people that fell for the Covid hoax. And I'm pretty sure the machine bent my front license plate, which isn't a big deal and I just bent it back in place...but I was confused why my license plate was bent and then I came on yelp and someone else posted a picture of their license plate bent due to going through this car wash. This is the type of blade they use to remove the sticker and residue from the windshield. As you can see from the picture the blade is broken. The manager who's name is Karen and was removing the tag, was told to not make any scratches before starting. She is very rude. While in the process of getting it removed, the blade was skidding around creating the damage. This car wash has the money to be able to provide new blades, yet this is what their employees go around using. For other customers who plan on getting the sticker or anything like sap removed be extremely cautious with what they are using on your vehicle. They have no regards for your property. I was much happier wen it was Cruizers. I am not at all happy now and plan to cancel my membership. First of all, I was never notified that the business was changing ownership and was surprised to no end when my monthly charge increased with no warning. To top it off, I was offered a free upgrade for three months, but once again, after the first two months, the place closed again for just two days to "renovate" and upgrade. Today I awoke to see that the charge increased AGAIN by $7.00. In less than a year, the monthly charge has now increased by $10.00. My "three month free charge" only lasted two months. I tried to call to find out why this happened to no avail. I will be canceling my membership for sure. I simply can't afford to be paying forty dollars a month for a service I use only about twice a month. It was nice while it lasted, but two increases in less than a year is just too much. read more
