    I took my car in for detailing, and returned to a job well done, excellent eye for cleaning, prices are reasonable and customer service is excellent. I will use their service again and recommend to anyone looking for an impeccable car detail!!

    The custom mat that they shoved my honda mat under

    I took my car in to be washed and it took over an hour and I thought something was off but it was clean I get all the way home and I realize that two of my honda mats are missing. I have custom mats that cover the floors on the front and back. I put my honda mats on top of them. After 20 min they come out to my car and rip up my custom mats and they had put my honda mat under them. Insane. I'm never going back. Yelp made me give them one star. I waited over an hour for my car then to have to come home and re install my custom mats?

    I'm getting my #AudiA3Etron cleaned not often , but it's filthy.

    When did they start riding in the car. Thru the car wash? I've been here before and I don't remember them doing this,..45min is a good amount of time. And on a Friday ,Sept 23,2022. After 3:30pm

    Took my car here for a $40 "Ultimate Wash" and came back to a broken Fucking windshield, I asked for management and everyone played stupid. The worker was saying there's no way he could of done that. I asked to see the cameras that they said they have running and I was denied that service as well.. i live down the street and it's a shame that I used to have respect for this establishment. Don't spend your money here there's plenty of mobile car washes in the AV who will treat your vehicle and you with respect. Fuck y'all you owe me a new windshield you hoe ass mfers

    This place has no good customer service they're always after the money that I was trying to charge you more than you have to you ask them for service they wanna get you another bigger service to make more money I don't know why is the problem with this company here that's why they never progress especially the cashier she has no customer service experience she treats you in a wrong way that's unacceptable

    When I first arrived there appeared to be a long line and a long wait ahead for me. But these guys got on it and got the line moving. Took their time making sure everyone's vehicles were actually cleaned. So far so good at this spot.

    Dont come here , now let's start with why I came here . I came here to get my car detailed because I'm planning to sell my car . I paid 120 dollars of my hard earned money to get a full detail and car wash, however that is not what I got. There were mark's in my car they didnt even wipe down . They wash the air freshener on to the leather and they didnt even bother to touch my rims . They didnt even wipe down my side view mirror, smudges all over it that I could've dealt with in a couple seconds that I paid them good money to do! When I brought my concerns all they said was that they can fix it. I paid 120$ to get it right the first time , they had my car for 3 hours and could get it done right the first time . When I started I wanted some of my money back for the work they ignored they kept repeating the same thing and when I insisted on a part refund they began to speak in Spanish in front of me. How disrespectful of them to communicate in front of me and I do not understand. Thankfully my Spanish girlfriend was able to translate the back and forth two employees had. They then introduced me to the owner and after back and forth he insisted I need to pay more for the complaints I had . How ridiculous is that , I paid 120 for the owner to tell me I'm wrong? I am appalled at the customer service . He agreed to give me a little part of my money and when I went inside the employees were DRINKING. What kind of car wash has employees drinking micheladas on the job? My car probably didnt get the wash it deserves because half of them are probably drunk . I am completely dissatisfied with the service and will never be coming back and I suggest you dont try your luck here. You will be sadly disappointed. I wish I could give 0 stars but Yelp ain't w that yet.

    34.99 for a car wash. Garbage prices for garbage service. Don't come here. The car wash on Palmdale is better.

    The wait time was excessive with only 4 people in front of me (almost 2 hours), had to wait 5 minutes for a cashier.

I found Atlas Luxury Auto Care when googling places to get my wheels ceramic coated and to my delight, found they wash cars as well. Steven and his team ceramic coated my wheels at a very reasonable price and I was extremely impressed with the wash as well so I immediately set up a recurring bi-weekly wash with them. As soon as I get the PPF put on my car, I'm coming back to ceramic coat the whole car. I only wish I had found them sooner. Can't praise these guys enough.

I could only make it in on weekends but he called several times with additional openings once and scheduled to see if I wanted to get in sooner. Very complimentary and excellent service! Once my appointment did arrive. I showed up and he was beyond polite! So was his co-worker, which, unfortunately, his name escapes me. Both of them answered plenty of questions for me, as a massive concern for me as I drive this thing 130 mines a day, 5 miles offroad to get to my house in Acton. It is always dirty! Steven showed me a No Wax Soap Scrub alternative that I took a picture of and got on Amazon on my way home. I left the car for one day. I paid him much less than competitors, and that was two weeks and a day ago. Yesterday was the final day for me to wash my car; we are talking about 50 miles of dirt road! Plue the extra 1250 in those two weeks. To be able to spray it off in 8-10 minutes was a HUGE step up from the car washing I was doing on my old Dodge, I'll tell you that. The only issue you may see in the allotted photos below is that I did have to fight the Santa Ana winds yesterday, but it still came out beautiful for the time alotted. Thanks Steven! P.S. This guy has a toy drive box outside going until Dec 1st! You know he's not just a businessman, he's got a huge heart! That's the business you want to support! Right?

I fully expected to pay, but since it was part of what was replaced, they stood by their warranty. They didn't give me any attitude when I called and asked, didn't argue and was incredibly nice throughout everything. My car is a bit older and took a little bit longer to get a part but they even called me to let me know they didn't forget about me. They're super friendly, informative and I totally get the 'we're all family here' without being a scary cult vibe. I'll forever recommend anyone going there. I've sent my husband and mom there for when they got rear-ended (we live in the AV it's a rite of passage at this point). We're all thrilled (as we can for being in an accident of course). You guys are amazing. Thank you for being so kind and having personality. The two ladies in the office are incredibly sweet, Jose (gosh I hope that was his name) made me laugh and was so nice. Our vehicle has…read morebeen in their possession since an August 2025 accident, and we received it back once but had to send it back shortly after due to ongoing issues caused after their repairs. First, we were told the used turbo they installed was faulty. Insurance approved and paid for a replacement. Then we were told the catalytic converter was damaged due to the failed turbo -- insurance paid for that as well. When we were supposed to pick up the car again, there was no communication. After we followed up, we were suddenly told by Jessica the engine is now blown, allegedly due to damage from the turbo failure. Insurance denied that claim. Jessica stated she did not trust her own mechanic and wanted Ford to provide a second opinion, repeatedly assuring us nothing would be out of pocket. However, we later received a call from the dealership after they towed it there saying we would now need to authorize and pay until fault was determined -- completely contradicting what we were told. Communication has been inconsistent and unprofessional. At one point Jessica spoke negatively about her own mechanic, then later changed her position. When we asked for clarification, she was loud, argumentative, and accusatory instead of helpful. We have been without our vehicle for months and still lack clear answers or full documentation. I would strongly caution anyone considering this shop. I don't know how this shop was rated best in the AV! No manager has reached out to us during this process and their employee Jessica is rude, yells at customers, and hangs up the phone rather than take any accountability for the failed information she provided. We are still waiting for Jose the manager to contact us. Jessica stated we can talk to him or we can come into office to talk to her directly which we took as a threat. I am Looking into an attorney if things do not get resolved or explained and would recommend any shop then this one if you can!!
