And in those lines they vacuum the car and prep it for the wash. 10 cars deep with one attendant going back and forth by himself!!! This is so inefficient and unacceptable! I get that you don't want guys standing around with nothing to do, but they have something called the "10 day forecast" where you know you're going to have multiple days of consistent hot weather. And we all know that when it's hot "people wash their vehicles"!!! Stop being cheap and hire at least 4 more people to get the cars moving thru the car wash!!! We contacted several places but Jimmy was the most responsive, flexible and kind. Jimmy and his team blew our expectations out of the water. We have two dogs and the pet dander in the car was out of control. When I say my car looked brand new....looked just like the day I drove it off the lot...I am NOT kidding. Beam Bright took their time and got all the dirt out of all of the nooks and crannies. We will definitely be using them again.
