His customer service was excellent! He asked me all the questions necessary to complete his job. He was very informative and helpful. His pleasant demeanor and welcoming energy was really refreshing. (I'm assuming) and he was rushing me when I selected what service I wanted, then told me what am I waiting for so long to hurry up and put my debit card in. I visited Palmdale Car Wash on a weekday after work. There were no lines when I got there and they took my vehicle immediately. Customer service was friendly. Their prices are about average compared to nearby locations. I chose this one for its location and did not read any reviews prior. Overall my car came out looking good but there were a few things I was not happy with. - When going through the wash, the employees drive the cars so close to each other and I was afraid they might hit the vehicles in front of them. - My windshield was cleaned with a dirty towel on the inside so it actually came out dirtier than it was since it's a fairly new car. - They sprayed air freshener on my door and it left a bunch of little spots that won't come off. For the amount that I paid, I don't think I'll be coming back to this location for those reasons. read more

Right at the end where the dryers are I guess it was broken and fell right on top of our sunroof and it COMPLETELY SHATTERED! When we asked what happened they said it shattered on its own. They are tricky in pricing as tricky gets. They advertise an oil change and car wash for only $29.99 and that's far from the truth. On the receipt you will find that they charge you $13 for labor, and that's not even mentioned until you are paying. The oil change mechanic did everything to scare us that ordinary conventional oil will damage the car. I'm not sure why they sell oil that would damage a car!! He advised us to pay an extra $12 for the blend premium oil change. However, the bill came up even higher than he indicated and his explanation for the extra fees was very confusing. And as for the car wash, it's a joke! It was evident that these guys hate their jobs. This is one of the worst car washes that my car has ever had. The windows were still dripping with water. The carpet wasn't vacuumed and if it was, either the vacuum wasn't working or the guy who vacuumed was more interested in finishing than doing a good job. In a nutshell, the car cash isn't free. You pay an extra $13 that they hide under "labor" and you only get to learn about it when you are paying. read more

It's not friendly, the guys that work there aren't the cream of the crop. They walk around and spit all over the place. It's just another dive car-wash. Today i took my ride to get a complete wash/dressing/hand wax (as i always do every 2 months at 59.99) Two months ago i had to complain that they did not wax it and it still had dirt on the quarter panels (it did and i had to sit there for another hour as i waited to have it redone) Well today it happend again, no wax, i complained to the ticket writer who acted like he could not be bothered, and he said wax it to his worker he waxed it in direcrt sunlight in 5 mins, i own a ford edge and its big, so when he got done i walked the car and was not happy at all, still had wax in spots, bug and bird shit on the car and the rims were not clean, i went back got the ticket writer and he said "its sunday and we are realy busy some little thigs get over looked" i said fix it, he told his worker to fix it He walked around the car with another worker shrugged his shoulders and honked my horn i walked up and said what about this bird shit and the rims he walked away and said to his co worker in spanish "its only a wash not a detail, and what do you expect if you dont tip", well fuckers next time make sure the white boy customer dont speak spanish before you talk shit , So ya , fuck this place, think twice before you waste your money here for shit service and sub par results read more

Just the facts: Been getting all three of my vehicles washed here with a mix of other places. I come here since it's close to home but today is the last. There's been a few dumb incidents including the weird subscription plan I almost purchased until I asked question and found out it was a shady deal. Second time I got sweated about using a vacuum because I washed my car, went to autozone for some wipes and came and had to convince the guy that I just was there 10 minutes ago when he said I had ti wash my car before using the vacuum (which is a lie because I usually do the reverse here and two other spots and only didn't do it because I forgot wipes). Today cut the cake and now I'm saying don't give these bad business men your money. I pull up in my truck (same truck I been wash here for two years) some new weirdo takes my card, looks at me weird after I tell him I want the basic wash, then ask if I have a hitch. "Yes". He ask to me to remove it (something that requires a monkey wrench but I wouldn't did it anyway) I tell him "No". He tells me I can't wash the truck there unless I remove the hitch and when I tell him I've wash the truck there 2 years and it's never been an issue (also an issue I never have anywhere else in Palmdale) and he tells me it's a new policy because the hitches mess up the brushes. I have to reverse my big ole avalanche and go out the other way and the clown tells me sorry like he's the only car wash in Palmdale. So low quality brushes are being used to wash your vehicle, scammish monthly plan and fools who just saw you 10 minutes ago and don't remember you or your big red truck when you come back on the premises. I'm at the one by in and out getting the deed done but just felt the community should know that it's best to spend your money elsewhere. This was my first time coming to this facility and I must say I was very pleasantly surprised at how well the staff ran and assisted their customers. A young Armenian gentleman went above and beyond when I explained to him that one of the windows didn't quite go all the way up and I was afraid there would be a slight leak I attempted to put down a towel and he said no worries if he would tape it up triple taped up if need be. This is the most expensive Car Wash in the Antelope Valley. The owner (Vic) is a Persian immigrant who recently acquired this business. His first course of action was to cover the windows where you can watch your car go through the wash. Why would he do this? It appears that some of the "Extras" like Polish Wax and Protective Coat are emitted from devices that in the past you could see being applied. Now you have to trust that Vic isn't going to sell you something you're not actually getting. In the past there were numerous times I brought my car or SUV in and saw that they "forgot" to hit the Wax button. After seeing this my car was run through again - this time with the "Wax On". Couple this with a new $24.99 price for an SUV plus a decent ($5.00) tip for the hard-working immigrants who dry your car and you have a $30.00 Car Wash. When it was $19.99 and a $4.00 tip it was still expensive. I think Vic has priced himself into another line of work. Employees who rely on tips and customers to put food on their table, are feeling the pain and as most told me business was "Way down". You reap what you sow Vic. Spend a minute and consider that and LOWER your prices and re-open the windows that let me see my "baby" get her bath. I'll again be a loyal customer, but not before you stop gouging me and anyone else who makes the mistake of pulling into your business. The work remains good - but how many people in Palmdale can pay $30 for a Car Wash? I can have my whole car waxed and detailed in my driveway for just a little more. While killing time I decided to have our small SUV washed and took it to Palmdale car wash. Only to find that who ever owns it now has destroyed a good thing. It took them over an hour to wash my car and when they gave it back it was still a mess. The fact that they took over an hour put me behind for an appointment and couldn't stay to have them do a real wash. Ok car wash. They are a little cheaper than Royal car wash down the street but the atmosphere is much worse. The woman at the counter is not the friendliest and the inside of the business is halfway set up. Which is fine, but it seems unclean as well. I was sort of worried about my car after seeing the inside, but they did a fine job. They did vacuum better than the other place but my outside was less clean.
