First off I want to start with great costumer service. It's why they really deserve 5 stars. Pablo is very nice and straight forward. Car was done within a reasonable amount of time. As far as the car goes. They did a good job. Got most of the stains out. What I did notice after I got home was that they did not vacuum underneath my back seats, no big deal except for the big prices I expect spotless work. I would suggest you go if you are in major need of a good detail not just a clean up. I say this because prices are standard and my car is relatively new so the price was a bit much for me. Was worried about bringing a relatively new/expensive'ish (black) car (C63) for a full on cut/wax. Came to Yelp for reviews and it led me to Encore. I called the business after hours and requested a large amount of work to be done within a small time frame. The owner, Pablo, came back to open up the shop and store the car so they could start right away the next day. They did and awesome job bringing the black paint to life (it was near-death from 19k miles of exposure and automated car washes!) The service was way over and above and the workmanship kept pace. Best Detailer I've ever been to. Pablo and his associate went above and beyond with my vehicle. I haven't seen my car this good before even from when I got it from the dealer. Great customer service, very meticulous with their work which left me feeling reassured. Without telling them they removed some tar buildup I had under the car, heck even when I was driving off they stopped me to wipe something down... doesn't get any better than that in my opinion. I paid $125 to this guy for headlight detail and the guy claimed that it will be good and stay good. He provided 1 year warranty. Headlights turned yellow and foggy I'm less then 3 months. Called this guy as he provided 1 year warranty..but he never picked up the phone, went to the shop and no one of his employees want to talk anything about warranty and don't provide contact details of him to talk to him. Then a gentlemen named Frank walked with me to inspect the vehicle and see the condition. Worst customer service ever!!! I had an appointment at 12pm there was an associate there, but he couldn't help me. He told me I had to wait for Pablo, who would be back in 15 minutes because he was dropping off a customer. I said okay. Instead, I waited 30 minutes! Why make appointment in the first place. Plus, I had to make an appointment two months in advance. Not acceptable. If you want your customers to throw out $200-$300 there should be a much better customer service and all employees should be able to explain their business not just the owner. read more

I brought my 2013 mazda to Pablo (the owner) on a Thursday at 3:30. I asked for a wash, vacuume, and spray on waxing. He charges $50 for this service. I did not have an appointment, but they took me anyways. I waited at the shop and I got my car back by 5:00. Pablo gave me a 50% discount since it took longer than it typically would (they were very busy that day). He did a great job at the detailing. Overall, Encore Auto Detailing has great customer service and has a very friendly and fair staff. I would set up an appointment with him if you can. I received a gift certificate for a detail from Encore. I made my appointment and was excited to have my work done by them (i"ve heard they are amazing!). I really wish i took before and after photos, but i didn't, so you will have to take my word for it! it WAS amazing! the center console of my car looked as if it had been rubbed off over time, the seats were stained from jeans and daily use, my seat belts were filthy, it was all awful! When i got my car back, it looked like i just picked it up from the dealer. I think i was most impressed with the center console...it looked new! the detail package i received was the "interior detail" so my car wasnt washed, but after what they did on the inside, i can imagine that a was is pretty great! The only reason i am not giving 5 stars is because my certificate was for $115 and the interior detail is only $95. When i asked if the other $20 left over on the certificate could be used as a tip or another service, i was given the answer that they only accept cash tips.. I thought that was kinda cheeky, but i handed them a tip, and they kept the extra $20 from my certificate. Had they offered a new certificate for $20 or offered to wash my car, it would have been a solid 5 stars, because their work is amazing! Unfortunately, i think the way the situation was handled was less than professional. All-in-all, they did a fabulous job, and i would suggest anyone to go there, just don't get a certificate unless you know exactly what the individual wants! read more

When I brought my car in, I didn't have too high of hopes for the outcome. The paint had major oxidation, the car had dings all over the place, and the interior had numerous stains. Pablo took the time and got it done right. The car looks practically brand new, and it is over 10 years old! Worked with Pablo to get minor scratch corrections, and was also considering getting paint protection on my new car. He is very knowledgeable at the technicalities and great at explaining the process of detailing in general. He gave me a very reasonable price for the whole package and was not pushy in doing so. I was ready to sell my car for $1,200 so I was looking to have it detail and I look for the best auto detailing places and Encore show up. All do is in Lancaster CA, and I live In Las Vegas NV, I was going to visit family in Palmdale so I decide to go in to Encore and Pablo right away make me fell comfortable as soon as a drive in he stops what he was doing, answers all the questions I have for him without hesitation. The price he told me to detail the 2005 Jeep Cherokee was no bad at all , but I thought that it was going to look only Ok . But OMG , 2 days later I have the feeling I was picking up a new car . It was unbelievable the work that Pablo and Peter had done to the SUV. All the dullness from years was gone and I was able to see its real color again. I even have a thought of keeping it , but I had already bought a new car. Anyways I raise the price of course form $1,200 to 3,500, I was so please and happy with the outcome.
