Antonio and Nelson at the Sierra Highway shop in Lancaster gave me a straightforward $220 quote, including tint removal, and that's exactly what I paid. They finished in exactly 2hrs. I got 5% in the back and 15 in the front. They did a fucking amazing job! I made an appointment and got in the very next morning as their first customer. They were on time and the tint came out super clean. They really care about their customers. Highly recommend! :)

First, they offer different levels of window film, and unless you pay significantly more for the ceramic film, the regular film they install is extremely poor quality. If you're expecting a clean, professional tint job, be very careful about what you choose. The installation itself was unacceptable. When I picked up my car, there were bubbles all over the windows. I immediately brought it to their attention, and I was told that this was "normal" and that the bubbles would disappear after about five days. I have had window tint installed on all of my previous vehicles, and I have never left a professional tint shop with windows looking like this. I waited the five days as instructed, and guess what? The bubbles were still there. I returned to the shop, and they agreed to redo the tint. The second installation was also poorly done. There were still bubbles, and on the rear passenger-side window, they cut the film too short, leaving a very noticeable gap. The workmanship was honestly embarrassing. I went back again, and instead of taking responsibility, they repeatedly told me, "You have one year, don't worry." That is not the point. I paid for a professional installation, and I should not have to keep returning to the shop over and over again to get the job done correctly. They asked me to wait again while they replaced the film for a third time. And after all of that, there are still bubbles in the windows. At this point, I've given this company multiple opportunities to fix the problem, and they have failed every single time. The workmanship is poor, the installation quality is unacceptable, and the customer service is extremely unprofessional. There was no real apology or acknowledgment of the poor work--just repeated statements about having a one-year warranty. A warranty does not make a bad installation acceptable. I shouldn't have to keep bringing my car back multiple times for something that should have been done correctly the first time. Do yourself a favor and shop around. There are plenty of window tint shops that offer much better quality, workmanship, and customer service. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. I made an appointment and went to talk to them. Greg was very informative. He knew all about Teslas, tinting, ceramic and the best shades to use. Comes out from another room and asks if I need help. I explained and she said ," you can get a quote off our website ", to which I replied, I was driving by and decided to stop and ask in person. The tosses a note pad at me and says, write down your info and we'll call you. I'm busy with customers. My response was - " what am I?" She replied- " They paid money already!" Needless to say that was the deal breaker right there. I walked out after telling her she was F-ing rude. They lost a $4000 job that day. But our car looks great after we went elsewhere! I'll NEVER go there or refer anyone there as long as she works there.

They are near me so I said why not! The young lady was very informative and they had a deal going on so I signed up for the membership. I was pleasantly surprised when they asked if they could help me wipe my car down and do the tires (included in the memership). I have literally been here 7 times since I have gotten my membership and each time has been great! The vacuum area is always clean as well. Looking forward to many more visits! The Encore Auto Detailing & Mobile Services Company was a delight to work with. They are professional in how they treat the customer. Their website is easy to use and provides clearly their services and prices. The website is what stood out to me and was a factor I used in choosing to use this company. I was treated by the owner as a valued customer. I contacted the company several times with questions and received prompt answers. The cutomer is truly valued by this company. The work done on my car was outstanding. My car is eleven years old and now it looks brand new. When I drive it it has that new car smell and looks fabulous both inside and out. The headlights, which were in terrible shape, now are clear and bright. The engine is sparkling and looks brand new. I highly recommend this company. Their treatment of the customer, professionalism, qualitiy of work, time frame in which the work was completed, price of the work done and the ease of using their website made the whole process completely enjoyable. read more

I am a returning customer, and tomorrow will be my 5th car to detail, his price is astonishing, he cleaned one of my vans spending 7-8 hrs with 2 people and he charged me very cheap and felt they are really worth more so i gave them little more, they come to you , what more you can ask, that alone is a money saver let alone if you want to clean and buff it yourself it will take you probably the whole day, but think about the next day you will wake up with body aches, give them a chance and let them prove you that really they are worth every penny if not undercharging. good guys, they even found very valuable things in the car and they have placed them in the glove box, very honest people. read more

I am still in shock of how amazing my car looks. I never thought it would ever look as good as it does now!! I took it in so that Pablo (@ Encore) could shampoo the carpets and the seats from years of caked on and baked in stains like Red ICEE, Soda, Milk, food, and who knows what else. But it came out looking like a brand new car!!! Pablo and the other employees were very friendly and amazing to work with. I will 100% be back and would recommend Encore to everyone!!!! read more

I brought my car here and they did a great job on my car. They took care of me and they i think went up and beyond the call of duty as far as customer service and I'm big on that. They got the hard water spots off my car, they took me home when i didn't have a ride home before they started working on car and they picked me up when the work was complete read more
