When I initially called they were pretty flexible with scheduling. The morning of they had to cancel because there was an issue with their mobile truck that wasn't working. It wasn't a huge deal, but because my schedule varies so much it was an inconvenience and he told me I could reschedule. I called back at the end of the week to reset another appt, left a voicemail but never received a callback. I ended up looking into another place to get the work done. So the 2 stars is just from my experience trying to get my car cleaned with them, it's not based on the quality of their completed work. From the other review it looks like they do a good job. But... I guess I'll never know. read more

I was ready to sell my car for $1,200 so I was looking to have it detail and I look for the best auto detailing places and Encore show up. All do is in Lancaster CA, and I live In Las Vegas NV, I was going to visit family in Palmdale so I decide to go in to Encore and Pablo right away make me fell comfortable as soon as a drive in he stops what he was doing, answers all the questions I have for him without hesitation. The price he told me to detail the 2005 Jeep Cherokee was no bad at all , but I thought that it was going to look only Ok . But OMG , 2 days later I have the feeling I was picking up a new car . It was unbelievable the work that Pablo and Peter had done to the SUV. All the dullness from years was gone and I was able to see its real color again. I even have a thought of keeping it , but I had already bought a new car. Anyways I raise the price of course form $1,200 to 3,500, I was so please and happy with the outcome. Pablo's professionalism and knowledge is beyond expectations. I will go back very soon just to keep my new car shining always. read more

I came in today (7/13/2016 about 10:15 am), bay door is wide open and office door is open, I have waited for about 10 minutes and there's NO ONE there at all!!!! No one in the office, in the shop or in the parking lots, no nothing! What a wasted of time and it's bad for business by leaving everything open and unlock when no one's working! read more

Keep coming back and still so amazed! If you want you car to look like new, come get the deluxe detail! You won't recognize your car!

I wish I would have taken before and after pictures. This place is amazing! I have toddlers at home and my SUV has all kinds of stains: Milk, juice, candy, etc. Encore was able to leave the entire interior as brand new. I have used them twice now. Highly... highly recommend. read more

I took my car in Friday last minute pretty much, Pablo was able to squeeze me in I only wanted my interior cleaned and detailed due to a minor accident, picked up my car this morning. And wow!! He did an amazing job!! My car looks brand spankin new like it did when I first bought it! The prices are worth it. I would definitely recommend him to anyone! I brought in my car on Tuesday which was good timing because I called on Monday. Pablo the owner is very nice and accommodating. The shop in the middle of a shitty neighborhood. My car was suppose to be done at 5pm Tuesday, but they called and said it wouldn't be ready till 10am. At 10am they called and said it would be ready at 2. At 1:30 I received a call to pick my vehicle up. I picked up my vehicle. The vehicle looked amazing! Great job :) I found a coupon on yelp for $25 off. So all in all $125 for interior and exterior. They did not clean under the hood at all. Granted it took maybe 5 min when I got home. I deffinately would recommend if you want great service, but can wait. read more

Pablo and his crew are da bomb!!! I was so impressed when I saw my BMW after they finished detailing it. I should have posted photos so that people could see that Encore means business. They definitely aim to please their customers. Pablo was fantastic! He was very honest and upfront about the cost and work timeframe. The "before & after" condition of my car is amazing. I would recommend Encore to people that desire top quality detailing that comes from highly skilled and professional people. Thanks Pablo and crew...because of your awesome service and great staff...I will definitely be returning. read more

I was in desperate need to get my car detailed. The exterior of my car felt rougher than sand paper. I was referred to Encore by a Co-Worker who has had her car done by Encore. She spoke very highly about their work and service. I got my car done yesterday and I have to say I was very impressed and have no complaints what so ever, coming from the car club world I know what to look for in detailing a car. I feel like I have a new car and will definitely recommend and use for my future projects. read more

I brought my black Honda here. Pablo didn't even remove all my water spots. Also I can tell my car was rushed, some very faint scratches were not removed which I had to do myself when I brought the car home. Under my seats there still dirt, LOOKED LIKE IT WASNT EVEN VACUUMED. On top of of the poor quality of work Pablo will call you and ask to keep you car for day or two longer which is really inconvenient for people who only have one vehicle. I recommend to try a different shop! read more

My car was recently vandalized: All my windows where busted out and their was glass all through out the interior. There were three phases needed to happen to bring my car back to life: 1). Glass removal and interior detailing. 2) Glass and parts replacement. 3) Body work and paint. My first concern was how the glass was going to be professionally removed from the interior. I really needed to have a thorough job done because I have young children and didn't want them to get cut by small particles and shards of glass I found Encore Auto Detailing on Yelp.com and after reading the reviews I called them and spoke to Pablo over the phone, I was very happy to hear how my car would be cared for so I made arrangements and brought the car to them the same day. I was quoted a reasonable time frame to do the job. Pablo and his crew removed the seats front and back, all the carpeting, center console and the door panels They vacuumed and pressure washed the carpet, blew out the air ducks, removing all the glass. they also had in place referrals to replace the glass, parts, body work and repainting the vehicle. Definitely a one stop shop...!! Pablo and his crew are polite and very professional not to mention affordable! Encore Auto Detailing is definitely a first class operation and I cannot emphasize enough the quality of service...!!!The BEST IN THE A.V.!!! Step one is now complete and looking very nice! I will be going back to Encore Auto Detailing to complete phase 2-3 read more
