I was skeptical getting my car tinted anywhere. As my model causes issues for some, since the…read morespoiler usually has to be removed. Most places charged a premium or didn't work on my car at all. Finally, after months I decided to get it tinted here. For one, the price was much lower then most. I did find cheaper in the AV, but I knew I would be sacrificing quality. Out the door I paid $195, I got quoted this months ago when I first got my car. When I finally decided to pull the trigger, I got no markups in the end and paid that same price! They also have a promotion going on! If you check in with Yelp, you get a free 6 inch (legal) sun visor. Check it out on my car and it adds a great look! None of my tint has major bubbles, all of it looks great. Only a small amount on my windshield visor, but I'm sure that will dry up. I also got paperwork for my lifetime warranty. Make sure to keep it in a safe place. Although I don't think I'll be needing it anytime soon. Also keep in mind that tint looks darker on your car! I got 20 percent all around because it didn't look that dark. But once on the car it's definitely dark! I like it though and don't think I'll have any problems with the law. Overall, extremely satisfied and definitely recommend this place to anybody looking to get their car tinted!

I paid top dollar for my project and made sure everything was clearly documented in writing before moving forward. There was no confusion about what was agreed upon. The design, expectations, and scope of work were all discussed and approved beforehand. Fast forward more than two months later, and my vehicle has now been sitting at their shop for over four weeks. I still do not have it back. The biggest issue is that the finished product is not what we agreed to. Multiple employees have acknowledged what was originally approved and can see the written communication themselves. Instead of correcting the mistake, the effort has been focused on convincing me to accept a product that differs from what was sold and what I paid for. Communication throughout the process has been extremely poor. Most updates only come after repeated follow-ups. Calls and messages often go unanswered. I even reached out directly to ownership to give them an opportunity to step in and resolve the situation before posting this review and received no response. To their credit, they seem to have a lot of business and their marketing appears to be working. Unfortunately, my experience has been that the customer experience, attention to detail, and follow-through have not kept pace with their growth. This review isn't about a delay. Delays happen. This is about paying premium pricing, having everything documented, waiting months, and still not receiving the product that was agreed upon. For ownership, I hope this review is taken seriously because there appears to be a breakdown in communication, accountability, and quality control. For potential customers, just make sure you understand the risk. My experience has been poor communication, missed expectations, lack of accountability, and being asked to accept something different than what was originally promised. At the time of writing this review, I still do not have my vehicle back.

Money is already stretched thin with this economy, so finding an honest spot mattered. Antonio and Nelson at the Sierra Highway shop in Lancaster gave me a straightforward $220 quote, including tint removal, and that's exactly what I paid. They finished in exactly 2hrs. I got 5% in the back and 15 in the front. They did a fucking amazing job! I made an appointment and got in the very next morning as their first customer. They were on time and the tint came out super clean. They really care about their customers. Highly recommend! :)
