Went to the shop to discuss tinting my slider doors and tinting my vehicle. Scheduled to have have my house looked at to verify the pricing and type of tint that we wanted. On the the scheduled day their was a no show at the scheduled time I called the shop 30 minutes after our scheduled time and was told that it would be another hour before anyone would show up. I was never given a call on the delay for my appointment and when I called to find out about delay no reason was given. Bad business etiquette, II will take my business elsewhere. read more

I called the office number and someone's mother answered and said she did not speak English, but would get her son to call me back??? I left several messages to no avail. Now looking at past reviews this seems to be the norm with this business to not communicate, or simply close whenever it's convenient and not let customers know. Tint was well priced and put on well, but they broke my door handle and did not mention anything to me about it. They were really nice until they were charging me. They wouldn't make eye contact, which tells me they knew and felt bad. I would have been okay with it if they had apologized, but just for that I would never recommend this place. read more

Let me start by saying that Ubaldo which I believe is the owner is a very easy-going man and very helpful and detailed when he explains his work. However I can't say much for the actual work that was done on my vehicle. First my front passenger window had to be redone because what they said was an air bubble never went away after a week's time. Second they left my back seats wet both times. Since I went in to get the tinting fix a second time. My back window had to be redone since the first time it was done it was left with two small holes. They fixed that issue which I'm happy with and satisfied so I thought! However my children's car seat's were in the trunk and when I pulled them out to place them back on the WET seats, to my surprise my children's car seat's were also soaked. I did not appreciate that my children's car seat were soaked and no one had the courtesy to make me aware of that. Also to make matters worse I had 2 Microfiber cloths in my trunk before they started working on my vehicle and then they were gone. The price was $2 per cloths but it's not about the price but the principle. read more
