I gave them a call and chatted with Daniel. I told him the issue and he gave me some dates and times that were available. I ended up with an appointment the next day. The times they give you are in a 3-hour window, but they'll text you when they're heading your way. Once he got there, Daniel walked me through everything that was going to happen. He went over the price we talked about on the phone and how we'd pay. He also told me how long it would take. Since I was paying out of pocket, they worked hard to save me money by finding used/leftover parts when possible -- and it came out way cheaper than Tesla. But the best part is the people. Everyone there is super friendly and actually cares.
