This is the place to go for a reasonably priced hand detail wash and wax of your car. I've been back twice now and appreciate the care and the concern and the prices are greater than mobile detailers. Give them a try. The same people are here year to year which is nice to see read more

Monte Vista Car Wash - My truck in their shop - Car Wash Near Me - Lancaster, California

This is my favorite carwash. It's located on avenue I near where the old DMV was located. Came here yesterday to get my car washed. This is my go to because they always do an outstanding job. I usually get the $36 package because it comes with armor all inside and out. Sometimes you can even find a coupon. I love when my car is all shiny and clean. I just want to give a special thank you to Lalo because he went over and above yesterday when he did my car. He saw that there was a sticky spot and before I drove off he insisted on cleaning the area again . He actually got the spot out. I was so happy because I don't know what it was but it had been on my car for some time and nothing would get it out. Muchas gracias Lalo from the lady with the gray Toyota. Thank you to everyone else at Monte Vista car wash. read more

I took my car there to get it detailed I have used thier car wash ervice many times.. The completted the detailing in about 2 hours. My car looks brand new. Great price! Very happy with the job they did. read more

Had been going there for about 15+ years but for the past year or so their hours seem very inconsistent. I've been there half a dozen times when they were supposed to be open but they were closed, no sign, nothing, just dark and shut down so I've been washing our car & truck myself. For a while I thought they had gone out of business but they still advertise so don't know what is going on with them. They always did a decent job at a reasonable price. I'll try one more time. read more

Every time I come, I receive great service. I'm told if it's not to my pleasing, they will take care of it. Funny thing, everything has always been done to my pleasing. read more

I use to come to this car wash often and would leave very pleased. Their complete package wash was one of the most cost affective, but the last few times I've gone I have not been happy at all. This last visit I came from west Palmdale to give them one last chance and was probably the worse they've ever done. Had to point out a few times different parts of the car that was not done correctly or at all. At the end instead of continuing to point out what wasn't done, like they were little kids, I just gave up and left. Do not recommend and will not be returning. read more

My car really looks good. Prices aren't to bad didn't have wait to long till it was done

Car looked amazing. Was in the area for work and needed a car wash inside and out. They definitely are attention to detail. Workers are very friendly too! read more

I have been coming to this car wash for years and the quality has steadily gone down over the years. I had not been for about a year but thought I would see how things were and that was the biggest mistake! I paid $47 for the full service on my truck (which hey is not cheap but as long as it is good, I don't mind paying). First, they told me my truck was done when they had just washed and dried; I told them I paid for full service, and they said oh let me go double check. They did and got back to the car which took another 25 minutes or so. They told me my truck was done and as I walked up, I asked them to finish a few spots they had missed on the side. When I got in my car, I noticed that my windshield was cracked down the center! I advised one of the workers and they said I needed to speak to the cashier. I went to speak with her, and she said it happens frequently (it has even happened to her car; like this was supposed to make it ok) when it is cold outside, and the hot water hits the windshield it can cause it to crack and that is why they have signs that say they are not responsible. I told her it was not cold outside (it was 60) plus my car had been parked outside. I asked for the owner's information, and she said she was the owner and offered to give me back what I paid for the carwash but nothing more. I am so disappointed in this service and will never go back nor recommend them to anyone! If they have this happen frequently, they need to fix the water temperature or whatever is making this happen! read more

Great little car wash. Very clean facility. They did a nice job on my car. I choose a regular wash . They have a tip jar/box in the waiting area which I appreciate. I was not expecting the spotless bathrooms. No dust in any of the vents in tha ladies room. Thank you. This place is immaculate and great job on jeep it was for $14.00 plus tip. read more

Monte Vista Car Wash - Car wash - Car Wash Near Me - Lancaster, California

Was the 2nd to last car getting washed/vacuum for $21 But when they were all finished I still had little dirt/rock in between my middle and third row seat I asked them if they could re vacuum it out they said to come back tomorrow because they are closed now, I don't live close by Then when driving away I noticed my entire dash still was dusty they didn't even clean the inside properly or the inside windows Not worth going to just a big disappointment read more

Hands down the best car wash in the AV. Fast friendly service. Employees talk to you and make you feel welcomed. Don't go anywhere else for your car wash needs. read more

Never open. Went there three different days to get my car washed. They were closed early every single day. You lost my business for good.

We always a have good service when we come here. Workers are friendly and do a great job on my car even though it's hotter than crap out. read more

You are better off taking your xar to costco. Not worth it at all. Wasted $18 thought they will do a decent job but no.

I recently moved to Palmdale and was looking for a full service car wash. Everything in the area is automated and you have to clean the inside yourself. I went Monte Vista and was skeptical at first because it doesn't look like much. But the people are great and the employees have always done a very thorough job, inside and out. The place has a cool history too. I now go there exclusively. read more

They were quick and efficient! I spoke with the owner, and she just bought the place about a month ago, if I remember correctly. She said she'll be updating and upgrading the business, which is exciting - especially impressive for someone that is young and has private/family owned business. My dad has been taking his car there since the new owner, and he said that the next day after one of his washes, there was a film left on his window, so he took it back and they cleaned it right up free of charge. So, it's nice to know that they'll do a thorough job, or fix it if they don't. read more

This carvwash has been around forever. My mom use tontake me here when I was a little kid and my whole family still comes here till this day even my kids. I love there service and how detailed they are with my vehicles. They have always done a great job! Would never use any other car wash. read more

They broke my side mirror and threw the blame on my car.??? Absolute idiot. I asked for anything to compensate the damages and they offered nothing and said it was my car. 10/10 do NOT recommend . Unless you want damages to your car . But yeah go ahead and bring your car here for damages . If you'd like ask for a regular wash and tire cleaning with the free added bonus of broken side mirror, this is the place read more

Save your money and don't come here!!!! If I could give this place -1 I would. They have a bunch people (who look sketchy) btw who don't even know how to clean a car. I paid for the most expensive package and in the ended I had to go redo myself. I spoke to the manager but he just cared about ringing up the next person. I guess it's just business. This place is very unprofessional. Save your money and do it yourself. read more

I love Monte Vista Car Wash. I have used them for years. I have a soft top convertible. They do the best hand wash I have found in the AV. Friendly & courteous employees. Upgrades are available. Great value in a local small business. read more

Really really bad! I should have listen to the comments. I paid 30$ they wiped down my car quick and they told me It was ready... as I approached them I said I paid for wax and for a vinyl wipe down & much more.. anyways they had to go confirm that I was saying the truth, everybody came back to my car with an attitude to finish up.... As I was there standing there was still bugs on my front windshield & on my hood. I took it upon myself to go talk to the girl that's working at the register to tell her what was going on. I told her I was really disappointed with the whole entire job she said she understood because I was paying ' a lot ' She talked to a gentleman and he took care of the issue. I just don't understand why would they give me my car back like that, and it's funny because I always see this car wash SO packed with people. Today there was like only 3 cars you would think since it's slow they would take their time with costumers cars... NEVER coming back here again save your $$$ read more

Okay great wash and clean on the inside but maybe leave the kids at home because on the way in I witnessed a fist fight between two men that seemed to just be hanging out in the alley behind the car wash drinking 40s. Then there is the classy clientele that walk in with unlit cigarettes in their mouth.... idk... like I said good wash .... not exactly family friendly read more

Not too many full-service car washes around. I thought this place was great and had great customer service. Very reasonable prices and will be coming back read more

If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. They don't deserve even one star. My husband took his car to get washed, and as the car was going through the wash it broke the valve stem on his tire and all of the air came out. My husband spoke to the owner who proceeded to tell my husband that it was my husbands' fault that this happened. WHAT THE HELL!!!! To fix the tire - $150.00 Never go to this place to get your car wash it is very dirty, tacky, and rundown and the customer service is good however, the owner is horrible!!!! read more

They are really fast and affordable but there is a reason for that. They did an awful job. After they were done there was water spots and my front still had a good amount of bug splatter. Never coming again. read more

I have tried to give this neighborhood business a chance so many times but they really just don't do a good job. Do not come here omg MY CAR NEVER GOT WASHED, I had to ask 6 six different people to please take a look inside my car and ples have someone to wash it. And normally i leave a little bit more over a normal tip just like I do at a nail shop. After really looking back I realize the people had about five cars here to wash but everyone standing around smoking a cigarette listening to music chilling. It's a Saturday before 2pm everyone's normally getting a car Wash at this time what's going on here. Smh WILL NEVER COME BACK!!! read more

This car wash should be called Pointless Car Wash. For $12 you get your car lightly sprayed by a rickety old machine not to mention employees who smoke before drying off your car with unsanitary rags. The best was watching one of the cracked out employees chase after her boyfriend! Our car now smells like a homeless smoker rubbed his butt all over the interior. This place is a joke of a business. read more

They use whats called a "bug spray" on the front of your car, that faded my paint. The owner tried rubbing out the faded spot, it looked so so after he was done. I was not that impressed. Last time I was there, the quality of service was Sub-Standard, Costco's car wash is cheaper and better. They no doubt paid to have the review tainted read more

Consumer BeWare...We have been here several times and come back in hopes that we would get better service and after today we have decided to do a Yelp and made the decision that we would never come back. It is sad and unfortunate that you have a staff of people but only one of them out there detailing the cars is willing to work while the others stand around complaining that the boss took a vacation. Would definitely not recommend this place. We are now on our way home to go and wash our car ourselves. read more

Worst car wash ever! I normally wash my own car so I don't expect perfection from any car wash but a 4 year old could have done a better job!! I was the ONLY car there at the time and the carpets were hardly vacuumed and they didn't vacuum the back seat at all!! Then they've got 6 PEOPLE drying my car and not one of them could be bothered to wipe down the door jams. They also did a horrible job on the inside of the windows and didn't clean the center console or top of the steering column. If I could go back and take back my tip from the tip jar, I would!! I ended up having to vacuum and detail my car when I got home. Never again will I take my car there!! read more

Do not waste your money at this car wash. Terrible wash terrible drying no pride in their job. Got the dirt off the car and that's about it.

I sent my wife today to get a car wash. She wanted a place that would do the interior as well...As is turns out, we should have found a different place, cause this place isn't it.. The outside of the car is fine, the interior in the front seat is good. The back seat is so-so. The back space accessed by lifting the hatchback, WASN'T EVEN TOUCHED...THAT IS CRAP. APPARENTLY THIS PLACE IS CRAP AS WELL. FIND A DIFFERENT PLACE. read more
