Wow! This place is recently remodeled and looks clean. Greeted by employee. Machines seemed new. $14 for the premium wash, then after that went and self vacuum my car and then while vacuuming, an employee came by and armor on my tires and wipe down any water residue. Always good to tip hard workers. If I lived in Antelope Valley/Lancaster this would be my go to for car washing. There was a couple of spots but overall I would Recommend this spot. read more

It's ok not bad. Everyone's bound to have a different experience different cars with different styles maybe you had a loose bumper and you didn't know and you swear by everything it was the strongest thing in your car. My point is it's fine a both sketchy but not bad looks decent. I've been there two times and both times it seems the giant cleaning things folded my mirrors outwards both times. I don't mind cause they're fine but they're to strong and I wouldn't doubt if it damages a car some day. Water and soaps are fine blowers could do better but passable. Staff I don't see many I saw security but the guy doesn't speak English so that's something but to me that's fine I speak Spanish. They open at 8 but I went there and waited 20 mins before the chain was open and people could go in so maybe go after 8:30 value wise it's fine I always get the basic simple wash do t expect much from drive thru car washes just like food drive thru are not the best. So 10 for my experience not bad at all. The one thing I absolutely love about this place is there vacuums I know weird but they have the strongest suction of any drive thru I've ever been too. Other than that it's fine if your car is good and can handle some strong winds and slightly small tiny rough wash you'll be fine get the basic best bet. In and out and you're done lot of vacuums too they take Apple Pay but didn't work for me so maybe take your card fair place for a quick wash and interior vacuum. Not bad place. read more

They left one of our cup holders filled with liquid, bird poop was still smeared on the windshield., they scratched my glovebox. This place used to be so much better back before their remodel. If you're looking for the kind of wash where they spray your car with water and smear the dirt around then call it clean, then this is the place for you. If you expect a good car wash that doesn't upcharge each item, such as wheel dressing, air freshener, and interior wipe down, then skip this place. For my large SUV, I paid $35 for a hand wash, and asked for wheel dressing, which was an additional $5 according to the attendant. This did not include an air freshener or an interior wipe down (that would be extra). My car was marginally clean, with road grime still around lower fenders near the wheels. Filmy steaks on the windows and areas of the body. I ended up taking the car home and cleaned the windows and wiped the body down with a liquid detailer spray I have. This place needs to step up their game and bring their prices in line with the competition. I could have called any one of the local mobile car wash services and paid $30-$40 for a hand wash, interior wipe down, and tire dressing without even leaving my house. As a matter of fact, that's exactly what I'll do next time. read more

Friday, August 10, 2018: I am currently renting a car (long-term) from a rental car agency in Lancaster. After 30 days, the car required an oil change and wash. The rental agency contracts with V.I.P. The rental car company told me that the vehicle would require these services before being returned to me for another 30-day rental. I advised the agency that I had personal property in the car and was assured my personal property would be okay. When the vehicle was returned to me (following service at V.I.P.) it was missing a cellular phone charger (that was plugged into the lighter), a garage door remote (left in the overhead console), and a flashlight (that had been in the trunk). Items that were not taken included my jacket, Igloo cooler (and contents), and miscellaneous items in the trunk. I notified the rental agency that items were missing, and a call was placed to V.I.P. where the carwash denied any knowledge of the items in question. The rental agency asked me to go to V.I.P. to speak with the manager "Ray" and see if he could review security cameras. Ray quickly reminded me that the car was brought to them by the rental car agency and implied that the agency had possibly taken the items. He made no effort to question employees or review video footage. Ray also told me that since the car is a rental his employees have been told (by the rental car agency) to "throw items into the trash" that may have been left in the car by the previous customer. I told Ray that if the items were thrown in his trash they must be in a receptacle and advised he look. The manager then told me that I was welcome to look in his trash. I wasn't about to look in his trash for my property. I asked Ray why (if my items had been thrown in the trash) weren't my other items (jacket, cooler, employment related items/tools) thrown in the trash? Ray was silent and didn't have an answer. The rental car agency denies ever having told V.I.P. to discard items and a in subsequent conversation between the rental car agency manager and V.I.P. Ray denied that he told me this. (According to the rental agency manager). The rental agency driver told myself and her manager that she saw my phone charger plugged in the lighter receptacle when she drove the car to V.I.P. to have it serviced. However; upon completion of the service the charger was missing. I have filed a report at the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Lancaster Station. Note: While at the car wash I observed a customer that I had previously seen moments earlier at the rental agency was awaiting his car to be washed. I asked him if he had any personal property in the vehicle at which time he quickly told me "No. I don't keep anything in the cars when I come here. They took all of the change out of my ashtray and some other stuff too." Do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS PLACE! I would leave less than 1 star if I could! read more

Came here for a full hand wash. I saw that some people weren't happy that that there weren't brushes but it's a full hand wash, so it's quite nice since brushes can scratch. I have to say that the service was good. The gentleman (Melvin) who finished by wiping the car down was very professional and polite. He invited me to do a walk around and was good about wiping small things that were missed. I had driven through quite a bit of bugs before the wash so it was understandable that a little bit of residue is left here and there. Also, for the price of the basic car wash, 16$, I thought that the value was superb, considering it's a full hand wash. It was also finished in around 45 minutes. There's a convenient indoor seating area with a window to watch your car get sprayed down. TLDR; Good value and good customer service. I've only gone once, (Mid Monday) but based on my experience, I would return and recommend to others. read more

I went to the Car service center right In the same Parking lot (apperantly They are together) and man, the service was phenomenal! I got my car tuned up, for a tad bit over 100$ and then came right down to Sal's Auto Repair (which I was told was his Amigo) and got 4 tires swapped out for just about $140, and with a deal like that, I DOUBT it can be beat. I'm a HERTZ customer that only required an oil change, Friday August 9, 2019 VIP car wash stole my belongings from the arm rest which consisted of my ATM card, LOUIE VUITTON scarf, a regular scarf and mascara! I didn't check the arm rest until 11:10 Friday night and made the discovery. Saturday August 10 I drove and spoke with a manager who informed me the car wasn't washed at his establishment, this was proved to be a LIE!He then proceeded to inform me if any items were in the vehicle, his company returns any items to Hertz. This proved to be a lie! This was disproved when a representative from Hertz Myrna spoke with this individual. He then said let's check the trash! My record from Hertz with my name on it was trashed alone with my mascara, all other items were STOLEN! Later, he stated its HERTZ responsibility to check their vehicles not VIP! Two hours, $120, and the car isn't actually clean. There are still bugs and spots all over the outside. They sprayed Armor All on the interior, but left a lot of dusty residue. And they managed to get the upholstery wet without removing any of the minor food stains. read more

I used to like this place, until it changed hands a while back. Now the service is dreadful. The price goes up every time, but the service goes down, down, down. I watched my car being 'cleaned' every step of the way. First the interior. One slow guy cleaning about 9 cars. He finally got to mine. Vacuumed the driver's floor ok, opened the back door, looked at it, closed it again. Opened the tailgate, vacuumed the right half of the floor. Never touched the left half. Weak. He kinda vacuumed the passenger side, in slow speed, and then started moving cars over to be washed, one guy, moving each car in turn, in no hurry. Then the wash tunnel. Two guys talking and barely working. Only one of them touched my car. Most cars get the wheels cleaned. Not mine. When it came out, a guy started wiping it a little here and there. Then he drove it over to the oil change bay. What's he doing? He was taking it for the oil change. Of course, it was already done, wasting even more of my time. It had been an hour and a half already. My wheels were still filthy, coated with brake dust and road dirt. I bent down and swiped a finger across my wheel. My finger got filthy, and left a clean stripe on my wheel. So he took it back to clean it. When he was done, he just waved and walked away. That's good, because I wasn't going to tip him anyway. When I got in the car, I noticed some dirt on the driver door panel, which a moist rag would easily remove. The windshield was coated with water spots. Windex? Works wonders. They should try it. Several years ago this place did a fantastic job cleaning my car, now it's pretty inconsistent quality leaning toward the poor side too often. Went in the other day and they did do a good job though. Prices have gone up considerably too (for the VIP wash anyway, that's what I always get). I do like that they get the door jams and places that I tend to neglect when I wash it myself. read more
