We took our Acura in to have the oil changed and decided to get the car detailed too. We agreed on a price of $80 for the detail. The staff finished in about an hour. We drove home and noticed that the rear glass was foggy. When we got home we investigated and found a strange film on it. It almost seemed like Armor All. We wiped it down. Several days later the tint started bubbling off the rear window. We took the car in and spoke to Jose, the manager. He was adamant that they only use water to clean the windows. They never make mistakes. The tint was bubbling off (one window) due to the age of the tint. Jose got the owner to speak with us and he re-iterated the same thing. Essentially we were just trying to take advantage of them and were lying to them. Sad, really. They would not budge or help us. I will have to pay to remove the tint and replace it. Costly, but necessary for safety of viewing out the back window. Avoid this location. They are not honest or conscientious of their work. read more

I have been here 3 times. The first two were during the week and everything was fine. I normally get an oil change and car wash. Normally out within 30-45 minutes. Today I went in. I will never go back on a weekend. I waited 5 min at my car before anyone came to ask what I wanted. 45 minutes later, I still didn't have the paperwork for the oil change. I asked the lady at the desk. I looked outside and one of the guys was saying my car was ready. After 5 min one mechanics came in and told me that he will get in done in about 10/15 minutes. After waiting 15 minutes, I finally had the paperwork and went to pay. They charged me MORE than before. And not once did anyone apologize for the mix up! The guys working the car wash are a bit rude and stole my change in my prius. When I asked jose where it is at, he said they are not responsible for change. The guy behind the counter, Jimy, was so nice and helpful. Even recommended some things while I wait for my car to be finished. Very polite and always smiling. Even though he was the only one working, he makes you feel like your the number one priority. He was running around the store trying to do his duties while helping the customers. I think they should have more staff on shift. All the other Gas stations have 2 or 3 staff. Funny... The waiting area in the store and the store it self is a bit hot. It feels as if the air isn't on. When I asked Jose out side why it's so hot in there, he said, "haha. Deal with it. Your not paying the power bill and the owner doesn't like it cooler since he pays the power bill." I thought that was extremely rude and dude, it's Lancaster. It's always hot here. As a paying customer, I think it should be more comfortable for us. Over all, I give it 2 star. Out side people are rude as hell. Jimy in side is a great guy and employee. Car wash was kk. But not what I expected for 15 bucks. Ita hot in the store And they steal your change. The car wash is a good deal, but if you are hoping it is a safe alternative to drive thru car washes, be warned. They use damp towels with debris from previous cars to dry your car, which will scratch the paint over time. They even left mild scratches on my navigation screen from wiping it with their dirty towels! Also, they wipe the exterior of the car, then the inside windows with the debris filled towels which hurts window tinting. This is far from a professional car wash (hence the low price). Might as well go to Cruz Thru. If you must go here, check their website for coupons because they always have car wash discounts. UPDATE: I went back for a $37 "express" wax and they did an exceptional job with speed and my car looking amazing. HOWEVER, I refuse to increase the stars because I watched them wipe the exterior or my car and the ridges where the trunk closes, and use the exact same towel to wipe the inside of my windows and leather interior and console and then the exterior paint again, and back to the interior windows. That is NOT good and scratches the tint and paint, plus is is extremely dirty to do that. If they just used a separate towel for the interior I would bump up the stars. It is so sad to see this happen all the time here (I watched them do this to EVERY other car I observed with a glimmer of hope at least one employee would not do it). read more

Been coming here for years for every single oil change. I've known they accept competitors coupons at maximum of a $6 discount. I typically pull a coupon from the internet and use that... Well all the sudden my coupon is no longer accepted since it didn't clarify havoline synthetic(which is what my bill was for). I used a Mobil 1 synthetic coupon which I've used this exact coupon before here multiple times. All the sudden this is not valid. Not to mention the lady was so rude about it . Horrible. The manager was very polite and took $10 off the hand wax for me since I was having my oil changed as well. $60 for a wax that looks horrible. The vacuum job was horrible as well. I asked them to pull up my paperwork or check cameras and they refused to. None of the guys there were willing to help or even want to do anything about it! Got a car wash here and had to remind them to armor all tires and get a couple of grease spots out. Undercarriage was not clean either. Got to grocery store to pick up dinner and noticed didn't even clean out bed of truck. Spoke to manager and he said he wasn't here and will rewash it. I took my BRAND NEW (got it a week ago) car to get just a simple wash and vacuum. Upon receiving my car, all appeared great. Tipped the guy and drove off. About 2 miles down the road I hear something rolling around in my side door compartment, I pull it out and apparently during the wash it had fallen off somewhere and just threw it into the door and said absolutely NOTHING to me. I still have yet to figure out where that piece belongs. Later that same day I notice water drips from both side view mirrors, (which I understand that can be unavoidable, but annoying nonetheless). What I also noticed it's scratches all over my car. Did I mention it's BRAND NEW!? There are scratches on both back passenger doors. I'm a super reasonable person, if an accident would have happened, I get it. But they didn't tell me anything. Safe to say I will never go back to this place again. read more

Had the guy upcharge me for the oil change, but I couldn't really see why my filter should cost extra. I went there for an oil change, and they also discovered an issue with the belt in my engine. They were very extremely courteous, polite and helpful. I am so grateful that the issue was taken care of. They explained everything very clearly and made me feel very comfortable with the improvements that I needed for my car. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Went for a car wash and paid $100 for detail. They spent 20 minutes and were done. It was so bad that when we walked up to the car my boyfriend said "they haven't even washed it yet let's just tell them we're going to take it because we don't have time to wait that long." When he told them we were just going to take it they were confused and said it was already washed. I wiped my finger across the car and it was so dirty still. There was a wasp stuck in my grill and smudges on my windows. My tires were super dirty still. The inside of my car was not vacuumed and they said it was because it was too hard to get the pet hairs out of my seats which I understand you can't take them all out but it did not look like they tried. I had dirty cup holders still so I ended up having to wipe it myself and it was not difficult to clean at all so I know they didn't try. My car is brand new and I have so many scratched on it because of them. Their customer service was horrible I felt like I got scammed just because I am a young girl. This car wash has went down over the years. I used to bring my vehicles here every weekend to get detailed. I recently came into the car wash and right when I pulled up, I was being hassled into adding more stuff to my car wash. Finally after being hassled, I went in to pay. The cashier was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful (I am the customer right?). After I paid, it was 32 dollars for a regular wash! When my car was completed, there were water spots all over it and I had to direct the worker on what to dry. I will never come back again. If I could give no stars, I definitely would. Horrible. Waited an hour and a half when there was only one car ahead of me for an oil change. Charged $45 for the oil change! And didn't notify me of this until AFTER they started. Customer service was very rude. Then, to top it off, when I went to pay and use my $5 off coupon (which I had showed them BEFORE I got the oil change), the cashier said they wouldn't honor the coupon because it was only good for use with "Valvoline" oil and that they had used regular. I was like, I don't know what oil they used, but they did know I had a coupon. After speaking with the manager (who was the one I initially showed the coupon to), they finally honored the coupon. Last Friday, I took my car in for a Lube and Wash. Unfortunately, money was stolen by an employee. I was dismayed, and after many years of patronage, said I would not return for business. The following Monday, the gentleman who runs the Car Was and Lube looked up the video footage, and found that indeed, a vacuum person stole the money. The owner of the place called me, apologized, gave me my money back and a gift certificate for a free wash and quick lube. I will give them another chance. This is absolutely the worst car wash I've ever been to. I went to have my car washed & waxed, with carpet shampooed and interior cleaned. There was dirt still on my carpet. I hate that there are not any good car washes in the surrounding era. This one, the customer service sucks and today after watching the "driver" sit in my car I could tell he didn't know what he was doing or how to start up my electric vehicle. So before he ruined it by keeping pushing the button, I had to go over start it up a d drive it to the car wash area for him. Next my car comes out the wash and is in line for an oil change and they leave it sitting there with towels on it and no one drying it off. Do not take your car here!!! I used to be a regular here and the past couple of times I have brought my car here, I've smelled alcohol on the managers breath! That is 100% unacceptable! If they allow managers to be drinking while on duty, who's to say other workers aren't? I though about mentioning this to the owner but for the amount of times I've smelled alcohol on his breath, there's absolutely no way they are not aware that he's been drinking on the job. I'd rather alert people of this problem than report it and have nothing done about it. It's bad enough to have someone drinking while working, but they drive the cars as well! Another thing I noticed is that they use dirty towels to clean the interior of cars. If I'm taking my car to be CLEANED, I don't expect to find that they're using filthy towels. Their cheapest car wash package is $18 and all that gets you is a mediocre clean. And after you have to point out all the spots that they missed they act like they're not getting paid to do what they do and you should be paying extra to make sure that they clean the car. read more
