Here's the very unfortunate thing that added insult to injury, an older man picked up the phone at about 10 or 11 PM .... very rude and bad-tempered. He lectured me that I called the Roy's Towing number that was only intended for police officers. So I said, I just needed my personal items from my car and explained that I am a first responder too. He began screaming asking me a question, "are you a police officer?" You cannot use or call this number if you aren't a cop, do you understand? Engaged up the phone right away and knead of directing me to the right number, just slammed the phone. NO ONE is impersonating or pretending to be a cop, I will never want that job, with all due respect but isn't the job of a Roy's Towing owner or driver to help those who are I situations where they might not know who to turn to during accidents? As a first responder myself, I always make an effort to ease the tension and anxiety of people under such circumstances.
