I've used this car wash many times. Was willing to wait in endless lines (usually stretching out across sidewalks and snaking down Sepulveda) in order to use a decent "brushless" car wash. But... no more. This place has morphed into the WORST car wash I've ever used. Horrible maintenance combined w/ incompetent on-site staff and MIA management = lost customers. Based on the other reviews I'm reading here, I'm definitely not alone. $20 to wash (brushless) my car. Then... blowers to dry the car at end of the tunnel don't work (at all). Then... the (free/included) vacuums don't work (at all). Great concept, destroyed by inept employees/owners who don't give a rats azz about providing a quality product. Save your hard-earned money and go somewhere you can get at least something for it. read more

Beyond the killing they are making offering a low quality car wash that hardly even does anything, the clerk really is out here gatekeeping the air and made me pull out, put 10 cents of gas in my car, then had me go all the way back inside to show her the receipt, just to give me air. The unlimited car wash Is ok until you want to cancel. I cancelled and then they deactivated my account even though I still had time left in the month and had already paid for it. The car wash is decent. The vacuums are good. A lot of the time the line for the car wash is backed out all the way into the street and there's no where to wait because of how the parking lot is set up. The employees were always nice. Decent gas station car wash. The line is usually long on Sunday mornings, ~15 minutes, but they have a good section for drying and cleaning your car after driving through. I've been a few times. It's best to bring your own towels or paper towels as theirs are pricey. Pro Tip: I recommend swinging by the autozone a few blocks away and buying some tire cleaner, window wipes and dashboard materials. It makes your cheapo car washes much more economical. You can vacuum after your 7-10 dollar wash and your whip looks brand new! read more

I signed up for their premium monthly plan prior to using the car wash. Every time that I attempted to use the car wash there was a line of seven cars or more waiting to be washed. I went into the Chevron conventience store to request a refund. Instead I was issued a sticker which was intstalled seven days after my purchase. I was still unable to use the carwash due to the long lines. I attempted to contact the company through the website which did not work. I again went into the store and was prived a number to contact to request a refund. The person that answered told me to email my request and a refund would be issued. My account was charge again two days after submitting my request. I had been charged three monthly fees before reaching anyone to issue a refund. They wanted to issue a one month refund for the fee paid in advance for the next thirty days. This is a bad business. No one should participate in their monthly plan. read more

Car wash smells like rotten eggs. Seems like hazardous waste. The lines get really long and you really start to smell it around the 10-15 min mark. Pretty brutal and if it's super busy there isn't really a way to get out of line lol. read more

This review is for the car wash only! I have never bought gas or gone inside here but I weekly come here for the car wash. The wash prices range from about $8 -12. Its touch less so it doesn't get everything off, but it also wont bend your front plate out of wack. It does about a 8/10 on cleaning your car. The best thing about this place though is the free vacuums in the back. After you go through the car was you get to a area in the back where you can pull in for a bit and use the vacuum and throw out your trash. This is a GREAT thing! The problem with this place is that everyone loves it and the free vacuums so the lines to get in the wash can be brutal. I have seen the line backed onto Sepulveda with people going crazy honking. Try go during off times or if you only see a couple people waiting. I have gone here plenty times and kept going because I wasn't about to wait in that line. read more

First, it's very hard to find a Gad station on Sepulveda but luckily we found this Chevron! It's a busy gas station but inside is nice, big, and has a nice variety (they even had my favorite -- cotton candy!) Also, the customer service was great too! Cashier was very kind and didn't mind chatting with me or my husband. However, one downside is that the traffic of cars going in and out can be hectic so you might want to be careful pulling in and out! Also, has a nice car wash! We didn't use it but it looked very nice. Overall, I think this was a nice Gad station :) read more

After pumping $35 worth of gas I needed to use the restroom. I kindly asked the employee at the register for the key. He proceeds to te me its customers only. When I tell him that I just pumped $35 worth he asks for proof. I let him know exactly the price and amount of gallons I got and yet he still did not want to allow me access till I asked if he needed me to pull up my bank statement to prove to him in order to be allowed to use the restroom. I live near this place and thought I would try it out . I waited, 3rd in line. I paid $14 for the premium wash. I entered and stopped where I was instructed to. The Arm swung around my car 3 times covering my car with soap. Then NOTHING. NO rinse, no water, no air dry. No arrows. No instructions. Just a car COVERED in soap. I drove thru and went inside to the attendant. I was trying to keep my cool. He saw the car and refunded the $14. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME or MONEY. Even if the wash did finish, from what I saw on my car, it sill would have been dirty. I had to rush home and wash the SOAP off my car. Waste of time and energy. read more

Just had the worst experience here! I've been gettin gas here for years and air in my tires. I walk in and ask Esam if he could turn on the air. He looks at me like I'm a jerk and grudgingly says okay. I go out and he doesn't turn it on. I go back in and he tells me he doesn't know if the air is on or not really nastily. The he asks if I got gas and wants to see my receipt! I had just filled up and don't get a receipt and he insists on seeing my card I used to pay. He grudgingly turned the air on At that point I just wanted to get air in my tires and leave. This guy Esam was the rudest jerk I have ever come across and his attitude will definitely not win customers over. If I was management I'd certainly get rid of him. When the car wash works it's great for my car because it's lowered, I have louvers and a wing on the rear of my car so it's great avoiding damage with standard machine washes. The touchless works great for light dirt/dusty cars. Not recommend for dried mud/heavy dirt. Today the Apple Pay and debit card reader didn't work. So waiting in line for 15 mins was a waste of time. I pressed the "call for help" button and nothing happened. Next time I'll be sure to take cash or sign up for the monthly membership. I do like it when it works but be prepared for frustration when you wait in line only to find out you can't pay on the machine. read more

Been going to this gas station for a couple of years and now I can truly say this is my gas station. So gas is great no question but today I locked my keys in my van. When I went to the counter and asked for help the attendant was so kind and helpful. For the price you pay it's pretty good. Don't expect for it to get all the spots. I didn't take pictures of my car after the wash but there were little spots here and there that the wash didn't pick up. I did the ultra wash which was $10. It's great if you want a quick wash without leaving the car and avoiding scratches. When it was done I had to follow it up with a microfiber wash mitt to get the spots it missed. If you go to this car wash, there will be times when there is a long line of cars. But each car wash takes about 5 to 10 minutes long. read more

Great all around facility. The owners recently redid the entire station. All new pumps and very easy access. There's a convenience store and an automotive service bay for your vehicle maintenance needs. Staff is friendly and has been there for years. Kudos to Mostafa, he's always happy to help. in all reality i'm done giving this chevron my money. though i do like the conveniency of the "touch free" car wash, the 2 men that i've encountered that work inside there are beyond rude. the first man i had an interaction there with immediately spoke down to me and acted as if i'm stupid (this isn't my first interaction with him when he's acted like this either), he started screaming at me and acting as if it was my fault for his error at the pay station for the car wash. when i asked for an explanation, he said "LADY I ALREADY TOLD YOU, IF YOU JUST LISTENED YOU WOULD KNOW" then turned around and walked off. no thanks. i had a similar interaction with the other man that works there, i'm not sure if it's sexism or what but i work with the public as well and i know damn well i'd get fired if i spoke to someone like that. my friend also had an interaction with the same man mentioned over a miscommunication with a mask and he started SCREAMING at him when that could've been handled much differently. oh and btw the car was is convenient yes, but doesn't get your car clean and with the price increase i'll stick to the hose in my front yard. wont be going back anymore read more

I was so excited about this Laser Car Wash. So my husband and I took our cars there to get washed. My car is only 2 years old and my husbands car is a brand new car. We noticed that we have a film like substance and little brown dots on our cars. Has anyone else experienced this? WE Will not be taking our cars there anymore. Now we have to take our cars to be detailed.....waxed and buffed...Hopefully that will bring our cars back to their new look! VERY DISAPPOINTED! :-( read more
