She and I looked at each other, looked around the gas station for Full-Service, but didn't see anyone! Cue in Action Hero: I quickly ran in my heels into the convenience store & asked for help! Arnez was so warm and friendly the moment I said hello! He immediately came outside, helped us, and put air in the tire! I have pointed out this consistently sorry state of repair to the staff and they rarely if never do they seem to care. Today the manager was downright rude and truly disinterested. Highly suggest the ARCO a few blocks away at 12332 Washington Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90066. They are always in perfect working order, very nice and the pumps work really fast. Worth the few minutes drive for a 100% better experience.
