That's not a small ask for something that was explicitly flagged and promised to be avoided. I don't think it was malicious, and the staff was friendly throughout. But when a customer flags a specific concern and gets a direct assurance, the expectation is that it gets communicated to whoever is doing the work. That handoff clearly didn't happen here. Hopefully this is useful feedback for the team. I'd just caution others with sensitive trim or emblems to keep that in mind before booking.

I signed up for unlimited washes in my car (1x day) and then an associate got me a sticker to place on my car. From then on, I haven't had any issues. The best thing is the pre-wash care. These employees will scrub your vehicle as if it's their own! They target the problem areas and don't just wet your car for preparation--they put their whole body into it! My only regret is that I parked under a tree, so I had some spots later on the windshield from that, but it was not his fault. I'd avoid doing that. The tried to return my vehicle without doing a wax. After I pinpointed that no one nano waxed the car they took care of most of it. They tried to tell me it was done when I pointed out they did not nano wax the roof of the car. They then got onto doing that waxing. Went inside to complain about the fact they keep trying to short me on what I paid for. The person behind the counter actually stated they usually don't wax the roof of cars or pickups. Wow! I paid for wax protection for the entire car and they are ok doing a half ass job. If you go and pay for extras watch them like a hawk. This to me is that management is banking on folks not paying attention and they get to pocket the extra with doing the work.
