He usually pushes the deal that's going on for whatever item you're buying so that you get a better deal/price. It's usually pretty busy, especially now that it's summer. But he always takes his time to make it personal with each and every customer that walks in. Good selection, and a decent size store. Always clean and stocked. The boys already mentioned that they will be back throughout the summer. Probably our go-to place to get something while in a hurry to get back to camp. Definitely one of the best places to go if you're craving sugar!

At this point there were 2 other customers waiting. I get to the counter to check out and she's on the phone not paying attention to her customers and the store and barely says a word to me while I'm checking out. Unfortunately this used to be a good location when I came in middle school since it was around the corner. It's gone downhill since :(

It is located in the El Camino Shopping Center. Being in a big shopping center provides plenty of parking, which is a plus. This is not my main pharmacy, but I stop by on occasion when I am visiting other establishments in the shopping center. The workers that I have encountered have been helpful and I am able to find items in stock that other CVS locations do not have. This store is open 24 hours a day, and I believe the pharmacy is only closed for 30 minutes at lunch. If you need to find something during the middle of the night, this is your location.

I have been a customer at this location for MANY years. Got my refill sent these today, out of nowhere I was told that will not refill it because I get all my meds at the North Hollywood location. Um huh? He was rude and didn't even listen to me. Told me to call my local CVS and tell her to transfer my order and he will send the medication to there. . The second call was the kicker. I call my local pharmacy, she was dumbfounded, told me this prescription was not able to be transferred and that I need a new one from my doctor. geezus, do they speak to each other? SO, I call back Woodland Hills. I asked to speak to a manager, oh guess what, she left..of course. I spoke to some lady who was ruder that the first dude. Now, all of a sudden, they don't have my order anymore, even though I see it on my CVS app. At this point, I am beyond frustrated. Hung up with zero resolution, I then called CVS Caremark, who runs my prescription, she had NEVER heard of CVS doing this. This is still CVS and not a whole different pharmacy. She gets nowhere. You would think they would give me the courtesy of filling this due to being out and NEVER being told this "policy" NOPE, UNWILLING TO HELP ME. At this point, i will be calling my union today to see what other pharmacy is covered by my insurance and I will be transferring out of CVS, This is all due to the 2 "customer service" reps at Woodland Hills.

The classic bait and switch! What the hell is up with the gourmet coffee kiosk? What were you thinking putting in a deli counter and mini pizza bar? How many frikken soda choices can you stock in that endless wall of coolers? Where the HELL are the corn dogs? Kumar (his real name) was nice enough to suggest the pizza after apologizing for the lack of corn dogs. He in fact said they haven't sold any kind of hot dog in quite awhile and he was completely unaware of the promo running on Yelp. Now let's talk about the Piccadilly pizza and sub sandwich bar. I waited in line for about five minutes while the lady made a dozen or sandwiches for the construction workers ahead of me. When it was my turn I ordered the peperoni mini pizza. The little lady spun around and switched on the oven. She told me it would be a few minutes for the oven to warm up. OK I wandered around for about 10 minutes and then checked back in. OMG pizza lady hadn't even made the pizza yet! She took a doughy disc out of the fridge and slapped it on the counter. I asked her, "How long will the thing take to bake?" and she replied, " ohh about 10-15 minutes." NEVERMIND!!!!! McDonald's is next door! I went in for a corn dog and came out with a headache and some Techron on my shoes! Again I say BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Two stars for the 32oz soda for $1.39.

I noticed it the…read morelast time I was there and thought something out of the ordinary might be going but I went weeks later and it has that same, awful, rotten bathroom smell. It hits you right when you walk in. I thought I was going to gag, I covered my nose and did my best to get what I needed as fast as I could. Self checkout was having issues so I was trapped in there for so much longer than I wanted to. Please do something about that. I can't imagine the poor employees having to spend all day in there. I feel like I can still smell and it's been days- it's that bad.
