This place is a major RIP OFF! I was riding my motorcycle and stopped in to get some gas, I park at the closest pumps to the office, my card did not work outside, I go inside, he says "sure I can start it for you". I pump gas, as I'm pumping I noticed it's $1 more then posted. I go inside and tell the guy I was charged extra... he says "you're in the full service pump". I said "why didn't you tell me when I gave you the card" he says "I thought you were in a hurry". Total BS!! they are dishonest here and crooks. Why would anyone pump "full service" on a motorcycle. Their pumps hold $100 for DAYS if you use a card outside. When I called in about it the cashier was rude and smug about it. I will avoid this place at all costs. I thought it was the chevron and called there. With them I had the option to tell him transaction time and they could complete the sale. I've never heard of a gas station keeping a pending hold for so long on a transaction that is over in minutes. Seriously one of the worst customer service ever. Basically stoled $80 from my father. He gave the wrong number when he was gonna pump gas not even in 10 seconds. He went back inside and told the lady. Which she is extremely rude and loud for no reason I went today and behalf of my dad to resolve the issue since it was $80. I told her I was there for my dad and she started yelling acting crazy. I came in peace had my kids. And she just started yelling for no reason making no sense. She was yelling in front of a lot of customers I just left. Another employee approached me and told me did you get your $40 the owner was going to give you and I said no why didn't she tell me she could've just said hey here's $40 from mistakes that went both ways but she was just acting like a b**** so he asked me if I wanted the $40 and I said yes he went back inside and was there for a couple minutes and he came back saying that they were not going to give me no more money I just left. This is the fourth time that I came by this station, unfortunately there's not that many gas stations in Malibu on PCH. Every time that I've stopped here for some reason, or another it just seems that they go out of their way not to help... the first time I came here, I went to use the ATM and asked them if it was working because when I tried using it, it was not dispensing money so the guy said to me, that it doesn't work, It hasn't been working for a long time... so I come to find out I was using an old ATM card. When I tried it again immediately after and it worked. That was number one the second and third time I asked if I could use the air hose to put air into my tire that was a little low. The guy came almost running out to say, no it doesn't work... when I get back into my car to leave another car pulled up in the full-service part of the station and they came out and serviced it. You guessed it, they used the air... so I would love to say that I am not going to come here anymore, by being that there are no gas stations out in Malibu on PCH. Went on a beach walk and needed to use the restroom. Extremely convenient and no problem handing them my ID (which they hold until you return the absurdly long metal pipe, to which the restroom key is attached). However, no soap in the dirty restroom, and no reaction from the counter employee upon hearing this news. I'm sure they have gone catatonic from dealing with just as many restroom customers as those wanting to pump gas. Bring your own hand sanitizer. Only if absolutely necessary. read more

Horrible customer service and they are ripping people off. I stopped for gas and some refreshments paid at the counter when I went to pump gas I was charged $4.89 per gallon. The sign outside said gas was $4.09 per gallon but because I was at a pump they had a paper sign on it that read full-Service I was charge for $4.89per gallon. The girl inside charge me never told me that I was going to pay for full-service when I was doing everything myself. If she would've told me I would've moved my car. If I could give 0 stars, I would. When my friend and I came in around 1am, we went straight to the bathroom. A middle-aged woman worker immediately started banging on the door yelling at us to get out because there could only be 1 person per bathroom. As we apologized and tried to hurry, she kept yelling and threatened to kick us out or call the cops. After us only being in there for under 2 mins, my friend had to leave the room with me still in there (even though there was no sign that said the rule she was stating). When we finally started walking out, she chased us out the entire store continuously yelling at us and saying we were not welcome back to her store (she might be the owner). And we kept walking not engaging, and she continued to call me a "f**king hoe" and yell at me until we got in our car. We were physically and verbally threatened by her to an extreme extent and this behavior should NEVER be allowed in any workplace. I am beyond upset and disappointed with this encounter. The advertised price for regular gas shown from the highway was $3.99/ Gal. When I pulled in and started pumping my gas after $40.00 spent I realized on the pump it was charging me $4.99/ Gal. When I went inside to ask the clerk, he angrily and rude fully said to me that I was in the Full Service side. I love 76 gas stations, they became irrelevant in Cleveland 15-20 yrs ago. Growing up, I remember seeing the super-tall 76 ball spinning from a distance on the highways. When I came to CA I was amazed to see they're everywhere. Still have their spinning red 76 ball, just like the good old days! It was like a blast from the past seeing this again. Ill pay the extra to stop at this gas station, especially this specific one in Malibu. As if everything in Malibu isn't pricey already. I went to this HORRIBLE gas station and the prices were way to high!!! 17 dollars for a regular size sunscreen bottle and when we actually went to put it on it didn't work. I went back asked for a refund mind you this whole time this blonde bitch was so rude rolling her eyes and shit and the other 2 employees are eating their meals so after she told me sorry since you paid with a debit card we can't give you a refund and I was in shock this is a 76 gas station and they don't know how to do refunds or use Apple Pay which all 76 have now and all I kept saying was I want a refund. Really, if you can try to avoid this place. It's the most expensive gas in Malibu at all times. The prices of the snacks and drinks inside the store are the highest you'll ever see anywhere else. Its a gas station. Convenient to pick up some snacks and a drink while we re-fueled. As many other Yelpers wrote it seems to be a bit overpriced all around from the fuel to food. Malibu is like our second home so we have come to expect the inflated prices but these were a bit much. I think they attempt to take advantage of the tourist market maybe? Overall if you are in a pinch and need to grab some snacks and fuel its ok, otherwise I'd try the Shell closer to the pier. read more

To be clear, this is the 76 station at PCH and Corral Canyon. Let me say this is by far the most convenient location for me, however not once since I have lived here have I ever stopped or purchased gasoline at this location. Put this next to A&B Plumbing and PC Greens Grocery for a trifecta of local greed. The absurdly high prices they have over even other local Malibu stations (which are far higher than in Santa Monica or T.O.) is ridiculous. Went to clean my windshield and some gross brown slime got smeared all over my windshield. I asked the attendant for some papertowels to clean it off (since the squeegee side was busted). The attendant proceeded to inform me that it would cost $5 per towel. After I reasonably asked again for a towel, since the price was outrageous, the man told me to stop being a wise guy and get the hell out of his shop.
