Got gas there the other day as well as an energy drink. Got distracted on my way out of the store and forgot to fill up my tank. Tried to call them numerous times which the answer the first and then just refused to afterwards after no communication on the first call from them picking up. Made sure to still charge my full amount even though I didn't pump the gas. Very bad customer service and I will never be back again. Also apparently they sell cigarettes to minors and got their tobacco license pulled. read more

The car wash is terrible. I paid for the $15 wash and my car came out filthy, even after running it through twice. The car wash is just pouring water and detergent into the ground and isn't even getting the cars even remotely clean. They should shut it down until it actually cleans the cars. read more

This is a very convenient gas station just off the 101. The convenience store is decent sized and very clean, with lots of snacks and drinks. Not much in the way of hot food, but did have a refrigerator with sandwiches for sale. I have stopped here for gas on a number of occasions and the process is easy and priced pretty average for the area. I will come here again. read more

The worst customer service ever! and they were lucky to get my service when the post office was here now I try to patronage here and the male working today at this hour did not want to do his job sends me to chevron for a shell issue waste my time and the chevron workers time Karen. Avoid this gas station if you can, go to one of the others in the area. Went here yesterday 11/19/22 to get gas, I put $20 in but the gas never came out. No gas smell, no dripping from the pump, and my gas gauge didn't change at all. I told the women Anna working at the front she said she had to call the manager. She called the "manager" chip who then said he wasn't a manager and it was impossible for him to help me, called me a liar, and had the audacity to say "cars are like that my bad gas gauge does the same it'll change soon" and then when I said that's impossible as the car is brand new he said "well what the hell do you want me to do crawl into your gas tank?" If I could give zero stars I would. Last night at around 7 PM my teenage son stopped to gas up his car and accidently locked his keys in his car. He went inside and explained what happened and asked if he could use the phone to call his mom. He was told no. After pleading with the man he was still told no. So my son had to run three miles back to his work, in the dark and rain in order to use a phone. Have we all just lost our compassion in life. This is a young, clean cut, respectful kid where you could have easily seen what happened and you didn't offer assistance. You wouldn't even call his mom for him or call a tow truck. The worst post office I have ever been to. Don't go here. They are completely incompetent people and are rude and unintelligible about prices sizes and shipping costs. There is 2 people there and neither one of them lift a finger. I would not say this gas station isn't much different than other Shell stations. The prices here tend to be higher than those at the Kanan station, so sometimes I'll bypass this one if I'm headed in that direction. I tried the car wash once and don't think I'll be using it again-- it really didn't give my car a good cleaning. read more

It looks better than some peoples homes. The inside is large, not some rinky-dink mart. The biggest perk is probably the post office. while I can agree with the person above, the facility is really nice.... I can't reccoment that you get your car washed here. They service several dealerships in the Calabasas Area. What that means is, if you are an individual customer, DO NOT GO HERE. I went with a co-worker on our lunch and spent close to 60 dollars for an assortment of services, none were very good (And i'm not picky, when i say "good" I mean you don't leave visible spots of dirt), on top of this, there was a long line of "new" cars ahead of us. This gas station has really gone downhill. I bought 3 items and asked for a small bag and the checker said "we don't give out bags". I asked him what if somebody had a lot of items and he just shrugged. In addition, there was no toilet paper or toilet seat covers or paper towels in the bathroom. Wow! Instead of a drive through cash wash where your car is on a track & it's pulled through a car wash tunnel you pull into a box of a room & park there and this thing from the ceiling sprays your car with water & a tiny amount of soap. I can't remember if there were any bristles that come down to barley clean your car or not because my car was still dirty after I was done. Bag your own purchase seems to be the motto. Quick stop for road trip essentials...upon purchase, apparently you bag your own items. The cashier handed us the bag as he posed with a hand on his hip. Wish there was a no-star rating. This is not about Malibu Canyon Shell. This is about the USPS counter inside the Shell Station. I was returning an Amazon order and asked the lady if she took packages, and she said yes. Then I asked for a receipt confirming that I had returned the item and she claimed that it is not a USPS policy to do that. (Which I later found out that it was an outright lie). Later I asked, then how am I to know that the return was made? She said that it will appear on the USPS website once the mail-carrier scans the package. (Which I later found out that it was another outright lie). Why? 24 hours later and it does not appear on the website. So, all things said, I have learned a lesson and it was an expensive one too. So, Yelpers, if you're looking for the nearest USPS counter near the 101 at Calabasas, either to go Malibu USPS at the Colony, Agoura or Calabasas City Hall. This review is for the Contract Post Office. It's great having a post office nearby but the service, and attitude of their employee, Mike, is or reprehensible. He wouldn't give me a small strip of tape for my package saying he didn't have any and could only use the priority mail tape on priority mail packages. This was odd to me because even though my packages are normally already taped, he'd been helpful in the past. Also, he says he cannot provide a receipt when dropping off prepaid packages. Why not? The package has a tracking number and I only needed proof that I had actually mailed it. At his point, I didn't trust my package would actually make it to its destination so I opted to drive to woodland hills where I could get proof of mailing. He gives you a look of pure nonchalance and defiance which is terrible for representatives of the post office. read more

This review is related to the post office at the gas station. I experienced pathetic customer service. I was shipping a small care package to my sister in Indiana. The agent behind the counter, Mike, is completely clueless when it comes to helping customers. He is bent only on taking money and trying to work quickly. I wanted the cheapest shipping option; he quoted me the standard rate and I said ok. Being unfamiliar with other options, I accepted. He printed the postage before I even paid him, and then I saw some other rates on the wall, indicating flat rate for roughly 20% cheaper than what he quoted me. He refused to make the change and insisted it would take a manager 30 minutes to fix the problem. I ended up just forking over the money, but Mike is a fool an otherwise useless employee. read more

They have a touchless drive through (drive-thru) car wash that was pretty darn good - can't complain. Fast and car is shiny. Didn't get the mirror part of the rearview mirrors clean, but I just wiped them w a cloth I keep in the glove box. One hiccup: First time through, the wash only deposited soap on one side then sent us out, but the gas station attendant just printed us out a new code when I went in and told him about the malfunction and it worked great the second time through. read more
