Local gas station that consistently provides great customer service and value. James, who is the manager at this location really knows how to lead from the front. Provides mentorship and allows his employees to be successful. Besides the great service, the selection of snacks and beverages are great. Great spot to grab a quick coffee before hitting the road. The gas station part itself is fine, but the negative review is for the mini-mart attached to it. If you're going to buy any snacks or drinks, be sure to check the expiration date. I'm mostly talking about the pre-packaged stuff, not the drink fountains or cooked stuff. I don't think I've ever gone in to buy a soda or chips and not ended up putting stuff back because they were very clearly expired. What prompted this review was my experience this morning: I bought a snack bag of trail mix and thought the expiration date was for January of next year. After I left, I looked again and stupidly realized the date was for January of this year (it's September at the time of this review). My own dumb fault for not reading correctly, but nine months expired is pretty absurd. I'm giving two stars instead of one because the staff are usually pretty nice. read more

Love this gas station. My favorite thing is they don't make prices up as they go at their pumps. So many stations change the price to credit after I put my PIN number in for debit here in LA.. but this station never does this! They are honest and that I respect. It's specific one is very clean, nice pumps, always clean around the outside of the building. The inside is just as nice. If the kids need an emergency bathroom break, I don't mind them coming here because of how clean it is. The store itself is very well kept too. They sell loads of different candy and chips. I came to get my tire checked in the pouring rain because I had a signal on my car, that my air pressure was low. When I got out of my car I was hoping one of the three guys standing around would greet me but they were not able to greet me. One mechanic, named Mai, got out his phone and began texting. A few minutes went by as I'm standing under my umbrella hoping someone would notice me. Finally the mechanic with the cell phone asks "what do I want?". That's when I let him know I'll be going somewhere else for service. Very rude people at this establishment. I will take my business elsewhere. read more

I always go to this gas station every three days because it is closest to my work. I use a company vehicle and company credit card to pay. For the past two weeks, there are NO PAPER RECEIPTS at the three pumps that I used. I have to go inside the cashier, fall in line just to ask for a receipt. Today, there is a line inside (five customers), two cashiers but only one is helping the customers while the other cashier is just sitting down and watching the other cashier. read more

This is my favorite gas station in West Hills. The pumps are well-situated so that you can enter and exit easily. There are abundance of pumps so no waiting. Phone # does not work, needed propane tank refilled can't call ahead of time. Took 2 tanks down to have filled, employee at register said were out of propane go to home depo!??. Wow this happened 2 times. The Amerigas tank was full, 2 girls in back on cell phones can't help..calling Amerigas to tell them thus station will not sell or refill tanks as the large one is empty. So I have been to thus station a million times ,I go in there today to get air,I ask the guy politely if he could turn on the air,I go outside and wait nothing happens I go in again and ask ,I go outside still no air I go in a third time he looks at me and doesn't say anything finally sais oh do you need the air again,I said it never came on so I go outside again it doesn't work this time when I go back in he sais oh I guess it doesn't work,on my way out I say to the other attendant you should put an out of order sign on that and she sais,oh it works,why this attendant was so incredibly rude to me I don't know but this was an obvious action intended to get some sort of imagined slight by maybe this guy doesn't have the maturity to deal with the public,also he created a dangerous situation by making me drive with poorly inflated tires!you should treat all customers equally and not take your bad mood out on customers. It does seem odd to review a gas station, I must admit. But this place is awesome! Ever since the remodeling and re-opening, I thouroghly enjoy stepping in for a unique treat. The station is clean and well stocked. The staff is friendly and professional. What more can you ask for? Oh yeah, they serve tasty, crunchy samosas! I never knock gas station food, as I've found it to be often times more delicious and well prepared than your typical restaurant fare. I can say I will never give my business to this gas station again! I went in today to exchange a propane tank. I was then asked to wait 10 minutes because the person that could help me was on break and refused to come and help until they were off of their break! I could understand if the person was actually busy or helping other customers, but they were on break. Would of taken 2 mins just to walk outside, unlock the cage to give me a new tank!
