Been going for sometime since I work near by. However, the prices seem to keep going up lately and quality has degraded a little. You drop off your car and they will wash it downstairs then drive it up for drying. It's still not clear if it's hand wash or they take it through a car wash belt. Overall, usually satisfied either way the results. Just wished they didn't keep raising the price every few months. read more

Solid job for a full service wash. $35 bucks or $40 for deluxe (as of July 2025). As other reviews have mentioned, they do try and "Upsell" you to the more expensive stuff. Guy said my car was "filthy" and needed the $125 detail to truly get it clean. When I said I'll take it elsewhere, he said that the $40.00 wash would be fine -- so I went with that. Don't let them pressure you! They did a good job and the car was ready in about 30 minutes. It was a hot day but the only waiting area was outside. (At least it was shaded). Wish they had an indoor waiting area with chairs -- but oh well. There is a lack of full service car washes in the Calabasas / Woodland Hills area as many have closed so I'll probably be back. read more

Came in last week at 4:45pm to get a platinum wash and was so happy I was still able to get my car in because they close at 5pm during the fall/winter months. Had never been before but they sent coupons to my house and I thought I'd give it a try! The platinum wash is $29.99 but I had a $3 off coupon. You can also find coupons on their website. The car was literally done within 15 minutes!!! I was so surprised! All of the people that work there are super nice. There are so many guys working on one car so it's really efficient! Found my new car wash!! I've been here twice so far and they have done a great job. I love how my car smells and feels after a good wash. Everyone has been really kind and it's a nice chill environment. They do get kind of busy sometimes but have a waiting area both outside and inside the shell which is nice. This place has been good until today. My wife and I have spent about $1500 here in the past 12 months on our three cars -- including $45 yesterday on a Mercedes SUV and $40 this morning on our EV. Today the guys didn't use the pressurized air along the door panels, trunk, hood, etc. so the car was still dripping when they handed it back and I opened a couple of doors to take a look. The car also wasn't very clean and I commented on that. The manager came over and told me that they don't use the air hose on the Silver package (they always have in the past and the website says it's part of the package) -- and this is as clean as I can expect the car to get unless I pay more. So if I understand correctly, unless I pay for the Diamond or VIP wash, I should expect the car to still be dirty after a Silver-package Calabasas Auto Spa wash! When I expressed disappointment in the job done he asked how often I clean the car. "Every other week" is the answer -- and the car is garaged every night. But it was a weird question: the car came in dusty and very "cleanable" -- it wasn't like I'd parked for a week under a jacaranda tree filled with pigeons! I wish he would have just acknowledged that this wasn't their best work, because then I'd have hope that next time it might be better. But the pushback makes me wonder if something has changed at Calabasas Auto Spa. As I got in the car he offered to wash it again (I had already indicated I was pressed for time): so maybe he knew it was a bad wash. All in all, very disappointing and time to go elsewhere. read more

I've taken my wrapped Model 3 here several times over the last year and they have provided consistently clean results, even when my car is filthy and full of dog hair. I was advised to get the VIP hand wash because it's a Tesla, but due to the wrap it needs extra careful work anyways, so the $60 price point isn't so bad. Sometimes it gets pretty crowded (midday around lunch), but I think that's a good sign seeing as so many other car washes have really bad reviews. The waiting area has adequate seating and shade, the NEWLY remodeled mart has a great selection of snacks/refreshments for purchase. They also offer a stamp - rewards card as a great incentive to return...if only I could stop losing them... read more

Moe, that cashier, is the most helpful, friendly guy ever and cares for all his customers. I've been going to this auto spa for nearly 20 years now, but unfortunately the service has continued to go down. I get my car washed once a month, and I always do the upgraded diamond package. The last four times that I have taken my car here, they have done a really subpar job at cleaning it. On two occasions, I even had to come back and have them redo it because they had not wiped down a seat that my toddler had spilled his milk on. I'm really disappointed because this auto spa has been here for a long time and it's proximity to my home. Makes it very convenient. However, I don't have time to continuously go back and have them fix a mediocre job. read more

What a joke. I came in to get a car wash this afternoon and asked for the standard wash. The guy says my car is too dirty for the regular wash and I "have to get at least the platinum wash". So these guys def try and do a good job. Which is why I'm not giving them 1 star. First: The prices are excessively high. Granted you are in a great part of Calabasas, with easy access to the fwy, still not worth $30 for the absolute basic car wash plus tire dressing tbh. Second: Turn around time was super quick. Third: I love my car, and really try and take good care of it, but the fact is this: The rating from 1-10 I would give my car as far as cleanliness goes after the wash is a 4. They initially left all of those bird dropping dots all over the place. I literally started wiping it down myself. They also had a huge stain of bird on the convertible top - fed went to clean off but the stain was still present after they said my car was cleaned. On a positive note: I politely brought this to the managers attention, and he immediately attempted rectifying. 1. I appreciated the fact he took ownership. 2. He said my car needs a wax job, which I wasn't doing there according to the prices. 3. The original technician didn't give me crap after I brought up my issues. Overall they're decent. This is a decent place for full service hand wash. A bit pricey but They do a good job cleaning your car inside and out. They can get pretty busy on the weekends; it's almost an hour start to finish. So try to come mid week if you are in a hurry. My biggest gripe with this place is that they leave your keys on top of the tire under the wheel well while your car is being dryed. To me that just seems like a really dirty place to stash keys. Tires are rolling in dirt and now your keys are sitting on a dirty tire. I've asked them not to do it but the workers do it anyway. Also the cel phone service here for Verizon is terrible and they don't have WiFi. read more

The male cashier that's worked there for years is rude and ignorant. I paid for the silver wash and gave him my discount coupon and he advised, "too late you already paid". There I was, driving up the 101 at 8a on a Saturday morning, when I heard the very distinctive sound of diarrhea being sprayed all over my passenger side door, seat and floor. My sweet dog, making eye contact with me, I could read the look on his face "I'm sorry daddy". I pulled over on the highway, got him out of the truck and he unloaded some more. For some reason his stomach was upset but his brother was fine. I had a couple rolls of paper towels in the truck and did the best I could to clean it up. Making a poor attempt at cleaning up the mess seemed to make the situation a bit worse, as I ended up with liquid poop all over my hands, arms and clothing. My baby boy had a tummy ache and spackled the interior of my truck with poop. I pulled up my yelp app and searched for a car wash and low and behold the Calabasas Auto Spa was off of the next exit. They were open on this early Saturday morning so I hauled ass over there. The placed looks nice and it appeared that fancy people with fancy cars take their cars there, as there were Bently's, Maserati's and a bunch of other fancy cars there being detailed. I spoke with Charles who assured me he could get everything cleaned up and get rid of the smell etc. I tossed him the keys and said "Good luck Chuck", to which he smiled. Charles told me they would need to keep the car a while and I told him he could have it as long as he needed it. My buddy picked me up and I hung out with him for the rest of the day while Charles did his magic. Around 2p he called me and told me the truck was ready. When I picked it up, he told me they shampoo'd the interior three times but if the smell came back to bring the truck back and the would shampoo it again. They also detailed the truck and cleaned under the hood. These guys are life savers and I will make a point to take my vehicles here to get them detailed, despite the drive. Love this place. Honesty is their motto. I have read some nasty complaints about pricing and how expensive the prices are. Really??? Then how about LEAVE and go get a $22 drive thru car wash. This is the cream of the crop. Hand wash, no machines or anything like that will touch your car. If you have a problem with them, they will always fix it immediately. But don't try to come and BS them about how your front emblem on your 10 year old car that has paint cracking from the son chipped off a bit. Poor excuse. Also, if they can not do a job or takeoff scratches from a car they will tell you right there in there. They cannot create miracles. It's a car wash remember. Also, if you're dumb enough to pump gas in your car and drive off with the pump still stuck in your gas tank, then you should definitely be responsible for paying for the damages instead of yelling at the employees. I'm so sick of the I'm better than you attitude. When you're driving $130,000 car own up to your own fault and be responsible instead of a bully. read more

Before I took my car in to Calabasas Auto Spa, my car was covered in tree sap, I mean covered from the trunk to the front hood...I tried washing it five times (even with vinegar) with no avail. It was so sappy that everything was sticking to it... flashback fade in your favorite type of music...driving down the highway slow mo with these things grasping onto my car; plastic bags, cigarette butts, grass clippings (not that kind of grass), pennies, McDonald wrappers...ok I'm exaggerating a bit here but I was getting worried about what was going to stick next...like a squirrel or something LOL! One call to Calabasas Auto Spa and VIOLA my car looks like new again! This place is amazing and it's fun to sit and watch all of the luxury cars pulling in...oh yeah...you know the place is reputable when cool cars are getting bathed here! Thanks Calabasas Auto Spa! Please stay away from this car wash and do yourself a favor and drive just a few more miles to Lavaggio Auto Spa off Reyes Adobe and have your car done right. Prices are too expensive for the quality and services described in their advertisement. You will not get what you pay for when patronizing this car wash. I brought my M3 here thinking if their typical clients of the area bring higher end cars they would be trained and experienced in ensuring these cars come out clean and to care for them while in their possession. I purchased their top end wash called the VIP Wash $60 wasted and was surprised when the car was finished that it was still very dirty. I asked the guy why this was and he said it was too dirty to clean with the wash I purchased even though I bought their high end wash just to spoil the car as I normally do. I baby my M3 and ensure it always stays clean weekly so it never gets as dirty like he was claiming. I was surprised at his comment. I even wax the car monthly. I wanted to start patronizing this wash and save the extra time when I didn't feel like going the extra mile or two to Lavaggio. I then realized he was just too lazy, didn't care and wanted to rush to the next car as the manager was rushing him too. After arguing with him he said it's finished take it already. I walked back to the manger to explain my issues and how I can still swipe dirt away with my finger so he said we will wash it again. This was a mistake. I watched them take the car back only to spray water and no soap. Then proceeding to dry it and bring it back to the front. Since they wash the cars behind the building and not easy to view like a traditional wash he probably thought I would not walk around to observe the second wash taking place. As the driver was bringing it back up to the dry bay he let the air compressor hose slap the front bumper running it over not realizing because it was tangled it was not flat on the surface and left a scuff mark that had to be removed. It was now 3 hours that have passed on waiting and the car was still dirty. I explained I cannot stay there all day for a simple wash. The manager said for my trouble he wanted me to come back and receive a another wash at 50% off. The wash should have been free since my car was still dirty but was willing to see if he would remedy the situation on the next wash. I returned on 10/24 and spoke with the same guy who handled me last time and he acted like he didn't know who I was and blew me off. I tried describing the situation to him to see if his memory would come back. It was just two weeks ago but he played as if he didn't remember and said it was someone else and comeback when the other guy is there. I asked him politely if he really didn't remember and he repeated back to me full price like he was irritated that I remember and actually came back to take them up on their word. Please stay far away from these crooks as all they care about is collecting money on inflated car wash prices. They do not use the products they claim in the advertisement and skip all services they claim to provide robbing the customers. The reason dust could still be wiped away and seen is they never applied soap or scrubbed the car to remove the brake dust. They claimed to disinfect the car with steam spray and the guy who did this literally opened each door and spray for 1 second missing the entire door panels but acting like he sprayed them then closing the car back up. Go to Lavaggio! While in the car wash the cashier kept playing the lotto games and bragging how he wins daily and pulled a wad of cash to prove to me. He claimed he didn't need to work. He was showing me the stacks of tickets he played that day alone and prior days. While waiting individuals would show up with stacks of hundred of tickets to drop off and he claimed they were his lotto partners that play with him daily and how they manage to win the games. read more

I paid $14 for an exterior hand car wash. It was cheaper than the other places I reached out to in the Calabasas area. I gave them the keys to my car. I paid inside the gas station and then I waited at the outdoor seating area until my car was ready. They drove my car down a ramp and then they eventually pulled it up in front of the sitting area where they continued to wipe down my car. I didn't have to wait that long. Granted it was a weekday afternoon. I was fairly pleased with the outcome. I noticed some dirt by the handles and on the back of my car though so my car wasn't spotless, but it was cleaner than when I first brought it in. I'm not sure if I'll be back. I'll do more research on other car wash places before deciding. read more

As a car wash, totally fine. They are nice and get the job done. As a facility, it is beyond disgusting and void of any comforts. Imagine a horrible gas station run by a family soaked in cologne with no clue how to stay in their lane in business. Aisles of crystal art and carvings next to Reses's peanut butter cups and the smell of a restroom cleaned once a week. It needs an entire redo. So this is one of my first time here but for my first experiences here and I definitely enjoyed it. I got your pretty early 8:20 AM and my car was done by 9 AM. Forty minutes not bad given the fact that I paid a little extra for their platinum wash (my car needed a waxing). Not much different from most places I've been too. The wait room is a gas station food mart with your choice of a massage chair or fold up. Lol! No wi-fi, but this place is cheaper than several other car washes closer to me without sacrificing good quality. read more
