Anyway, I pulled into pump 5 and went inside to pay for my gas. once I get to the front and state my order they inform me that they have no change to give. I said you don't have twenty or thirty dollars in change in which she replied no. So I proceed to go back outside to pay with my credit card but of course pump 5 the screen is half black half read with an error code. I then proceed to pull up to the pump in front of that. My debit card works (yes!) However, once you begin to try to pump the gas, nothing is coming out. You can feel the place where you put your fingers to pull the pump is very loose as if it's broken. I go back inside to explain that the pump is not working , and they tell me that a sale is already in process, and I said yes my sale im on the pump but the gas is not pumping? They both give each other a look, but one of them decides to come outside to inspect. When I show her, I don't really get much of a response so that is when I say OK.... I'll pull up to another pump. Of course, when I process my debit card, it says to see cashier. I then go back inside to let them know that the credit card machine is acting up and to process my transaction inside. The response I received is that no everything is working just fine.... The one actually ringing me up then proceeds to ignore me and goes and rings up somebody else while my card is still in their debit machine. At that point I could tell that they had been whispering about me and probably thinking that I am a Karen but as you can see per all my previous reviews I definitely do not complain and I usually say very good things about businesses but this just rubbed me the wrong way.. I don't know if it's this younger generation but it needs to be understood that I am a customer paying for a service and if you're credit card machines are not working, or you have no cash/change to give to customers, then there should be a sign stating so. If the pump itself is not working, there should be caution tape on it saying out of service. With that response of everything is working... i mean, really? If everything was working correctly, then why would I need to change pumps twice.

Maybe people just don't know what side of the car the gas tank is on. I would put pictures online but I don't want to embarrass people. The only downfall about this location is that a lot of times I'd say at least out of the eight pumps normally about a third to almost half are down I don't know if they run out of gas or if they just have maintenance issues. I know that they have two numbers you can call. They don't exactly have a staff cause I don't know what the oil company can do with the gas pumps, but I think people just beat them up.

Silvas offers the lowest price gas, usually equal or lower to Costco gas. They did replace their…read morepumps last summer 2024 so the hoses are long enough like Costco so you could pump on either side, even if it's a bit challenging to position. Generally cars can only enter from one direction, BUT unlike Costco's hyper organized system, there isn't space to leave and drive thru the middle. Generally cars have to wait until both are done filling before they can drive away from the line. There are I think 8 pumps avail. for regular gas, and diesel is avail. on other pumps further away from entrance. The lines of course will be long, but they are open 24/7 so if you're willing to come later at night, you won't see lines. I did try this 1x, and the pumps are very well lit and it didn't feel unsafe. The only negative for me is that this is not Top Tier gas grade (with added detergents) so if you only use this gas, you may have engine deposits, buildups over time. This happened to my previous car, so that affects passing smog cert. etc. Generally tho, if you're not a Costco member (they have Top Tier gas), this will be your cheapest gas option.

No complaints, haven't been approached by panhandlers, no rude service and I have received my change back correctly. I must be living in an alternate universe or something because all these other reviewers have nothing but complaints. Welp .. here's to not having any bad experiences moving forward. My wife wanted one too, but she was home. I filled up one of the cups with creamer and I didn't know how much creamers my wife wanted so I grabbed four extra ones to take with me so she could put it in for herself when I went up to the counter she said I can't do that. I need to charge you for them. I tried to explain to them that I don't know how much she wants. The person didn't seem to care, so I left with the 2 cups of coffee and one of the coffees we had to throw away because they didn't have any creamer wasting my money for nothing, I called the store to get the right address and I asked to speak to her to the manager the manager turns out to be the person that I'm complaining about and her name is Susan She gave me the store number which was wrong. The phone number I called Complaint gave me the correct one when I tried to explain myself to her that my wife wants creamers. I don't know how much she wants. She did not care at all and when I told her I'm gonna complain it was as of she didn't care as if she knew her boss was gonna let her get away with it. That's the feeling I get out of that. I will never go there again. There's two gas stations next to them. I'll start going there to get my coffee and my snacks, for a manager like Susan didn't recognize or wasn't able to recognize that I'm a loyal customer there. I've been going there for 23 years and the fact she didn't care that I was gonna complain made all that worse.
