This is the worst 711 I've ever been to and it keeps getting worse. Filthy, I've found several out of date, expired products almost every time I'm there. This store has one employee who should not ever work in customer service. If you have been here during graveyard shift and asked "Prince" for anything he will always find a way to say no. This man has the biggest chip on his shoulder to match his even bigger ego. He has denied me mustard for my sandwhich, wouldn't let a grey haired 47 year old man buy a Bic lighter without ID. On another occasion he denied me use of microwave until I produced my receipt. He did this just minutes after my wife had paid for item brought it to me outside store I returned with it just minutes later and was given a very hard time over something really petulant. Another time he threw away an item I had in the microwave and hadn't asked him first as if he is the grand keeper of microwave. Another time he charged me for two fountain drinks because I took a drink in the middle of filling my big gulp! He will also slow count your change to make sure you are paying attention if not he will steal from you. This guy really needs to go. read more

4-4-2024 Thurs @4:20pm. The male clerk who is usually asleep or sitting down on a milk crate behind the counter refused to assist me when I went back in the store after someone stole a bag with medications out of the front seat of my vehicle which was parked directly in front of the store. He started screaming and yelling at me and told me to "fuck off". His English is very bad and he couldn't understand what I was trying to tell him. I left the store with him yelling at me and filming me with his phone. All I wanted was help with the store camera recording to see who took my property. He just kept screaming I can't help you I can't help you!!! So I'll be going in to speak with the manager in the morning before I go to the police station. I'm never going in that store again and I suggest if you're a single woman don't go in that store. He was very belligerent with me and scary. read more

What are these previous reviews referring to? Is this opposite world? IN A WORD: DO NOT EVER GO HERE. I was driving around this afternoon looking for a Coke Icee. Don't judge. :) After my 3rd gas station around Victoria someone reminded me about this place. I should have run to the hills. 1). This place smells. As soon as I walked in I wanted to vomit and I'm not kidding. Smelled like B.O. and rotten grease. 2). This store is so dirty. Crap everywhere. 3). I found their slurpee machine and couldn't figure out what cups were for that machine and which were for the regular sodas. There were over 4 different types of cups and they were piled on top of each other. Piled ON TOP of the machines themselves. 4). Do you see a pattern here? I should have walked out but dang it I wanted my Coke icee. Did my best and also spilled but oh well. Went to the register and the taller guy said I used the wrong cup. If I would have used the "right" cup it would have been cheaper. The other employee comes over and tells me "Oh you are right. You are always right." and BS'd me up and down. I paid and walked out. I knew my icee was going to be worth it! When I drank it I almost spit it out because it was cherry; and a very gross cherry at that. I was so pissed. I threw it out and then told the 2nd guy he needed to check the lines because there was no Coke in it. He rolled his eyes, walked away from me to go check it. I should have pushed for my money back but I just wanted to get the crap out of there. As I was starting my car to back out, he comes out of the store drinking (checking) from a small cup. The place is dirty! Near the slushy machine you had icees spilled over. Went into the bathroom and it was absolutely disgusting. Not only that, but they have merchandise stored in the bathroom! That's so unsanitary. The employees also talk trash about you. My bf was in line waiting to pay, while I was in the bathroom and the employees were talking about me because I used the restroom. My review has nothing to do with COVID-19. So what is the use of having a 7-Eleven rewards? At least when you frequent this location. Because literally every time I try to redeem my rewards the manager or the other guy that rings refuses to allow me to. They are aware that I want to use my rewards yet they hurriedly bypass the prompt so I cannot use them. Now from my understanding that is not quite acceptable as far as customer service goes. With that behavior along with the discriminatory attitude from the manager I do not know why I continue to try. It may not be a big loss overall for 7-Eleven but I just cease to shop at any locations anymore. There really ought to be some thorough investigation of this location. Seriously. This manager is repeatedly so extremely rude and lacks any basic skills in human behavior that my son won't go in there without me. read more

I have been going to this 7-Eleven for about 3 years now to get my groceries. This is one of the best 7-Eleven's I've been to. The place is very clean, and most of the 7-Eleven's I've been to we're dirty. The service here is great. If you need to go to a 7-Eleven in Ventura, go here! read more

HORRIBLE customer service. Register guy got mad for taking creamers outside the store! I had people over and they wanted coffee, I know nothing about coffee all I knew is that that's the easiest place to get it. I walked in a guy was mopping outside I smiled and he just starred at me rudely. I got 2 cups and I was walking around the coffee with the 2 cups stacked because I didn't know there were so many options so I was trying to figure it out. The guy told me I had 2 cups as if I was stealing one. I told him "I know". The entire time they were starring at me, him and the guy at the register. Yes I'm dumb, I've never had coffee I'm trying to figure out how tf it works. Since the coffee wasn't for me I decided to get the creamers on the side because idk how the people it was for like it. Only 2 fit in my hand so I paid, he was rude. I came back for more creamers (idk how much ppl put so I was taking more to be safe). As I'm walking out he's helping other customers and stops what he's doing to tell me "you can't take those out!" I was going to explain but he stopped me and said "take them but next time do it in the store". That was very embarrassing for me, he could have told me nicely to step aside not just tell from across the counter in front of others. When I paid I had some in my hand why couldn't he tell me then? As far as I know creamers are a complimentary item. Just as ketchup or napkins. Now if I'm wrong, there should be a sign that you can't take them out. I will tell everyone I know to never go there. If you're worried about losing 5 cents for creamer you shouldn't own a business. read more

I went in there the other day to get an icy and when I asked if they did cash back they said now so when I went to use my credit card and the older man told me it was so much sense extra to charge me for using my credit card if it wasn't over $8.00. I told him that I work at a bank and it is illegal for a merchant to charge extra for using their card. I said never mind to the slushy and I went over to the ATM to pull out cash. the older man started looking at me and speaking another language to this younger employee and they started laughing. I asked them if they had something to say to tell me that in English please if they were so upset the man then referred to me as a little boy and demanded I get over there. So I left the store. Two days later I came in and the same older man was working When I want to pay for my slushy he said aren't you the man that was in here telling me to speak English the other day and I said yes if you had something to say about me you shouldn't say it to your employee you should tell me what it was that I did wrong that bothered you so much he said take your money you're not buying anything from my store and next time if you come back I'm going to kick your ass. I left the money for the amount of the Slurpee and left. I will never go back there and I've been a loyal customer for 25 years. I was disgusted in the way I was treated. read more
