On June 10th, between approximately 6:41 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., I stopped at your station to prepay $25 for fuel before beginning my delivery route. Wednesdays are typically busy for me, so I also purchased my usual chicken sandwich. Unfortunately, I became distracted and forgot to pump the gas after paying. When I returned to speak with Juana, the cashier who assisted me, she was unable to provide any meaningful help and continued to give me unclear or inconsistent information. When I use to stop here on my way to work in the early mornings the staff were clearly on drugs. I'm making this post because my husband stopped there this morning and asked for some cash back and got cursed at. I've let my issues with the place go because I just won't stop there anymore since the time the lady checking me out was nodding out and I had to snap to wake her up and finish my transaction... Got gas then went in to get some snacks and go to the bathroom. I put my snacks on the countertop and asked if I can have the code to the bathroom. The employee said the bathrooms are for customers only. I say just pump gas and he asked for the Reciept. He then just looked at me and wouldn't give me the code to the bathroom. This is a pretty standard Arco type gas and minimart operation. The sstore has all the things you expect to find. The gas pumps have TV screens that play drivel while you pump- annoying! But there is adequate room for manuvering around ogher cars. Getting out of the station can be a challenge, though. It sits right by the 101 entrance and unless you want to head noryh on the freeway, you might wait a while. read more

The male attendant on duty tonight, 9/2/19 8:46pm is EXTREMELY rude! I have been treated this way by him several times. It is so uncomfortable to pay him for a cash transaction that I will buy my fuel elsewhere. I walked into the empty store and the attendant blatantly looked the other way when I walked up to the counter. When I asked to pay for gas he refused to make eye contact and rudely took my money without saying a word. Then after he entered my transaction he finally made eye contact only to give me a nasty look, still not saying a word, implying that I was greatly inconveniencing him & I should leave. I politely asked for a receipt and he printed it giving me a nasty glare. He never said a word to me, No hello, no thank you, didn't ask me if I wanted a receipt, No have a nice day. I did have one negative experience, during the quarantine period. I complained about it and right away someone brought it to the persons attention and attitude changed. I believe it was the stress of doing business outside of the building that stressed the employee. That same employee now is wonderful, helpful and very polite! I stop in every morning for coffee and encounter Cami and Jon and BOTH are very nice and make the early morning experience fun. Maybe some of the people who are not happy with the help should speak up. At times people are not aware they are being rude by not saying good morning but rather stressed. read more

Just dont go here. Half the pumps dont work and the ones that do, do not permit pay at the pump. So you end up going in to pay. Colossal waste of time. ARCO should shut this location down. read more

Went in this morning I filled up my car $40 plus .35 fee for using my card which is ok. Then I went Inside I spent $25 for drinks and snacks. I was having hard time holding stuff after I paid I got charged another .35 which Is ok I guess. Then the cashier didn't offer a bag so after he charged I asked if they had bags and he said yes they are another .10 cents plus another .35 cents to use card. I asked him how come he didn't offer or ask if I wanted to buy a bag if he saw me struggling carrying the stuff. I don't mind paying 10 cents for a bag but let people know if they want one so they don't have to get charged extra. It's ridiculous customer service is horrible here. He didn't apologize . He was extremely rude. Need to train better for customer service. Also the bathrooms are disgusting. Not coming back here read more
