Then got into my car and pulled around to go into the car wash and a van was already inside in front of me. I pulled up and keyed in my code, and it told me it was already used. I was confused as I had just paid for it. I had to wait for the van to finish just to drive back to the gas station to say "Hey! My code was already used!" What a hassle! They didn't believe me. Couldn't refund me. I said come look at my car! They finally reviewed the video footage to see my car didn't get washed! What a hassle but this place is great otherwise.

My surgeon called after the cultures taken during surgery came back with a serious bacterial infection. The initial prescription made me very sick so my surgeon called in a different prescription. When delivery wasn't an option I called to find out why and answered the pharmacists questions. She added the delivery option back in and I paid for it. Why would another pharmacist stop the delivery of an antibiotic? I have receipts and emails showing it was paid for with delivery scheduled between 2-4 pm. No one notified me that a pharmacist had removed the delivery. When it wasn't delivered by 6 PM I checked the app. I found the prescription had been changed back to a pick up and it did not even show my payment. I still have the receipt and my prior payment was not canceled. If there were more questions then someone should have called me. What pharmacist would override what another pharmacist had already approved? I immediately tried to call and was placed on hold over and over for 45 minutes. I finally gave up. I will be heading into a 3rd day without a very needed prescription. I will change pharmacies after this. This is not the first time that I have been put through this by this, but it will be the last.
