Alejandro, sevice advisor noticed some stains and dull appearance of my paint, he politely offered me an upgrade for hand wax service. I told him, I will do it next time but he convinced me that my vehicle needs it. I gave him a nod and said go ahead I need to rest anyway. I decided to go inside the store and was amazed how the store was immaculately maintained and very inviting. I got to enjoy LaVazza Coffee at a Convenience Store (unheard off). Amazing coffee presentation at the corner with fresh sandwiches and assorted fresh bakery products. Store was well lit, amazing presentation of branded snacks, chocolates, high end gift item products and package beverages. Restrooms are clean and inviting. They also have lounge area and outdoor waiting area. What began as a stop over for a long trip, ended up to be a real refreshing stop. My car wash service was satisfactorily completed in 45 minutes and got to enjoy this amazing place tucked on the corner of Reyes Adobe Road and Canwood Street. Well worth the wait and truly wonderful experience.

This place is okay overall. Their prices are pretty reasonable, and the unlimited wash membership…read moreis a good deal at around $70 for the mid-tier package. If you want the top Executive wash, it's only about $10 more each time. I also like that they offer synthetic wax options that you don't always get at other traditional car washes. I've been coming here on and off for about a year, and the biggest issue is consistency. Sometimes they do a good job, but other times they miss quite a bit and my wife and I end up wiping things down again when we get home. At this point I usually just finish it myself rather than waiting around, especially since the unlimited membership still makes the price worthwhile. The place also gets extremely busy, especially on weekends and when it's hot, so I understand the employees are working under pressure. That said, some of the managers and employees inside the store can come across as rude or unfriendly, which doesn't help when you're already frustrated about having to redo parts of the wash. Overall, the membership and pricing are good, but the quality and customer service could definitely be more consistent.

Dear Hubby and I were in T.O., about to go to dinner. I suggested that we swing by the car wash,…read moresince it wouldn't take long to run through their tunnel of cleaning. So drive through we did, and were rewarded with a much shinier vehicle after going through their system. Each LUV Car Wash location has a different layout, due to space available on the lot. This one has a lot of space in the middle area to go to vacuum the interior before or after the wash. Once you run through the washing / rinsing / drying tunnel, it's easiest to just head back onto T.O. Boulevard and continue with your day. I don't keep track of the cost per wash, because we have the monthly subscription. On that plan, it's best to go through the system frequently to get the best value. It's always a day brightener to drive out with a clean car.
