It's a great spot if you're running errands in the Westlake Village area, like going to Trader Joe's or Target. You can only turn right into the lot, so it's a little inconvenient in this manner. Beware, the display shows two different prices (the lower shows the price if you were to buy a car wash-- I've started timing my car washes to align with when I need gas). If you shop at Ralph's you can also get discounts on gas if you have enough points! read more

Terrible experience. Man inside was very unhelpful. Don't get drawn in by the advertised lower price. That's only if you get their subpar, overpriced car wash. read more

This is a decent gas station, but it doesn't stand out in my opinion. I haven't tried the car wash here, so I can't comment on it. The pumps work well here. Prices are reasonable for the area. read more

Went in for car wash today. My car was all soaped up and the machine stopped working. The idiot behind the counter would not let me run the car through again and would not return the $7.00 I paid. He would not provide his name or the name of manager. Will take the matter to Shell corporate. Avoid this place. read more

Went to this carwash yesterday and was pleasantly surprised to see that the cleaning rubber strips were new. Higher prices too ($9.00 for basic) Not so happy when I arrived to my office and realized that those damn new strips left hair line scratches all down the driver's side of my brand new car! No scratches on the passenger side luckily. Now I have to rub those out. Also, they added new dryers and most of my car was wet as I pulled out. The back of my car is super spotty. I will obviously never go there again. read more

I work graveyard & I needed a quick wake me up but when I pulled in the cashier told me he couldn't charge me because he would take 30 min to count money. I've worked at a gas station and I know there is no way you can possibly take 30 minutes to count money. read more

Consumer fraud! They advertised gas at $3.55 for 91 octane on their sign by the interstate. When I pulled up to the pump, the price was $3.85. Deceptive advertising. Would rate at zero stars if I could. read more

The gas is OK but that would be pretty hard to screw up. The car was is often broken and when it does work, there's a line of 3 or more cars so I have a long wait. They need to install a second bay. read more

Omg this gas stations restroom it's always out of service! I am never coming back!! Seriously and their employees have the worst attitude! I mean you're not in LA be nice to people!!! read more

The car wash damaged a car I bought yesterday! The damn machine left a black mess of muck all over the SUV and chipped the paint on the rear spoiler on the top of the car! Avoid this place and shame on them for using such bad equipment! read more

This place is conveniently located just to the right of the 101 Northbound off-ramp. The price is comparable to the others in the area: no more and no less. I like that they offer 20c a gallon discount for getting a car wash, but the car wash is a automated one that has trouble cleaning car wheels, like they all do. So your car comes out clean but the wheels are still dirty with clean streaks in them. They accept the Ralphs rewards points as well, which you can add as a discount as well as with the carwash discount. read more

Well I have no complaints about this place, is always clean and price goes down when you use your Ralphs card. I went to get snacks inside and by the coffee they have this old and dusty energy bars and immediately I checked the expiration date but they were fine. I have the habit of checking dates but they pass my inspection. I did not check bathrooms not even sure if there's any. But the place since to be clean and convenience since is just right off the Fwy. read more

Open on Thanksgiving night. Has a large food mart. Just off the 101 freeway. Has about 8 pumps, small space to maneuver. A little bit older in general, and my pump got stuck a few times. read more

This has to be the most expensive mini mart in history! Basically airport prices. I live right there but I refuse to gas here because you're ripping people off on waters and cokes. read more

Pulled up for propane in my RV. They promptly came out and filled my tank. Easy in and out access.

I was looking or a gas station I could get my propane tank filled at. Its not a normal bbq 20lb tank I could exchange so I called ahead to make sure they could fill it. They said yes. I went down, got there and then they told me no. When I asked what the big propane tank outside was for then, he just wanted to argue with me basically for me calling him out being lazy. He sent me down the road to U-haul. I just want to make sure managment or ownership knows their employees are lazy and turning away business. I won't be back ever. read more

Went into pump gas, Was filling my car and the pump handle kept clicking snd stopping probably 15+ times. I asked the woman on the pump's other side if she was having problems filling her car and she was, also she was using the same grade fuel. I went in to the station to talk to the owner, my concern that the underground pump may be almost empty and I was concerned the empty tank could be pumping bad gas into my car. The manager was very rude, instead of coming to investigate he starts pumping out receipts from pumps around. Not very nice or helpful. I do not know what clicking on and off on pumping gas means? Not reassuring . read more

An absolute terrible car wash which causes damage (GPS antenna snatched off) to your vehicle during the cycle washing and drying. The staff are rude and could careless. Be careful if you plan on using this service.... read more

I nearly ran out of gas today in the heat with my baby and was able to safely park right next door to the Shell station. The gas station owner helped me put enough gas in my car to get it running and get to the next nearest gas station on my way home. Their kindness was so appreciated!!! read more

Consumer Fraud!!! Drove around Kanan looking for the best price gas. All other gas stations were $2.89 cents a gallon and Shell was $2.69 a gallon. Turned around passed two other gas stations and went back to Shell. The price on the pump shows $2.89!!! The guy inside says...you have to buy car wash to get the $2.69 price! BS! They know people will come there for the price and find out the gas actually costs more because you have to add a $7.00 car wash! Bait and switch to the MAX! read more

Yet another gas station in Agoura Hills, that you cannot get to. Unless of course you are just getting off the freeway or on canwood street, which no one uses. You used to be able to make a left turn right on in then go out whatever way you wanted, now you get screwed getting out as well because you can only go right down kanan. So if you want gas and are getting off the freeway, you wont be able to leave and jump back on the freeway. You will have to make a right then go down to hillrise and make a U-turn. Pretty sweet. Likewise if you are traveling south on kanan, the best way in is to make a right on canwood, then make an awkward u-turn from a driveway and wait at the light to turn left while watching out for on coming traffic off the the freeway. The whole thing is one giant FU. Dont get gas here, you will really hate yourself for doing so. read more

The location of this gas station is convenient if you are getting off the 101 freeway but not if you are coming from Agoura or Oak Park. My review is strictly based on the fact that I have had my card compromised twice at this location with fraudulent activity. Both times I used the outside card reader and one time the "safety" sticker was sealed on but it was not safe! I seldom use this card and was able to see a pattern at this location twice! BEWARE!!!! read more

Misleading Gas price. Unless you are a scientist you wont figure out the SCAM! The cash price and the credit card price is the same unless you get a carwash and pay in cash. Carwash is closed most of the time and looked dilapidated to me. When I asked the cashier about the confusing sign he replied "OPEN YOUR EYES AND READ THE DAMN SIGN". Will never EVER go here even if I have to push my car to the next exit. They are pulling this scam on everyone. This is not right. read more
