On December 14 of last year I went to get a car wash and the machine broke my side view mirror the rude manager did not provide me the insurance information nowIf anyone knows any information that could help me will be appreciate it. The gas is consistently the most expensive in the area. However, because I have the Upside app that said it would give me a discount on the gas I decided to go there. I also needed my car washed, and figured (as is normally the custom when you get gas) that I would get a discount. My car was not exceptionally dirty and only had minor road dirt on it. I purchased "The Works" for $11. There was no discount. When I got done, not only was my car still dirty, but the car wash had left a spot of some sort of black grease on the roof. When I went in to get my money back, the man in the store was e freaky rude. He said he does not give money back. I told him my car was not washed. He kept yelling it was a "touch less" car wash, and that "if you want your car washed, go across the street". At this point I say take his advice, don't waste your money. This is not my regular gas spot, it's my emergency gas spot. I will come here sometimes just to use their drive through car wash. It's the best deal in town especially if there is a drought in California. My family loves washing the cars at home, it gives you the freedom to detail and bond with your lovely car. When the summer hit a while back the city put a cap on the citiy water use, possibly all of southern california. We were to reserve water and cut back on how frequently we water the plants and how long we shower etc. This obviously meant no more car washes at home for a while... Thankfully Mobil Gas provides a safe and easy exterior drive in car wash. The express is $6 this is by far way cheaper than it costs to wash at home. You pull up, select from the three car wash treatments, pay, and drive in. I usually park it and turn the engine off because it roughly takes about five minutes to wash. Bring some dry towels to give the car a clean wipe to get the water drops off your car after the wash because the air blower doesn't do the job as good as a human with a towel. Other than that, for $6 it does a fairly thorough cleanse and rinse. I'm not sure if the car wash is available all hours of the night because I only go during the day light. I just went to the Mobil by my parents house for a car wash. I grew up in Calabasas and have been going to this gas station for car washes since I was 16. The car wash wasn't working properly and didn't fully wash my car and didn't dry it at all. I parked and told the cashier. A grumpy old man with a thick accent came out and started yelling at me that it obviously did wash it because my car was wet. After bickering back and forth I told just to give me my money back and he said no and that I can come back in the morning and speak with the manager. He then had me go back through the car wash but gave me the $7 car wash but I paid for the $8 version. He wouldn't give me the $1 difference back either and told me I have to speak with the manager. So because of this assholes attitude and ONE DOLLAR I have decided that I'll never ever patron the business again. I wish I could give ZERO STARS. read more

So last night I saw something very disturbing at this Mobil. And when I say disturbing, I don't mean some lewd, sexual act (although that woulda been cool), I don't mean some altercation between humans that would make you shudder in fear and I definitely don't mean something that could fall into a "danger towards society" equation. Wish there were no stars. Car wash has gone down hill over the last few years and they don't even bother to repair. Now it will not take cash, only credit cards. There have been cones blocking it several time I we the last month or so and today I couldn't even use a credit card. It would not take any payment. Had to go inside to pay for the wash. Came back out and put in the code but the wash did not work no matter what I did. Went to ask the attendant for help and he said no. Refused to give me a refund and said the code was still good until February 11. The receipt says the code is good for one year and underneath the code. It says it expires February 11 which is in three months. That's a huge discrepancy right there.. Even though I wanted the car washed now and it won't likely work in two months anyway. This spot is actually quite a convenient place if you're on the freeway and need gas, at least if you're going south on the 101. It's right off the Las Virgenes exit. I've never experienced any problems with the gas station itself, however...IF you are exiting off of the freeway regardless if you are getting gas, the police like to sit here and watch people off the exit, scoping for weirdos and outsiders - ask me how i know. Gas prices are gas prices and this place certainly is no bargain but the other ones in the area are pretty much the same price. They have a car wash and the filling stations never seem to be horrendously crowded. It's easy to pull in and out of the lot so you don't have to wait for traffic. Not sure what people are thinking when they give this car wash a bad review. I opted for $9, versus the $7 or $8. Figured an extra couple of bucks is fine. This car wash has no plastic or close wipes that swoosh around your car like regular car washes, so no worries about scratches. Everything is high pressure and pretty cool. Looking at reviews I figured the was would be bad but I was wrong. It's easily as good or better than any other drive through I've ever been to. I forgot to take pics before of my car, but it was super dirty after me being gone a month. As usual, the dry didn't get it 100% dry, but I love that I didn't have to drive though a countdown dryer. The drying part actually move forward and back above my car. I would definitely go here again. read more

Not only did he not refund my money or give me a new code, this rude man accused me of lying about using the car wash. The gas is kind of pricey here, but then again, it's in Calabasas. Other than that, the attendants are kind and the place is pretty clean.

Pumps work. Gas prices are appropriate for the area. I haven't used the restrooms, as it's close to home. But, for my uses, this is a great quick off/on if you're barreling down the 101 South and need gas. The food store is small compared to the competitors across the street. read more

These are the rudest gas station attendants I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. It's like they get bonuses for being inconsiderate and providing the lowest quality service. Time and time again I have had issues with the carwash here and every time the guy inside makes me prove to him that the carwash did not work properly by making me drive back thru it while they watch. Today the guy just tossed my receipt back across the counter at me saying "this is not our receipt". Again I had to prove to him that I was not lying about using their wash. I had to show him the time and date on the receipt and explain that I purchased the wash from the machine outside. After a few minutes back and forth he begrudgingly escorted me back to the wash, put in a code and watched me go back thru. He was waiting at the exit to say "see it's working!"
