Unfortunately this dealer used to be better than the dealer I used to take it to in Milford, DE, until today. I brought my fleet vehicle for regular oil change and to check for a possible oil leak. Recently this location got rid of all their services writers and hired new. They are not any better. The company I work for uses fleet service insurance company who takes care of any repair bills incurred on these company vehicles. The girl that checked me in was very snooty about how they would receive payment. I informed her that they would need to call the service company and get approval and payment. She kept asking me how I was going to pay and that they could not release the truck until they got payment. I am not sure why what I told her was so difficult to understand. Finally one of the service mangers had to step in to explain it to her. Then when she reviewed what the truck was in for I added to check on a possible oil leak. She said rudely that the reason for the oil loss was due to me driving way past the service date. She was very rude about the way she said it and pretty much embarrassed me in front of another customer. She didn't have to be so rude about it. Just say okay we'll check on it and keep it moving. Every time I deal with this location it's always something. Never have had a problem free friendly experience and I've been coming here for over 5 years. Well, no more. Whatever service I have needed, they have been prompt in responding to my request, respectful of my time, and reasonable in cost. As a single, older woman, I am grateful to have someone completely explain my options before any charges are made and they do that. I feel comfortable going there, knowing that they are not going to inflate costs or push for unnecessary services. My first experience was being towed there after my car cut off and would not restart. Of course, I had no appointment, but they didn't turn me away nor ask me to leave my car and come back later. They have a comfortable waiting area with upholstered chairs that have arms, tables, coffee/tea and water for free, vending machines, a TV, and nearby bathrooms. They even have a charging station for cellphones! They diagnosed my problem, explained what my options were to solve it, did the services I agreed to and got me out in good time. The cost was very good for what needed to be done and I haven't had a problem with it since. I go back for regular services and have dropped in when I realized a headlight wasn't working. Again, they talked to me about options, sat me in the waiting area, did what was needed and presented me with a reasonable price to pay. This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. The salespeople are very pushy even the sales manager is extremely pushy. After you buy the car the service goes right out the window. I had a request after I bought my car and after multiple unanswered emails and phone calls I had to resort to calling customer service at Chevrolet.com. My wife took her 2016 Chevy Trax to get a tire repaired that had a nail in it. We had purchased a wheel and tire protection package and the last place my family was stationed. He's a disgrace to the military and the honorable men and women that fight our freedom. The general manager jerked me around for days, selling the truck I wanted while I was in the process of getting a check from my bank. Do not go to this dealership if you looking to buy a new car. The prices they have listed on their website are no where near what they actually want to charge you. They are so deceiving at this dealership. I talked to them for days about a certain vehicle that they had listed on their website as a special and when I went to see the vehicle I find out that it was actually a "dealer demo" with 2100+ miles on it when the pictures online only show 18 miles on the vehicle and no where on the listing does it say that it's a dealer demo, something they also failed to mentioned when I spoke to them on the phone about the vehicle. Then after further inspection of the "new" vehicle I notice that the driver door has a big dent in it already. I really wasn't happy that this "new" car was looking more and more like a used car but I said I could deal with it if the price was right. So my salesman goes to get a price for me, knowing all my concerns about the vehicle already, and he comes back with a price that is $8000 more than what is listed online!! $8000 MORE!! So I asked him about the price online and he laughed at me and said "no one actually gets the cars for the prices online, they just do that to get people to come in". I was in shock when he actually admitted that the prices online are a scam to get people in the door. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED! Waste of time going here. I went in recently to make my next purchase. I walked the whole parking lot, and not a single representative came up to me, they were all inside talking to each other. I went inside and was finally approached by a sales representative. Then was basically treated like I couldn't afford anything. I had a trade-in and eyed an expensive vehicle in the lot. I stated my credit score and had done my research. Between the sales representative and the manager, they said my payments would be about $1300 a month. I thanked them for the time and walked out the door. The next day I went to Willis Chevrolet-Buick and bought the vehicle I wanted. After picking up my new 2016 2500HD Duramax, I went back to Chevrolet of Dover and informed them, that I bought my vehicle and they didn't need to bother calling me. read more
