Unfortunately, I curbed the wheels to my car. My car has chrome wheels, which are tough to fix. I contacted other shops and they either gave me really expensive quotes or they said that they don't have the expertise to fix them at all. Elevance is my savior because they were able to fix it for a reasonable price and did an excellent job. Alongside that, my husband also curbed the rims of his car a few times and they were also able to fix those as well! I called and spoke with Serra to schedule an appointment and she was incredible, explaining all the different tint options, warranties and pricing. She even explained the differences between the different tints and said when I arrive, she would show me the differences in person. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Lex and she was awesome! She was extremely friendly and provided excellent customer service, by offering me bottled water, coffee and even a latte. As Serra stated during our phone conversation, she showed me all the different tint options and explained in detail what each option had to offer. The waiting area isn't your normal waiting area at most tint shops or auto shops.
