The store itself is always super clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with a great range of options for whatever you might need. Bonus points for parking too even though it's street parking only, I've never had trouble finding a spot! That said, I did run into an issue when I came in to have a key fob copied. Unfortunately, not only was the fob unable to be duplicated, but it was also accidentally deactivated during the process. Since it happened on a Friday evening, I wasn't able to reach my apartment management for a replacement, and ended up being without access for over two weeks. Despite that frustrating experience, I want to emphasize how great the team is overall. Everyone I've interacted with has been kind and helpful, and I truly enjoy shopping at this location. I just hope that, moving forward, there's a bit more caution with items like key fobs to prevent similar issues.

There's a reason it's a local institution and legend. Yes, it's way smaller the the "big box" companies you know of. Brown's doesn't have everything they have because of size. But they have just about everything you truly need and can get it for you if it's not in stock. No wandering around endless isles with no help to help that's helpless. It's a small parking lot. Rarely full because your in and out so quick whether you need help or not. They're not open on Sunday and close a little early which is a major inconvenience for those who work a regular weekday hours. Doubt that's gonna change. They even called me just to make sure that the type of fuel system I bought was exactly what I wanted (Nat. gas) because sometimes people accidentally pick the wrong one. Josh- the delivery man who was able to handle these grills as a one -man - operation in and out of the truck was friendly, helpful. and competent despite having to deliver a lot of grills on a holiday weekend in 95 degree heat (at 10 am).
