A little chaotic but cool atmosphere. The yogurt was a solid 5/10. Imo, the fruit flavors tasted very artificial and everything was incredibly sweet. On the flip side, their topping bar was great and the price was very reasonable! However, going forward, I think I'll just stick to red mango read more

Lovely servers but a BIG problem. Clientele are usin these people for free samples and buying Nothing! They take the sample cups and keep going back and forth with their tiny USED sample cup going from each flavor to the next. The owner should stop samples or have the servers offer it. Yogurt was excellent. Stop the samples! read more

Great Yogurt, prices OK if you watch yourself, service OK, place is clean. So why one star? Well the music is so loud you cannot hear the other person. Talk about spoiling a good experience. It actually Hurt my ears. I had to leave. They must Here how loud it is. Maybe they have a reason, but for me, my reason for leaving is the one that counts. Never more. Frank G read more

Allergy list is not thorough. Son has an allergy to eggs and it was not listed. Very disappointed. My son is very sick right now. Yogurt should not contain eggs. Most frozen yogurt has no eggs. read more

The yogurt is delicious but the past 4 times i've gone there i've checked their website and google page to see their hours, seen that they're "open" just to arrive and have it be closed. The service is HORRIBLE!!! I've also called them to double check and no one answers the phone. One time I went and looked in the windows and saw the employee, she looks at me and ignored me!!!!!! I was appalled and would rather drive 20+ minutes to another frozen yogurt store. read more

The inside was clean and staff was nice. However the frozen yogurt was honestly despicable.

I came here with a couple of friends tonight and it was great! I love the interior decoration, it's super modern and it makes the place look great! There are a lot of selections to choose from in both froyo flavors as well as toppings and syrups. I decided to try the nutella flavored fray and it was like I died and went to heaven! It was perfect! It wasn't overly sweet and I could taste the strong hazelnut flavor. So if you're around the area and are a nutella fan, you should definitely stop by and try it out! read more

Cherry Tree Frozen Yogurt - Nutella froyo with almonds, strawberries and coconut flakes! - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Mamaroneck, New York

Oh my god the yogurt here was amazing. I have been to many frozen yogurt places and this has got to be the most uniquely decorated one . I love how they made it into something architectural. The choices of yogurt are expansive they have everything. I was glad they had a huge variety of toppings. I spent about 7 something on mine and was very satisfied. I will say the chairs were different, check out my tips about the chairs. I would say this place is very unique. read more

Self serve froyo spot with a smoothie option. Came in with a small group on a chilly Saturday night but the place still had some customers which is a good sign. The decor was nice and everything was clean. I suspect the owner was on premises which is always a good sign. The product had a nice consistency and the 3 flavors I tried were all very distinct. Toppings bar features some unique items but I thought the fresh fruit selection was a bit sparse (maybe due to seasonality). Price was a little higher than I'm used to but that might be due to the area. read more

On my first visit I got my money's worth on two Flavors with toppings. I had no idea yogurt could mimic ice cream so well. I'm not a yogurt person so this says a lot Lots the flavor selections!!! They have Nutella yogurt too !!!!!! I got the Nutella and cake batter with fruit and cheesecake bites omggggg yum! Best $4 dollars ever spent! read more

Cherry Tree Frozen Yogurt - $4 cup - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Mamaroneck, New York

I worked here for three months and it was a horrible job. The people working there are rude, angry and not understanding. The owner spies on workers 24/7 through hidden cameras to make sure no one eats the product and to make sure the place is clean. The way she does it is honestly cruel: when there's a huge line of customers you are trying to deal with, she will call the cherry tree phones and get furious if you don't answer just to make some petty complaint such as "There are oreo crumbs on the table" The managers and owners really abuse the workers. The pay is very very low and they are always finding ways to justify underpaying their workers. For example, when I first started working there, I didn't know I had to document my hours so I didn't so they didn't pay me for it. The food is honestly not bad but I don't think you can trust it being sanitary. I would often see pieces of food on utensils and when I insisted on recleaning it, often, a manager or coworker would say that it was a waste of time. If you have allergies- don't go here!! There is an insane level of cross contamination. Workers receive virtually no training and learn nothing about allergies before they are on the clock. read more

Don't know why this did not work the first time I posted. Anyhow, we went for frozen yogurt after a sushi dinner and loved the yogurt. They have 10 regular yogurt flavors, two eurotart flavors and two nondairy flavors, which is an incredible variety. The staff was super friendly and the yogurt was great. read more

Frozen yogurt was ok; So sugary and no low sugar options. Lots of interesting toppings. Tables were dirty and I saw the machines (nozzles etc.) being clean with winded spray. Not so keen on the idea of windex in my frozen yogurt. read more

I used to like coming here until one day I was taking a picture of the sign on the inside of the store and an employee came up to me and told me I wasn't allowed to take pictures in the store. I asked why and she said that the owner doesn't allow pictures because he's afraid other people will "steal his ideas." (Not like there's any novel ideas to steal in this place). Not only did this make us feel really uncomfortable but it was just so weird that I never went back. I should mention that I was going to post the photos I took to social media- guess this owner spent understand marketing in the 21st century. Big loss. For all of you frozen yogurt enthusiasts, I would say that as far as flavor variety goes and quality of toppings this is among the best places I have been (and I have been to quite a few in this area!) But the whole photo incident was really enough to turn me off. There are plenty of better places to get great frozen yogurt with a much more friendly staff. read more

The only problem I have with this place is the little change of height between the counter and the door. I trip/get stuck on that frigging thing almost every time I am there and I look like an idiot. Well, I am an idiot ... I just don't want to look like one especially since there are always hot girls there. Anyway, as for the place itself, I basically just go there for the protein fruit shakes. I love them and get them all of the time. Otherwise, the yogurt is just there to serve as a vehicle for me to eat sour gummy worms. read more

Best froyo I've had. Solid selection of flavors and they continuously add more. The quality of the froyo is great. It's creamy and has really good consistency. The selection of toppings is very good and they have plenty of sauces. I wish they had shaved almonds on a consistent basis and their prices are a bit high. Froyo in general has gotten really expensive lately, so this isn't so much of a knock on Cherry Tree. Two froyos shouldn't cost $15! Ridiculous. read more

Not happy. Music too loud and yogurt not great. Don't recommend this place to anyone. Go elsewhere if you want good yogurt.

Store is spotless, and the staff is great. The chocolate, and vanilla were great , the original I found vile. Music was very loud .Parking can be a hassle. read more

Cherrytree... I love thee.... To be honest, this is the best frozen yogurt place I've been to. I used to live in NYC with tons of blossoming frozen yogurt places, and this is truly the best! Everyone most of the time nice, and since I work next door I see them all the time in my job and they're pretty cool. The flavors are great and unique. WILL get packed with kids. Prices are normal for a self serve fro yo place. read more

I absolutely love the FroYo here! They always have new flavors and are filled with energy! I really like how all of the flavors taste exactly like the flavor names advertise. Fine enough frozen yogurt, but preposterously overpriced. The rotating staff of ludicrously attractive teens does a good job keeping the place running well. Can get packed with sticky-fingered children and their vapid parents. read more

This place is 5 stars yogurt, 1 star customer service. Stingy on the samples/ tasting, but the SALTY CARAMEL PRETZEL is off the shizzle. Definitely hoping the competition reading this review tries to make this flavor and bite off some of their other flavors. Not very friendly people, as the other reviews make note of. read more

Love it here. Only thing I can complain about is the girls working in the front goofing off and alwayssss have friends and family members who are really loud and obnoxious and broke things the last time I was there. They don't speak English well and it is very hard to communicate exactly what I wanted. Im in here a lot trying to enjoy a treat but the screeching of the workers family/friends make me come in and want to run out as quickly as I can. This is the only "bad" experience. Other than that it's clean and they have tons of flavors to choose from. Much better then red mango in Larchmont! read more

This place is clean and staff is generally nice. I would love if they always had a vegan flavor ice cream aside from sorbet.

This place is awesome. It's like an off the wall yogurt but I love the perfectly smooth texture of their yogurt ice cream. There's nothig extraordinary about the toppings choices which you can find mostly from Pinkberry. Their spots inside and al fresco are both great. Staff is nice. read more

My absolute favorite frozen yogurt chain in Westchester. The flavors on offer are sweet sensations. During the autumn season, I indulge in the Pumpkin Pie flavor, which is nearly identical to the real pie. Next, the Sea Salt Caramel Pretzel flavor is my sweet tooth fix and a compulsive buy anytime I go to Cherry Tree. As of this week, I sampled and mixed in newer flavors like Toasted Marshmallow, Cinnamon Bun, and Graham Cracker. All of the flavors were incredible and satisfying! Frozen yogurt may be more on the pricy side, but it's an occasional treat to enjoy. read more

Delicious yogurt, clean machines, and fun presentation. What's not to like? An awesome addition to Mamaroneck Avenue. It truly goes a mile the fact that it is so clean in there. Love the music and the "scene" too. Great vibe. read more

Better than Yogojoy, Go Greenly, and possibly even Pinkberry hands down. The variety of amazing flavors is incredible, with toppings to match. Probably about as pricey as the other frozen yogurt places with a better atmosphere and simply a better frozen yogurt. The entire establishment gives off a great vibe. Definitely check it out for dessert! read more

This frozen yogurt place is a really fun fro yo store. It is super colorful with funky chairs outside and inside with fun spoons as well.
