I use to come here for years so I know what each set looks like. After going to another place for a few years I decided to come back. I wanted to get a new set so I had whatever lashes I had left removed in order to get a full ravishing set. It took over an hour to put on what it looked like to be 5 lashes. The set didn't even look like a classic. The length put on was shorter that my natural lashes. Keep in mind, I had full lashes 2 weeks prior. After complaining I was told that whoever did my lashes was good and that nobody has ever complained about her before... as if there was not a first time for everything... I was told to just get a full plus next time. Definitely not coming back again. read more

I had my first appointment last week with Justine who was marvelous and did a thorough job asking me what I wanted and applying that to my lashes. Unfortunately for me, I'm pretty harsh on my lashes and had to come in for an emergency fill this afternoon because I have plans for this weekend. I had a total brain fart and scheduled too early but called right away and they were able to push me back a bit without even charging me more (even though I would happily have paid since it was my own mistake!). I bought the clear sealant and will update on whether it helps maintain the lashes longer. read more

I had a great experience for my first time here. From the time of my appointment set up to the actual day I had my lashes done everyone was very helpful and professional. Once you set up your appointment you are sent electronic confirmations and reminders. When you arrive, the person behind the check in desk greets you, offers you a complimentary cherry lash lounge water bottle, and you can sit in their comfy couch lounge area. I went to the one in Henderson so I'm not sure about the other locations but I definitely liked the decor and atmosphere. Arely was the lash apprentice who worked on my lashes and she was such a doll and was a lot of fun to talk to. She also provided me with good information on how to take care of my lashes since it was my first time getting extensions. I may have dozed off during half of the time but it's okay, apparently everyone falls asleep at some point. And I can't blame them, the recliners they have for you are super comfortable and they even provide you with a nice blanket in case you get cold. I've gone here a few times to get my lashes done. First time was with Monsey and Cheetarah. Monsey worked on my top lashes and Cheetarah worked on my bottom lashes. Both were apprentices at the time but they did a good job on my lashes. Then I got my the lash-plus fill with Natalie and she did a good job as well. The third time I went was for a free service for the apprentices in training. Luciana gave me a regular fill and did a nice job as well, especially for someone in training. The only reason I'm not 100% satisfied is because even after getting my lashes done a few times, my lashes still don't look noticeable (Not compared to other people who have had their lashes done at Cherry) You can tell if you look up close or to the side, but from the front, you can't really tell. I've had lash extensions before elsewhere and the lashes I got done looked great and noticeable. I'll give it another go, probably with a Lash Artist and see if anything changes. read more

I've been going to Cherry since November. I have been pretty happy with my results, however, I start losing lashes within about 3 days, and by two weeks they're very sparse. But on my last appointment I agreed to do the feathered. For $99 I thought they were a little too much for me. Apparently, I shouldn't have thought that because it was a jinx. The first night I lost 3 or 4 and that continued every day after! My husband joked that there were spiders in the bed. I now have about 4 left on one eye and 6 or so on the other! I look ridiculous! I cannot believe how much I spent ( probably close to $800) to look terrible. I doubt I will ever go back to Cherry Lash again. read more

This place is amazing!! I've been going to Cherry Lash for a while now. I've only had positive experiences. Ayshia is my girl and she always gets my lashes looking full and gorgeous. Roxie at the front desk is so sweet and is always helpful, as well as all of the front desk and lashing staff. The two locations are nice and clean. Went to the Henderson location for my first time to just try it out and at first it was definitely different on me but it eventually grew on me and I love it. Greeted right away when you walk up for your check in and all the staff so far are great. Damaris was my lash apprentice and I absolutely loved her work. She definitely made me feel welcomed and comfortable and always checked if I'm good. I was so comfortable with her that I'm pretty sure I fell asleep as she did my fill lol. But she's great. I always wanted lash extensions, but I was super afraid they wouldn't be worth the trouble -- either by encountering allergies, or not being able to achieve the style I want, especially considering the price tag. However, after 5 months of service, I'm so happy I made the leap and I'm super satisfied with the service at Cherry. Start with making an appointment for a free consultation. You can test for allergies, ask about if your style is achievable, and they can probably help you choose what route to go down (fullness level, featherized or not, etc). I've tried 5 different lash artists, and I definitely recommend Andria if you're looking for a lash artist or Gypsie if you're looking for a lash master. Both are friendly, professional, and do their best in creating the style you ask for. My lashes have always lasted a long time, and they do an amazing job of creating a full look. I would say the main difference between masters and artists is that they are more gentle and work faster. Whether you think it's worth it or in your budget is up to you, but I think either are great choices. Overall, I definitely recommend Cherry. I would say the only downfall is that although all their lash artists are well trained, I do think some do better jobs than others -- even if they're ranked the same skill level (and you pay the same price)! TIPS: - Depending on what style you're trying to maintain, your lashes may look sparse over time. It seems to be a normal thing. Personally, I go in for a normal fill (60 min) every 4 weeks to maintain my look (Ravishing). After 3-4 visits, I generally find my lashes more sparse and go in for a fill plus (90 min). Then, I continue my normal fills as usual. - Give it 12-24 hours before you determine your opinion on how full your lashes came out. I know it sounds weird, but it's honestly hard to tell how my lashes come out immediately after the fill and they hand me the mirror in the chair. I might initially think it isn't full enough, but I get home and wake up the next morning, and I'm genuinely impressed with the huge difference. Give it some time, and if you're not impressed, call them up and I'm sure they'll be happy to fix it for you. read more

Good service and professional... I would have rated them higher, however compared with some of the other options in town, The membership was more than I would like to pay. I do love that they have very flexible hours and it's nice and chill inside. If they had more affordable memberships I would definitely go back. They are not the most expensive by far they are actually quite reasonable I just have found a less expensive option and so I had to move on. I do like that they have multiple locations around town and the product is consistent. I've been to many different places and I have found that they do a very good job at Cherry Lash. This was the first place I went that had the option of a less abrasive adhesive because I have very sensitive eyes. They are also very good at explaining aftercare and offering quality products for you to purchase and use. They did not have memberships when I was going that something that just recently happened and was part of the reason I left initially so it might be perfect if that's what you're looking for now! read more

First time ever getting lash extensions. I am leaving for a two week trip tomorrow and didn't want to mess with mascara, plus wanted to treat myself. Got in very easily. Their online booking is a cinch. When I had to amend it the receptionist was super helpful and friendly. The place is beautiful, with lots of nice touches. The details tell you there is love going into it! :). They offer you water, then take you back to super comfy recliners. Loved the fringed curtains (evocative of the "fringed lashes". Cool! My person was Monserath ("Monsey".) Super pretty and feminine, with a wonderful guest -comfort approach. After applying collagen pads under my eyes as a mini treatment, I could feel her focus and patience as she applied the lashes. The results were breathtaking. She is very talented! I know not everyone can do this. Def the place to go. Everything was beautiful and well executed; from being greeted to saying my goodbyes everyone was wonderful. read more

I've been visiting Cherry Lash Lounge exclusively for nearly 18 months now and my experiences have all been wonderful. I see Alyssa, who BTW splits her time between the two locations so she can be available to EVERYONE!! She's so talented and delightful to be around, my two hour appointments seem to fly by. They say the love is in the details and Cherry clearly embraces this philosophy. Both locations are beautiful, and stylish and always smell great!! That may seem like an odd thing to mention, but when you go you'll understand :) They provide bottled water, a variety of Keurig coffee flavors, mints, scented hand sanitizer...they even play Sirius radio! If I could give this place zero stars I would. Their prices most definitely do not match up with the work they do. So I went and got a fill here and first of all they did not give me the lash length that I SPECIFICALLY asked for. So what was I paying for ?????? I was already unsatisfied with the work. Then when she was done, my inner corners were not at all filled. I had to come back for an adjustment because my eyelashes were so uneven and spaced out. THEN I had called to ask what to do because I still wasn't satisfied with my lashes because the length and the fact that I had to go back so they can fix them and they were poking my eyelids.. This girl alexa told me she would talk to someone and write my number down to call me back. 4 days passed and I got no phone call so I called myself. For the prices that this place charges is NOT AT ALL worth the work they do. I would understand if I'm paying a lot of money and getting quality lashes but that is absolutely not the case with cherry lash. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone looking for good quality lashes. Also, there were many eyelashes glued to my eyelid that were poking my eye every time I would blink. 0/10 do not go here I'm saving you some money! I also went back for a THIRD time for them to fix what they did wrong and was still not satisfied and did not get the "full" look of eyelashes that I paid for. This place is trash. 2/12/19 update Every time I go I get a different result. I had to go to someone else since my usual person was booked and although it wasn't bad, they weren't good either. Then last time I went back to the person who I gave a 4 star review to. It felt like she spent half the time picking off the lashes the other person did even though it had only been two weeks. I think this is why I didn't leave with very full lashes. Now it's been less than 10 days and about half of my lashes have already fallen out. It also really burned last time. I just wish that I could get consistent lashes and experience. The staff at the Henderson location was very friendly and professional. Although a little noisy at times, it was still comfortable and even relaxing at timesI went in for the featherized fill plus with a lash artist. I was a little disappointed that my lashes weren't fuller. I also felt like there were some gaps at the outer edge of my lashes. I'm not very confident in the glue they use as well because in the first few days I had quite a few extensions fall off that weren't attached to my real lashes. Keep in my mind that I was very careful with the after care. My lashes don't look bad, but they don't look like $99 fills either. Very disappointed since I saw other customers leave with great lashes. Update:Cherry Lash contacted me and gave me a complimentary 30 minute lash adjustment. My new lash artist was able to fill in some of the gaps, but wasn't able to fill in all of the fall out in the 30 minutes. I'm much happier and wish I had gone to this artist the first time. First time getting my lashes done ever and I decided to come here because a friend of mine spoke highly of it. I called and was able to get an appointment on the same day. When I first walked in, the smell of cherry was very strong, medicinal, and overpowering. But after being in there for a while, I got used to it and it actually smelled good. Bibi was my Lash Apprentice and I selected Flirty lashes. I chose Long with a Relaxed curl. She explained that Flirty is only 50% coverage, which I was fine with because it's my first time and I didn't want anything too unnatural. She was very sweet and explained everything, even when I asked about the little spray they use that smells so bombbb to help the glue dry faster. It turned out good! She recommended that I come back for a fill soon so I could have more volume. I only give it 4 stars because after one day, some of the lashes already started falling out. I'm following everything she told me to do for after care. Overall, still would recommend this place! read more
