I agree with Lindsay! After experiencing a horrible lash job at gorgeous lash lounge I made an appointment here to get my lashes fixed. I was shceduled to come in and looking forward to get the horrible ones off and get new ones put on. I was disappointed after arrival to be treated with 0 respect and uncalled for service. They said I don't have an appointment and there's no technician that can take me due to such short notice. They said that since removals are free, the earliest they can take me is in 3 weeks. Wtf? I have to wait 3 weeks to get these uncomfortable lashes off? I might as well yank them off! Not only they refused to take me, they claimed I lied about the appointment because they know for a fact they haven't been scheduling for any removals due to that reason. Are you serious??? Why do you advertise free removals and not take appointments for that? I'm willing to pay for it. I just wanted my lashes taken off and a new set put back on. Even after showing them my appointment booking online and confirmation, they refused to take me. I'm never coming back! I'm having such bad luck with lash extension places that I'm giving up. Maybe lashes aren't for me. read more

I have going here for about 2 years. Something has changed. My lash artist is amazing. I always leaving looking fabulous. HOWEVER. The first 6 months my lashes lasted about a month. Then they started lasting about three weeks. Now 2 years later I am lucky if they last about 4 or 5 days. I recommended this place to a lot of people and lately they are all complaining to me about the SAME thing. Their lashes all fall out after only 4-5 days. They obviously changed the quality of adhesive that they are using so you come more frequently and spend more money. And now they have a TON OF EXCUSES like: "You must be shedding right now" or "you really should have done a fill-plus". Another excuse that my friends hear is "I would have been able to do more if I had more time..." in other words, I worked really slowly so that you would come back more frequently or pay for a fill plus. I know other people who have this done in NY and LA and they tell me that their lashed last from a month to 6 weeks!!!! I think its time to find a new place to go read more

Not happy with writing this review since my lash artist was Anna she was such a sweet girl. I got a classic set and was really disappointed that my eyelashes were already falling off the next day & pretty much felt like I had none & was actually getting very very crusty itchy eyes when waking up not sure if they maintain a clean environment but very unacceptable..I've had them done somewhere else where none of that happened. Will not be going back and very disappointed read more

I just left Cherry Lounge and had a wonderful and relaxing experience. I had my lashes done at Beyond Beauty salon and after a week my lashes were falling out. I made an appt w Cherry to have their service they provide for people like me who have lashes done elsewhere and need them fixed. ALYSSA was my master lash artist and she was so professional and knowledgeable. She had to remove my lashes and completely redo them. The removal was completely painless and I was so comfortable. I dozed in and out of sleep and 2 1/2 hours later my lashes look gorgeous. I'm hopeful these will last. read more

Went to Cherry Lash off a recommendation from a woman whose eyelashes looked great. I chose the Cleopatra package that was $229 for 2.5 hours but since I am new I did not understand that there were levels of eyelash artists and that makes a big difference. I ended up choosing a regular artist who was just promoted from an apprentice. She was very nice and had a great personality and when I first looked at my lashes I thought they looked nice. When I went home I brushed them because I thought they were little sparse and when it didn't spread them out I realized that they were too thin. The next day a lot of them started falling out and a few days later I called Cherry Lash and let them know what's going on. The customer service representative was very nice and helpful and booked me for a free 30-minute adjustment. Well when I went in for the 30 minutes again the Lash artist was very nice but was not able to add a lot of lashes in 30 minutes. I've attached a picture of what my lashes look like after the 30 minute touch up yesterday. Not pleased AT ALL!!! I will try another Lash place. Be honest does that look like $230 worth of lashes?? read more

Lizeth did a fabulous job. I've gotten so many compliments! Thank you.

My experiences at Cherry have been mostly good. I had never had lashes before, and wasn't looking to spend a huge amount of money on something I wasn't sure of, so I went with a lash apprentice for my initial appointment. All the girls there were very friendly and professional and the process is actually very relaxing. Itati was my artist, and she was so sweet and welcoming and made the experience great! Even as an apprentice she really seemed like an expert and my lashes turned out amazing. I went back to Itati for a couple fills, and they were always great as well. But one day I was preparing to leave for vacation and had to get a fill in on a day she wasn't there, so I chose a new lash artist for my fill that day. The cost for an artist or master artist goes way up from an apprentice, but I thought it would be worth it after my great experience with Itati. I got my fill and it looked okay, not as good as it usually did which was kind of a disappointment being I paid more for supposedly a more experienced artist. But I was leaving the next day so I had to deal with what I had at the time. Within a few days, almost all of the lashes on my left eye came out. This had never happened before, and it was very strange because my right eye was fine. I'm super careful with them and I always sleep on my back, and never on my left side, so I don't really know what happened. After that I decided not to continue doing my lashes until I can find a consistent place. Also, they say that the extensions don't damage your natural lash. That was not my experience. My lashes are visibly much shorter and thinner than they were before. Maybe some people don't experience that, but hopefully mine will grow back. Until then, I have lots of vitamins to take and fake lash strips to use until hopefully my real ones grow back. read more

I've been going to CLL for about 8-9 months now. I've bounced back & forth between the 2 locations & have decided to stick w/ the Henderson location, despite living in Summerlin. Every time I go to this one I always leave satisfied (w/ the exception of one time & they immediately corrected the issue). I've been disappointed more than a few times at the Rainbow location, which is unfortunate b/c it's closer. Hopefully their Summerlin location finally opens up this year! Prices are super reasonable & accommodate most budgets. I personally love their apprentices, probably b/c they're starting out [at CLL] & are extra attentive. Unfortunately every disappointment I've had at either location came from lash artists (4 to be exact). read more

Norma is the best! She cares so much for customer comfort and is super kind. She always makes sure that the customers like the end product!

The rainbow shop is SO much better, in my opinion. I went to this one because I was having a lash emergency and they were the only ones that had an easy appointment available. First, I was supposed to go for the "plan b" and they totally had me pay for a full set of lashes instead of the plan b price. Mind you, rainbow had written a note on my chart stating the situation and what I was coming in for. I paid for a full set and decided to call rainbow to try to straighten things out, they took excellent care of me and refunded the difference I paid. Unfortunately a few of my lashes fell off leaving a gap, and it's only day 2. I've been going to cherry for months and never had this problem. Not to mention, the person that did my lashes didn't really seem to want to do them. I just had a bad vibe the entire time I was there. I'm just going to stick to the one on rainbow and my regular artist, because we pay a good amount of money for these lashes and should definitely be happy with what we end up with. read more

Every employee you meet is nice and professional from the moment you step in the door. The lash room is super comfortable and relaxing with recliners and weighted blankets. My lashes were done by Ray for an upcoming wedding I'm attending. I couldn't be happier! She made sure to discuss exactly what I wanted. She took her time, did an amazing job, and was super sweet. This will be my go to location for all my eyelash services. read more

Based on my first experience, it's a shocker that there would actually be negative reviews! I was very lucky to have Elsa, whose only been working their for a month. I've given this process 5 days to see of any reactions and overall I am really impressed! I was first scheduling as a walk-in because I was desperately in need of eyelash extensions prior to a wedding that would take place in a week. Due to the rainbow location being busy both days, I decided to go for the Henderson location the day before the wedding instead because I wanted an apprentice to test the product out. The apprentices option is only available from every Monday and Sunday (I scheduled on Monday and ended going the following Sunday.) Upfront I paid 9 dollars over the phone to lock in the appointment, and keep in mind that YOU MUST CANCEL A DAY AHEAD if you choose not too proceed or else they will deduct half the price or so. It is on the appointment sheet and they warn you as well. Anyway, I head in a couple minutes late and am welcomed by Kiara who offers coffee and water to all guests. It doesn't take long before I am welcomed into the room and I must say, it was one of the most relaxing places I've ever been in. In respect, that they do not want there pictures up it was extremely unexpected and astonished by the special treatment available during the procedure! In other words, you have got to check this place out to find out ;) The process itself was very quick. Although she beat the 2 hour process by 30 minutes, I did not see the need to keep going because I was very happy with them. It was precise and I notified her that I wanted them natural. Elsa always clarified with me what she was going to do and suggested the best advice in accordance to my preference. She knew exactly what she was doing and I could tell that she was really willing to help. Although I was already to nap from such a long day and the 30 minute drive from Summerlin, I would gladly do it again! Was definitely worth the drive! Finally, the girls made sure I knew how to take care of them and even made sure I took home a brush, and I also think goggles? (Not sure cause I didn't get any, although the pamphlet mentions it.) If there was one thing I could change, it would be to be reminded of the goggles for showering because I did have a bit of trouble and had bloodshot eyes from getting the glue in my eyes on the second day from showering. It is now the 5th day with them on and I am extremely pleased with it!i read more

I have been coming to cherry for about a year now and I love it. I love Syretta she is awesome and super sweet. She is always getting me the lashes I want and her application is great. I have been getting my lashes done for a few years and know now what results I'd like and they do a great job here. Give them specifics if you want something different. I've been debating whether or not to get lash extensions again. I've had them before but at a different lash lounge. I told myself should I really spend money again for lashes?? Especially if they're $200!! But I convinced myself that it would be worth it and benefit me. They really are because I'm busy and I have to wake up early in the morning so it helps a lot because I don't have to worry about putting a full face eye look!! At first I was paranoid because I didn't know who to ask for since it's my first time. And I was scared the person they would have given me wouldn't understand my wants!! But my artist was Gypsie!!! She's so great. She's great to talk to and she's a great artist. I love my lashes and I'm thinking of trying featherized for my fill!! Thank you Gypsie and Cherry Lash Lounge for a great first time. I'll definitely be back :) read more

I've been going here for about 5 months now and all I can say is good things. The staff is very friendly, organized and efficient. The environment is sheik, clean and comfy. Those recliner chairs and blankys are perfect. I always end up taking a nap. I've been going to Cristina Park for the last 4 fills I've gotten and she's great. She gets down to business and I love my lashes every time. Always remember to tip your lash artist! The only downside I could say is the option of getting a "Regular Fill" for an hour or a "Fill Plus" for an hour and a half. You shouldn't have to worry if an hour will be enough time for the lash artist to fill you up. Besides that, this place is must go if you want a worry-free lash place! read more

Cherry Lash - Love the lashes From Master artist Monsey - Eyelash Service Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

This location is Cherry Lash Lounge's newer venue, and it is just as good as the one on the west side of town. It is a smaller location, and a bit hard to find, as it is nestled in a small shopping center off of Eastern Avenue. Despite its slightly hidden location, the customer service and quality is just as good as their other store. They are not yet fully set up on Yelp, so in order to receive the check-in discount, you'll have to check into the west side location, but they happily applied it for me. While I'd prefer to continue getting my lashes on the west side, my lash artist now works in Henderson- so it looks like I'll be making the trek- she's that good! read more

Not happy at all with the service I received. I paid for a total of three fills all at once and when I went in I told them that I wanted my lashes to look very thick I would pay more if that's what it took I just wanted them to look very think and full. The same day when I got home from getting them done they all started falling out like I was losing probably 10 or 12 every day easy. They looked horrible so I called to see what they would do for me since I had another two appointments that I've already paid for and they said they would fix it for a 30 minute service well when I showed up at the Eastern location the first girl I saw was totally unprofessional and a bit of a witch. I told her I wasn't happy still 30 minutes wasn't going to fix it read more

I'll admit I've gotten my lashes done at several other salons but cherry is by far the best one! I probably will never go somewhere else again! My first visit was at the rainbow location I got the "plan b " set because I've already had lashes from a prior salon! lash artist Alejandra informed me that my prior lashes were way to heavy for my natural lashes, she suggested a length and a curl which were so much lighter and more comfortable than my previous set! It doesn't even feel like I have them on! 3 weeks later I got a regular fill with Jen at this Henderson location! I love cherry because the staff is always friendly and the chairs and environment is very relaxing and comfortable! You've got a loyal customer in me cherry! Thanks ! read more

I recommend to a friend! I recommend to family! I recommend specifically Ms freaking Syretta to everyone wanting amazing eyelash extensions (kind of don't wanna say "extensions" because they look like they're yours when you get out of the spa bed. Like "yours" if you were blessed with amazing full voluminous flirty lashes) it's not just the amazing look you get right after. It's not just the funny and so familiar girl talk. It's not the constant complaints on the lashes you'll get (because you will ) it's the overall experience. She educated me on maintenance and styles tailored to me! Overall an amazing master artist. I felt like i was talking to an old friend while we chatted it up and then when I left I couldn't wait to come back for the guaranteed lash Slay , and the relaxing girl time ! I absolutely love my girls Denise (Henderson) and Sophia (Rainbow & Henderson) they both are very friendly, professional, and caring. I never have any issues with unevenness and no pain what so ever. Review update : Listen ! My lashes fell out within days the first time I went to this place , they offered me 50% off so I let them finish falling off so I could just start fresh with a new person and a new set. I got A new set those lasted less than a week , I go in for a adjustment and my lashes literally look worse than when I went in. The stylist was 20 mins late and My appt for only a 30 min appt. So after she finished she told me she did the best she could do in the time frame. Like what the hell ! I asked If i could Come back in 30 mins after my scheduled appt elsewhere and they weren't too ready to accommodate me. I've been inconvenienced so many times with this place it's ridiculous, like who wants to keep getting lashes fixed , which takes time and causes me to lose out on money . They should be right the first time or at least the second time. At this point I'm just waiting for a manager to contact me, if that ever happens. Talk about annoyed *posting my before picture from last night them falling out after a week and my adjustment from today read more

I had my first appointment last week with Justine who was marvelous and did a thorough job asking me what I wanted and applying that to my lashes. Unfortunately for me, I'm pretty harsh on my lashes and had to come in for an emergency fill this afternoon because I have plans for this weekend. I had a total brain fart and scheduled too early but called right away and they were able to push me back a bit without even charging me more (even though I would happily have paid since it was my own mistake!). I've gone here a few times to get my lashes done. First time was with Monsey and Cheetarah. Monsey worked on my top lashes and Cheetarah worked on my bottom lashes. Both were apprentices at the time but they did a good job on my lashes. Then I got my the lash-plus fill with Natalie and she did a good job as well. The third time I went was for a free service for the apprentices in training. Luciana gave me a regular fill and did a nice job as well, especially for someone in training. The only reason I'm not 100% satisfied is because even after getting my lashes done a few times, my lashes still don't look noticeable (Not compared to other people who have had their lashes done at Cherry) You can tell if you look up close or to the side, but from the front, you can't really tell. I've had lash extensions before elsewhere and the lashes I got done looked great and noticeable. I'll give it another go, probably with a Lash Artist and see if anything changes. read more

I had a great experience for my first time here. From the time of my appointment set up to the actual day I had my lashes done everyone was very helpful and professional. Once you set up your appointment you are sent electronic confirmations and reminders. When you arrive, the person behind the check in desk greets you, offers you a complimentary cherry lash lounge water bottle, and you can sit in their comfy couch lounge area. I went to the one in Henderson so I'm not sure about the other locations but I definitely liked the decor and atmosphere. Arely was the lash apprentice who worked on my lashes and she was such a doll and was a lot of fun to talk to. She also provided me with good information on how to take care of my lashes since it was my first time getting extensions. I may have dozed off during half of the time but it's okay, apparently everyone falls asleep at some point. And I can't blame them, the recliners they have for you are super comfortable and they even provide you with a nice blanket in case you get cold. Overall, I'd highly recommend the lash specialists here, especially Arely! read more
