I started going here because someone recommended them. I had debated getting lash extensions for four years (not joking....) and finally decided to take the dive! I was so scared what little natural lash I had would be damaged if I went to the wrong person, but I trusted my friend who spoke so highly. She gets the Cleopatra set by a lash artist and looks flawless 24/7... barely ever wears make up and looks totally done up! I chose to go with the "Flirty" set to start with, I wanted to make sure I would like them before I got too wild. I randomly selected Syretta, a lash apprentice, when I booked my appointment online, which was a super easy process. I honestly just picked because she had a date and time I wanted, but then I fell in LOVE with her, but I'll continue that later. When I arrived to get my first set put on, I was super nervous! I checked in with the receptionists and sat down. There were some refreshments, like water and a keurig. I used the restroom and it was super clean, had hand sanitizers, soaps, lotion and cetaphil. I personally love when I go to a beauty spot and they have options like this! Makes me feel a little more pampered. I also would like to say that I encourage you to use the restroom before your service. Don't even think that you will want to get up in the middle of it. The room where they do lashes is not what I expected, but better. You walk into a very good sized room that easily fits about 15 large lazy boy type recliners. The lash stylist sits behind the corresponding chair and does your lashes. I expected small, private rooms for some reason but I love the group setting! Both appointments (my first full set and my first fill) my stylist and I sat next to the same stylist and the same customer! We had a great conversation and it was such a nice coincidence. I love the relaxing social atmosphere, but I have also witnessed girls come in and just relax with earbuds, my friend says she falls asleep every time! They also cover you with a super soft light blanket. Awesome because the room does get chilly at times. Now, I get to talk about the remarkable woman that is my lash artist. She is a rockstar. I cannot believe she is considered an apprentice. If she is an apprentice, the master artist must be Rembrandt himself risen from the grave or something. Seriously. I do not know how it could be better that this. She makes me feel like I am a celebrity. She asks what I want my lashes to look like (fullness in center, cat eye, etc) and length. I went with the longest length with the most lashes concentrated in the center to give my eyes a big round look. I love it! She also encouraged me to book my fills close together in order to gain more lashes, instead of booking another full set appointment when I want to be closer to the fuller sets. I have began to do this and it is working, I definitely feel like I have more after my fill than I did when they first put them on. She is seriously a miracle worker. I am committed to going back to her and can't wait to follow her up as she becomes an artist and master! I know other people who have gone to other salons and paid way way way more for less quality, or gone super cheap and ended up with bad looking lashes that damage their natural ones. I agree with Lindsay! After experiencing a horrible lash job at gorgeous lash lounge I made an appointment here to get my lashes fixed. I was shceduled to come in and looking forward to get the horrible ones off and get new ones put on. I was disappointed after arrival to be treated with 0 respect and uncalled for service. They said I don't have an appointment and there's no technician that can take me due to such short notice. They said that since removals are free, the earliest they can take me is in 3 weeks. Wtf? I have to wait 3 weeks to get these uncomfortable lashes off? I might as well yank them off! Not only they refused to take me, they claimed I lied about the appointment because they know for a fact they haven't been scheduling for any removals due to that reason. Are you serious??? Why do you advertise free removals and not take appointments for that? I'm willing to pay for it. I just wanted my lashes taken off and a new set put back on. Even after showing them my appointment booking online and confirmation, they refused to take me. I'm never coming back! I'm having such bad luck with lash extension places that I'm giving up. I have going here for about 2 years. Something has changed. My lash artist is amazing. I always leaving looking fabulous. HOWEVER. The first 6 months my lashes lasted about a month. Then they started lasting about three weeks. Now 2 years later I am lucky if they last about 4 or 5 days. I recommended this place to a lot of people and lately they are all complaining to me about the SAME thing. Their lashes all fall out after only 4-5 days. They obviously changed the quality of adhesive that they are using so you come more frequently and spend more money. And now they have a TON OF EXCUSES like: "You must be shedding right now" or "you really should have done a fill-plus". Another excuse that my friends hear is "I would have been able to do more if I had more time..." in other words, I worked really slowly so that you would come back more frequently or pay for a fill plus. I know other people who have this done in NY and LA and they tell me that their lashed last from a month to 6 weeks!!!! I think its time to find a new place to go read more

I just left Cherry Lounge and had a wonderful and relaxing experience. I had my lashes done at Beyond Beauty salon and after a week my lashes were falling out. I made an appt w Cherry to have their service they provide for people like me who have lashes done elsewhere and need them fixed. ALYSSA was my master lash artist and she was so professional and knowledgeable. She had to remove my lashes and completely redo them. The removal was completely painless and I was so comfortable. I dozed in and out of sleep and 2 1/2 hours later my lashes look gorgeous. I'm hopeful these will last. read more

Especially if they're $200!! But I convinced myself that it would be worth it and benefit me. My experiences at Cherry have been mostly good. I had never had lashes before, and wasn't looking to spend a huge amount of money on something I wasn't sure of, so I went with a lash apprentice for my initial appointment. All the girls there were very friendly and professional and the process is actually very relaxing. Itati was my artist, and she was so sweet and welcoming and made the experience great! Even as an apprentice she really seemed like an expert and my lashes turned out amazing. I went back to Itati for a couple fills, and they were always great as well. But one day I was preparing to leave for vacation and had to get a fill in on a day she wasn't there, so I chose a new lash artist for my fill that day. The cost for an artist or master artist goes way up from an apprentice, but I thought it would be worth it after my great experience with Itati. I got my fill and it looked okay, not as good as it usually did which was kind of a disappointment being I paid more for supposedly a more experienced artist. But I was leaving the next day so I had to deal with what I had at the time. Within a few days, almost all of the lashes on my left eye came out. This had never happened before, and it was very strange because my right eye was fine. I'm super careful with them and I always sleep on my back, and never on my left side, so I don't really know what happened. After that I decided not to continue doing my lashes until I can find a consistent place. Also, they say that the extensions don't damage your natural lash. That was not my experience. My lashes are visibly much shorter and thinner than they were before. Maybe some people don't experience that, but hopefully mine will grow back. Until then, I have lots of vitamins to take and fake lash strips to use until hopefully my real ones grow back. read more

I've been going to CLL for about 8-9 months now. I've bounced back & forth between the 2 locations & have decided to stick w/ the Henderson location, despite living in Summerlin. Every time I go to this one I always leave satisfied (w/ the exception of one time & they immediately corrected the issue). I've been disappointed more than a few times at the Rainbow location, which is unfortunate b/c it's closer. Hopefully their Summerlin location finally opens up this year! Prices are super reasonable & accommodate most budgets. I personally love their apprentices, probably b/c they're starting out [at CLL] & are extra attentive. I try to take care of my lashes and it definitely helps with making them last longer. I have been getting my lashes done for a few years and know now what results I'd like and they do a great job here. Give them specifics if you want something different. The rainbow shop is SO much better, in my opinion. I went to this one because I was having a lash emergency and they were the only ones that had an easy appointment available. First, I was supposed to go for the "plan b" and they totally had me pay for a full set of lashes instead of the plan b price. Mind you, rainbow had written a note on my chart stating the situation and what I was coming in for. I paid for a full set and decided to call rainbow to try to straighten things out, they took excellent care of me and refunded the difference I paid. Unfortunately a few of my lashes fell off leaving a gap, and it's only day 2. I've been going to cherry for months and never had this problem. Not to mention, the person that did my lashes didn't really seem to want to do them. I just had a bad vibe the entire time I was there. Based on my first experience, it's a shocker that there would actually be negative reviews! I was very lucky to have Elsa, whose only been working their for a month. I've given this process 5 days to see of any reactions and overall I am really impressed! I was first scheduling as a walk-in because I was desperately in need of eyelash extensions prior to a wedding that would take place in a week. Due to the rainbow location being busy both days, I decided to go for the Henderson location the day before the wedding instead because I wanted an apprentice to test the product out. The apprentices option is only available from every Monday and Sunday (I scheduled on Monday and ended going the following Sunday.) Upfront I paid 9 dollars over the phone to lock in the appointment, and keep in mind that YOU MUST CANCEL A DAY AHEAD if you choose not too proceed or else they will deduct half the price or so. It is on the appointment sheet and they warn you as well. Anyway, I head in a couple minutes late and am welcomed by Kiara who offers coffee and water to all guests. It doesn't take long before I am welcomed into the room and I must say, it was one of the most relaxing places I've ever been in. In respect, that they do not want there pictures up it was extremely unexpected and astonished by the special treatment available during the procedure! In other words, you have got to check this place out to find out ;) The process itself was very quick. Although she beat the 2 hour process by 30 minutes, I did not see the need to keep going because I was very happy with them. It was precise and I notified her that I wanted them natural. Elsa always clarified with me what she was going to do and suggested the best advice in accordance to my preference. She knew exactly what she was doing and I could tell that she was really willing to help. Although I was already to nap from such a long day and the 30 minute drive from Summerlin, I would gladly do it again! Was definitely worth the drive! Finally, the girls made sure I knew how to take care of them and even made sure I took home a brush, and I also think goggles? (Not sure cause I didn't get any, although the pamphlet mentions it.) If there was one thing I could change, it would be to be reminded of the goggles for showering because I did have a bit of trouble and had bloodshot eyes from getting the glue in my eyes on the second day from showering. I paid for a total of three fills all at once and when I went in I told them that I wanted my lashes to look very thick I would pay more if that's what it took I just wanted them to look very think and full. The same day when I got home from getting them done they all started falling out like I was losing probably 10 or 12 every day easy. They looked horrible so I called to see what they would do for me since I had another two appointments that I've already paid for and they said they would fix it for a 30 minute service well when I showed up at the Eastern location the first girl I saw was totally unprofessional and a bit of a witch. I've been going here for about 5 months now and all I can say is good things. The staff is very friendly, organized and efficient. The environment is sheik, clean and comfy. Those recliner chairs and blankys are perfect. I always end up taking a nap. I've been going to Cristina Park for the last 4 fills I've gotten and she's great. She gets down to business and I love my lashes every time. Always remember to tip your lash artist! The only downside I could say is the option of getting a "Regular Fill" for an hour or a "Fill Plus" for an hour and a half. You shouldn't have to worry if an hour will be enough time for the lash artist to fill you up. Besides that, this place is must go if you want a worry-free lash place! read more

This location is Cherry Lash Lounge's newer venue, and it is just as good as the one on the west side of town. It is a smaller location, and a bit hard to find, as it is nestled in a small shopping center off of Eastern Avenue. Despite its slightly hidden location, the customer service and quality is just as good as their other store. They are not yet fully set up on Yelp, so in order to receive the check-in discount, you'll have to check into the west side location, but they happily applied it for me. While I'd prefer to continue getting my lashes on the west side, my lash artist now works in Henderson- so it looks like I'll be making the trek- she's that good! read more

My lashes fell out within days the first time I went to this place , they offered me 50% off so I let them finish falling off so I could just start fresh with a new person and a new set. I got A new set those lasted less than a week , I go in for a adjustment and my lashes literally look worse than when I went in. The stylist was 20 mins late and My appt for only a 30 min appt. So after she finished she told me she did the best she could do in the time frame. Like what the hell ! I asked If i could Come back in 30 mins after my scheduled appt elsewhere and they weren't too ready to accommodate me. I've been inconvenienced so many times with this place it's ridiculous, like who wants to keep getting lashes fixed , which takes time and causes me to lose out on money . They should be right the first time or at least the second time. At this point I'm just waiting for a manager to contact me, if that ever happens. My first visit was at the rainbow location I got the "plan b " set because I've already had lashes from a prior salon! lash artist Alejandra informed me that my prior lashes were way to heavy for my natural lashes, she suggested a length and a curl which were so much lighter and more comfortable than my previous set! It doesn't even feel like I have them on! 3 weeks later I got a regular fill with Jen at this Henderson location! I had my first appointment last week with Justine who was marvelous and did a thorough job asking me what I wanted and applying that to my lashes. Unfortunately for me, I'm pretty harsh on my lashes and had to come in for an emergency fill this afternoon because I have plans for this weekend. I had a total brain fart and scheduled too early but called right away and they were able to push me back a bit without even charging me more (even though I would happily have paid since it was my own mistake!).
