History
Established in 2019.
I started woodworking at 14 years old in 1996 at Ceres Highschool. Since then I have made well over 1100 pieces of functional art from cutting boards to tables, sculptures, sound proof audio recording booths, pipes, rolling trays, sex toys, lamps, canvases, and weapons. It was always a hobby and a passion until people at work started offering to pay me to make things for them. The light bulb went off and I decided to see where my art will take me.
I retired from the medical field at 36 years old after 15 years of assisting with surgery. Sometimes you have to pave your own path and insert other cliché here.
I became a Certified Epoxy Installer through the DSD Paintings Epoxy Retreat in Baltimore, MD. My instructor, Derwin Scott, is a master at floor design and installation. My years of epoxy work combined with his training course has brought me to a point where I can single handedly install thousands of sq ft of epoxy flooring at once. However, I do have a crew of 4!
Meet the Business Owner: Lantz R.
I'm a dedicated woodworker and single father of 3 amazing young people. I've been making things since I can remember. Even as far back as preschool, I remember being 3 years old and I loved to make art and share it with people.
I'm 40 years old and woodworking is my thing. Over the past 6 years, I've combined wood and epoxy resin on hundreds of occasions to make functional art like kitchen items and smoking accessories.
I recently became so engaged in the epoxy resin and it's application that I decided to become a Certified Epoxy Floor Installer so I can create giant works of functional art for my clients. Since then, I've installed thousands of square feet of epoxy surface area including garage floors, bathrooms, and industrial countertops.
