The marble before I took it to them - the idea was to add marble to the broken corners at the front, to cover the exposed wood.

0 stars if possible, because they defrauded me. They're dishonest. I had a small nightstand with a piece of marble on top, with the corners broken off - damage from the previous owners. I wanted to get it fixed, and brought it to ABBA to ask for solutions. The initial meeting was fine - Armando gave lots of suggestions, in the end I agreed with him that the best thing to do would be to patch new marble onto the broken corners. I was happy that they bothered with a job so small. I waited over 3 months for a response from Armando, and that's after multiple follow-ups. When I picked up the marble, I was impressed, because it didn't even look like it had been patched! Amazing work, I thought. Maybe it was fine that I waited that long. I got home and put the marble piece back on top of the nightstand, and guess what I discovered? It looked like it hadn't even been patched BECAUSE IT HADN'T BEEN. They had just cut off the broken corners and smoothed it out. But Armando happily took my money and didn't give any indication that they didn't do the work I was charged for! I would like to remind you that the work requested was Armando's own suggestion. He could have turned it down. He could said, sometime, in the 3 months spent waiting that the work wasn't possible, or even that they just didn't feel like doing it. But instead he lied through his teeth (telling us that the work took them a while!) and took my money. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional, and I urge you to consider another company instead. Update: Armando called me back and was very upset I wrote this review, focusing on how I called him dishonest. Instead of apologizing for his mistake, he condescended to me and doubled down that he did the work that was requested ("the best work"), and that he "wasn't in the business to steal" because his warehouse is "as big as a Costco", insinuating my job was too small for him to bother being dishonest. Then, he hung up on me when I asked him again to admit that the work was not completed. Wonderful!

I was referred to ABBA Stone and Tile by Stillwater Tile & Stone after purchasing a piece of Belgium Limestone. My husband and I were looking for a specific color that was had to find and seal. Armando and Sergio had excellent customer service and were great at texting and emailing often too (perfect method of communication for me)! They were extra careful finding us the perfect finish for the stone and sent us samples to ensure we were happy with the end product. We've gone through a massive renovation over the last 8 months - so it's very refreshing when we find great partners like ABBA.

We came here over a recent weekend and I had a photo of a Shaw flooring that I liked. The manager…read morewas nice enough to find a matching color but they didn't carry the Shaw brand. The manager said all the flooring was just as good but unfortunately this doesn't actually give us comparable facts (veneer thickness, overall thickness of flooring, etc.). My feeling is that the brands here are limited. I looked up a brand of flooring they recommended and it was a lower end brand probably made in China. That may be just fine but I am also weary about off-gassing. Where the product is made and where the materials come from does matter to me. I'm currently looking at online venders where products come from Sweden that actually end up being similarly priced with very little off-gassing and is sustainable. I found some good contractors off Angi online and will be overseeing the project myself. While the quote given to me was reasonable (9500) for the first floor of my home, I would feel more comfortable having more choices in the material that I walk on and breath in everyday.

I recently replaced the 25-year-old flooring in my home, which included carpet, tile, and linoleum…read more I did extensive research on flooring types, materials, padding, etc., and received five estimates, ranging from $9K to $25K. Through that process, I learned that much of the price difference comes down to the quality of the materials and the installation. Granada Floors offered a great balance of quality materials, reasonable pricing, and superior personal attention. It's important to me to support local, small businesses, and I was excited to learn that Granada Floors is also a women-owned business. That's when I met Mona, and from the beginning, she was a joy to work with. Mona is a warm professional who clearly takes pride in the products she offers. Her family has been in the flooring business for decades, and she now owns Granada Floors. With a background in interior design, she doesn't just sell flooring--she comes to your home to consult with you about what will work best in terms of colors, materials, and budget. She is honest, diligent, and very easy to work with. Communication was excellent throughout the process. The installation was completed in just two days in my 1,400 sq ft home, installing 12 mm waterproof laminate flooring throughout. The floors look beautiful and have completely transformed the space. I highly recommend Mona and Granada Floors!

The installer, Tobbie, was incredibly efficient (!), friendly and supportive in helping me decide on some of the small nuances of a new installation. They were back to install the new countertop in a few days which was a *big delight. The only feedback I have for the company is for the scheduler, owner and contractor to all get on the same page about timeline - the scheduler kept saying 1.5-2 weeks, everyone else said a couple days. I was glad they came back within a couple days but knowing a more appropriate timeline would've helped me manage my work (and other responsibilities) in a more grounded way. I highly recommend working with this company!

Top quality business all the way. I am so very grateful to have found them - and so glad I didn't go with another counter place (whose bid was twice as much) or the cheap laminate counters that I almost installed. My only regret is that I didn't take better photos. Bay Countertops has my highest recommendation - we'll be going back to them with another project soon.
