Good service. Food was solid. Had the lunch special for $7.75. Mine was the Triple Delicacy, BF had the Kung Pao chicken. He likes the spice. The chicken in the Kung Pao chicken was fried. BF does not like it that way. But he ate it anyway. Actually, he likes it but feels it is on the unhealthy side. My triple delicacy had chicken-which was not fried-beef, and a couple big shrimp, and some beef slices. Lots and lots of good veggies. Snow peas, carrots, onions and broccoli. My go to place. Spring rolls were just OK

First time visit to Chen's Garden for take out Chinese food. The service was great! The food was fresh and delish. Highly recommended. Great to have a go to spot!

Sweet and sour chicken, sesame chicken, beef onion and green peppers, shrimp fried rice.

First time ordering from here on Saturday. Everything looked great but overall it was disappointing. Starting with the best items, egg rolls and sweet and sour chicken were great. I see why there's so many pictures of the sweet snd sour chicken on here, its really good. The egg rolls were also amazing too. The disappointment came from the fried rice and beef. The shrimp fried rice was hard- like chewing on pellets (I tried adding water and reheating it which is something I shouldn't have to do and it was still hard) and there was barely any shrimp in it, and the beef tasted gamey- not like livestock/farm raised beef should taste. I ended up throwing out the rest of the shrimp fried rice after making myself eat it since I did pay for it. The beef, onions and peppers is still sitting in my refrigerator 2 days later and it's getting thrown away today. The sesame chicken was ok, not bad but not great. With the fried rice and beef not being good, I was actually happy for just ok sesame chicken- at least I could eat it. Overall, not horrible but definitely disappointing. The sweet and sour chicken and egg rolls were worth it. I'd definitely order those again. I might try the fried rice again, hopefully it was just a bad day but my hopes aren't high. And to be fair, this is a popular restaurant so I imagine they regularly have good food. Its just my luck I was disappointed on this particular day.

Just polished off half of a dinner order of "triple delicacy" and I'm happy to report I've finally found good Chinese takeout - delivery close to historic district Leesburg ! I'd still go to Jasmine if I was dining in but this was fast and well priced ! And who doesn't love a giant lucky cat "maneki - neko" ??? Always makes me smile !

Main thing is honesty, when your goal is to get money from customers and not provide them good service, than forget about that customer who will not only never return to your restaurant like me but word of mouth will spread around very quickly. And if your bad luck, customer is coming from an organization like me, who deals with lots of people, than one customer will create hundreds and Thousands of bad customers. I ordered carry out with five choices, all were very bad. Just two examples, General Tsao chicken had no chicken inside, just batter fried, and ordered triple delight which took away all my delight, one shrimp and vegetables and no scallops and no talapia fish. Your buisness will not progress until you will do it with honesty. Chau's Cafe has been on and off my radar these past few years. When I saw that Yelp friend, Lyn L…read more went there recently and gave them high marks, we decided to give them a try. Be prepared to hunt for the place if you've never been to the shopping center, which is quite close to Route 7. We were here around 4 p.m. on a Saturday. At that time of day, there was one occupied table. Ordering food means going to the counter and giving your order to the person working there, and then paying. They have a menu on the wall, but the woman working there told us to look at the paper menu. Apparently, the menu on the wall is constantly changing. Before coming, we decided to order Mongolian beef, ma po tofu, and two small bowls of hot and sour soup. At first, my husband couldn't find the Mongolian beef on the menu. I took a look and found it is listed under the chef's specials. We gave our order and also got a can of ginger ale from the refrigerated chest. After paying, we chose a four top table for ourselves. The food came out quickly! First, the hot and sour soup came. It was served hot and did have some kick to it. We both enjoyed it. It does have quite a few button mushrooms in it, which I gave to my husband. Just as we were finishing the soup, both our entrees arrived. We both liked the Mongolian beef (which also had an abundance of button mushrooms). The sauce was tasty, and the beef was tender. As for the ma po tofu, we thought it was okay but could have been better. It's a meat-free entree that basically has large pieces of tofu, a lot of thin, spicy sauce, and bits of green onions. We each were given generous portions of white rice. We would consider visiting again in the future, as the service was excellent. As for ambiance, it has a carry-out place feel. It's kept quite clean.

I love that the portions are "just right"--decent sized without being overwhelming like most places. Plus, if you dine in, the food is out in 5-7 minutes. Super fast! You can't go wrong here!…read more I ordered delivery of some of my favorites: shrimp lo mein, combination fried rice and steamed pork dumplings. All excellent as usual. The food is fresh tasting. Never greasy or tasting like it's just been heated up.

FOOD/DRINK: 4/5 SERVICE: 4/5…read moreEXPERIENCE: 4/5 We have been hearing the hype about Jasmine being the best Chinese food in Loudoun county. Finally, it came a day where we had time to go to Leesburg and try out their food. The ambiance was very much like the 90s Chinese restaurants - chandeliers, fish tank, and dark wood. We were seated immediately and were given water. My husband ordered a Shirley Temple ($3.50), while I ordered oolong tea. I was pleasantly surprised that it arrived in a tea pot (also 90s aesthetic) for $3! I easily got 3-4 cups of tea out of it. The oolong tea was perfectly steeped and warm enough to drink immediately. For food, we ordered sesame chicken, pork lo mein, and chose fried rice instead of steamed rice for the sesame chicken. Sesame chicken ($16)- the flavor was on point, but it wasn't as crispy as I like. Maybe there was too much sauce and it was originally more crispy Pork lo mein ($11) - I was hoping that it would arrive with red pork (char siu) and it did indeed!!!! The noodles weren't too oily and the char siu was roasted nicely, albeit dry in some pieces Side of fried rice - now, this is where it took a turn. It was hard from either not being cooked enough or from sitting out. We didn't enjoy this at all. Overall, we enjoyed the food and would come again for it as it's cheaper than most places around here. I also liked that you could pay right away with the electronic tablet they have. Our waitress didn't really check on us after we got our food, but we also weren't waiting around. I liked that they are open until 10 as well.
