My wife researched local dental practices and came across this highly rated office. I'm happy to say the reviews were spot on. I came in with a detached bridge and a shattered crown that required significant attention. After two appointments with Dr. Listiyo, I can't say enough about how caring, empathetic, and professional he and his entire team have been throughout the process. What a difference it makes when your dentist and staff genuinely care about their patients. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed, valued, and confident that you're receiving excellent care. I would gladly recommend this dental practice to anyone looking for a better dental experience. They have certainly earned my trust and future business.

I've been coming here for Invisalign and couldn't be happier . In addition to the wonderful care I receive , they blew my mind with how they jumped in to help my mom. She was unexpectedly hospitalized for two weeks and the hospital lost her dentures . The prior dentist no longer had her molds and my mom was devastated I called Dr Laura's office and explained the ordeal and they immediately made room to see my mom. They jumped through hoops to find a temporary solution and immediately got to work on the new dentures. The compassion, care, kindness and accommodations they made to help my mom during this time truly means the world to us. I'm forever grateful and proud to recommend Dr Laura to everyone!

Helpful office staff too. The one thing I didn't like was how loud they constantly have music playing throughout the whole office. But since then, the positives have nearly disappeared: nearly every person in the office, from the front office staff to the people who do my dental work, have turned over, and I get a mixed bag of quality and bedside manner. And I have to do it with insipid pop music blaring loudly at me, to where headphones are required as a defensive measure in a situation that's already going to be uncomfortable. Additionally, they've started to have AI answering their phones, don't return messages, have ramped up the corporate feel, and just generally don't seem to care about either the patient experience or continuity of care any more. So I'm looking for a new dentist now.

From the very beginning, Ashley demonstrated exceptional care and attention to detail, ensuring that every step of my treatment was meticulously planned and executed. One of the standout qualities of Ashley is her punctuality and understanding nature. My schedule can be quite unpredictable, but Ashley was always accommodating and flexible, making sure that my appointments fit seamlessly into my busy life. Needless to say I knew right away it was not good. There was no saving the tooth. I visited several dentist who specialize in teeth implants, and I was getting very discouraged that I would even find someone that I felt comfortable with. Truthfully, I was scared to have an implant. Especially since it sounds very invasive and foreign. To most of us it's a very new procedure. Well then I met with Dr Ong and Heidi. Right away I felt that I was in good hands. The office is modern, clean and fully equipped with the most modern equipment. Dr Ong and Heidi went over everything with me on what I can expect and the finances. I went home that day very confident that I was going to have my first implant and not a window when I smiled. The day of my appointment started with the usual shots, and let me just say that was the most pain, which wasn't even bad. When Dr Ong said he was finished I was surprised cause I didn't even know he had already put in the implant. Go see Dr Ong you will not regret it.
