Me and my family went for over 20 years but today the front desk decided to lie to me about having called and texted to cancel my appointment. My phone would have a record of voicemails, texts l, etc and there are none. But she insisted her staffs word was correct and the evidence is wrong! Didn't even want to see it! I've been in treatment for a life threatening illness two times in these nineteen years and Dr Manuel has been right there to handle my Dentistry needs. At 78 years old, can't imagine a better dentist than Dr. Laura Manuel. I have had a long history of dental phobias after some wretched dental work multiple years ago. A few years ago, my sister recommended that I try Dr. Laura, speaking very highly of her. I had an appointment with her today after several fillings and cosmetic veneers over the past several years, and realized I don't think I've ever written a well-deserved review of her and her staff. Today I went in needing an old crown replaced on a back molar due to decay underneath. Before Dr. Laura, there would have been the dreaded painful injection in the back of my jaw, and numbing half of my face. No more. She simply drops in anesthetic next to the tooth with a needle so tiny it's totally painless. Drilling is also painless...and quick...and there 's no period of waiting for numbness to wear off and no soreness afterward. I'm still a bit anxious awaiting an appointment, but as soon as I'm in her chair, first being attended by one of her capable assistants and then by her, I settle down and my nervousness is gone. Back to the beginning...l first went to see her as my front teeth were quite crooked and I wanted to see about veneers vs Invisalign braces. We discuss options as well as my long-standing fear of dentistry. I decided on veneers in front and to accomplish what I needed done, to include a couple of small fillings, Dr. Laura offered to do just one at a time so I didn't have to be in the chair so long. She put me so at ease that, after each of six teeth she'd ask if I wanted to stop, but not necessary, and all was comfortably done in one sitting. I was happily shocked! The veneers turned out beautifully and gave me the confidence again to smile without embarrassment. All other fillings have been easy. In addition to being an excellent dentist, she a lovely person, always with her patient's health first. I've never bothered her after-hours, but she never fails to say to "call me if you have any issues". Her staff, both back and front office are efficient and professional and the office seems to have the latest in dental equipment! I recommend her without hesitation! read more

Not a fan. Went there for years. Scheduled appointments for Invisalign. All was working well until the final fitting which resulted in a wait for the final product which took months: then I get a call that if I didn't come and pick the product up, they would need to send it back. What? I was never told the office received it. So I dropped everything left work and sped to their office. I waited in the waiting room, then escorted to one of the dental chairs then after another long wait was told they could not find my liners. "We list them" I was told. So they measured and fit me again and ordered another set which came in about a month. So here I go back to the office, upon departing I was presented a bill for 2 sets of liners. I told them to bill my instance and was rod insurance would not cover. So I left the office and called instance myself who told me that the office charged them for the "lost set" which they paid. So I asked the office why they wanted me to pay for 2 sets when they were already paid for one. Guess that was a trick question cause they insisted I pay for the second set even though the first set was lost and I never received. Getting no where, I asked to speak with dr Laura herself to come to some middle ground. Hearing nothing I asked two more times and also sent her an email. Crickets. Really? Is that the way an educated professional should act? Clearly, the buck is just as important as the friendly customer service lip gloss charade they act upon. Patients beware -- First Review the EOB to learn what billing goes on in this place then ask why they bill insurance for services which are not performed. Beyond Shameful. read more

I've been going to Dr. Laura for about a year and I love it! The staff is amazing and everyone is extremely nice and professional. I received Invisalign treatment along with regular cleanings and have never had to wait more than 5 minutes when I get into the office. I'm greeted warmly and almost immediately escorted to the station. Dr. Will is awesome too! My husband, who HATES going to the dentist, had a great experience with Dr. Will and doesn't mind going to his regular cleanings (which is a big deal). Dr. Manuel and her entire staff are incredibly competent and professional. All of their equipment is the most modern, and the staff is friendly yet they never waste my time, and they REALLY know their jobs. There's always tons of free parking on the street right in front, and I've never waited more than five minutes to be seen. Dr. Manuel made it clear even during COVID that if I had an urgent problem, she would be happy to see me right away. Dr. Manuel always listens carefully to everything I have to say, and I can't imagine being in better hands. And she's not just a fantastic dentist; she understands how to run a business -- which is probably the more difficult of the two! Hands down. The BEST dentist I've ever been to. That's saying a lot. I've had my teeth drilled, pulled, capped, and other unmentionable cruelty happened to them - and I can't recall ever having a bad experience here. Dr. Manuel is professional, attentive, and efficient. The office is small and intimate, which is very welcoming. Not only is it her, but the entire staff are the same way - gentle, attentive, and very very good at what they do. Dr. Manuel is really down to earth and easy to talk to, as is the rest of the staff. Everyone is very sweet and I like that all of the dental stations seem more open. Basically instead of separate rooms, there are partitions separating each chair. This may not be everyone's cup of tea if they want total privacy, but I personally really love it. The facility is clean, modern and fresh, not like the stale and sterile vibe most offices give off. The staff is all friendly, personable and seem to actually care about what they do. Dr. Manuel is bright and genuine, so much more approachable than any of the stiff physicians I've encountered in the past. I've had problems with getting 'sold' procedures by previous doctors and Dr. Manuel actually recommended against what she explained as an unnecessary (and pricey) one. I've gotten my teeth cleaned and had a couple of fillings taken care of here, and the whole staff is wonderful. There's no guilt laid on you for not having been a while, and they encourage you to take care of your teeth in a respectful manner. Dr Manuel is AWESOME. She won't do unnecessary work, and she won't try to break your bank with the work she does. She's also super personable, and shows care and concern for her patients. After not having been for nearly 2 years, she asked about my personal wellbeing before she touched anything in my mouth, and gave me a sense that she was interested in our conversation while she prepped, rather than just getting down to business and moving on to the next. Getting x-rays: everyone there knows how to take painless x-rays. I've never experienced any unnecessary pain, and the staff are always attentive to my sensitive gums. They do the little things, like give you chapstick so your lips don't get dry/roughed up when getting your teeth cleaned, and checking in with you verbally during the cleaning. They have what seems to be top of the line technology, which gets me in and out as quickly as possible, without feeling like I'm rushed or just another patient. They're caring, not phony or condescending. They're usually booked a month in advance for cleanings, so don't expect an appointment right away unless someone cancels. Visits with Dr Manuel seem to be more available. read more

Her front seat staff is professional and helpful answering many questions , making sure I felt safe and welcome. This place is the worst. I hadn't been to the dentist in many year because I didn't have insurance. I finally had insurance so I went to see the damage in December of 2015. I had large whole in my back tooth from years ago when a filing came out. It didn't hurt but I knew it wasn't good. I asked about. They did X-rays. Instead of focusing on my tooth the kept trying to get me to pay for the deep cleaning of all my teeth. I kept asking about whether my tooth was a big problem and they said they could tell from the X-rays. Its didn't seem to urgent. Life happened and I came a year later in December of 2016. I paid for my visit because it wasn't charged on my card for some reason when I had asked for it to be paid. I just asked for them to pay again. I thought they did. So again, I asked about my tooth. This time he took it a little more seriously, still saying that the X-rays were not conclusive about whether a nerve was damaged. He scheduled me to to come back in a couple weeks. I did. When I got there, he didn't know why I was there. I told him it was my tooth. He had to review my file AGAIN and said the same damn thing that the Xray were not clear and that he needed to deep clean that tooth and maybe fill if there want nerve damage. I thought that was why I was there! But he seemed to not know anything. At this point, it occurred to me that I didn't know if this place was in my network. I asked and it wasn't. So I left because I didn't trust the dentist, I felt dismissed and unimportant and the place wasn't in my network. And a few months I was sent a damn bill for god knows what! Was it the X-rays i took before I left, was it the quick mtg with him where he didn't know why i was there, or was it the same bill they never charged me for before???? read more

First off, may I say going to the dentist is a total phobia for me. I discovered Dr. Laura and her staff and am so glad I did. The moment I walked in the door I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. I was greeted and taken back by Ashley who did my X-rays. I have a trigger gag reflex and Ashley was awesome. She actually had someone else snap the X-ray so she could immediately remove the apparatus rather than have to walk back in (it was only about 3 feet but it made a tremendous difference). THAT is not only great customer service, it is amazing compassion. Dr Laura immediately put me at ease. Dr. Laura is engaging, friendly and a fantastic and very knowledgeable dentist. This is a darn shame. I was a customer for close to 10 years. Laura Manuel is great, her hygienists are pleasant but trying to get an appointment is like trying to get an audience with the pope. I tried for 6 months going backward and forwards with the front desk but could never make it work.... and then they got high and mighty and that was it.
