I had two different mobile phlebotomists, one who tried five times and no blood and the second who had to draw from my hand. I let KK know this in advance. She spent a good minute plus searching for the right place. I felt zero when she inserted the needle and my four vials went fast. That is rare. Only one other phlebotomist in the last 11 years has been able to do that. I told her I wanted to hire her for any future work I need! She's very direct and to the point and does her job. Love this. Hope she stays at this location always or I'll follow her to another one!

I couldn't get into my doctor so I felt so bad I went to Neighborhood Medical. Such a waste of my time and money. They did not take my insurance, but told me over the phone they did. I paid out of my pocket and it took an hour to see the PA, not a doctor. I have been treated by other PA's in my life with great success, but NOT today!!!! I had been prescribed amoxicillin by my doctor and it tore my stomach up so badly I had to take antacids. So I didn't complete the dosage. I told this PA that and she prescribed a doxycycline which is in the same family. My concern was there something else I could take, because I didn't want the same outcome. She kind of blew me off and just rushed out of the room. I was complaining about my left ear aching, and she didn't even take a look. So I waited for an hour to only have the PA to spent 10 minutes with me. Also, I'm probably 50lbs overweight and the PA kept asking if I knew I was overweight, yes most people know their weight, please! I said yes, I know I could lose some weight, but I'm not here for that reason...ugh! Waste of both of our time. Patience Be Ware!!!!

I recently went to the Any Lab Test Now on Park in Plano to have my blood drawn for serum eyedrops…read more I sometimes have a difficult time with blood draws and appreciate a really experienced phlebotomist. This visit, I had the pleasure of having Sukhman Kaur draw my blood. Sukhman was professional, efficient and gentle. I hardly felt the needle stick at all and we were able to draw the amount of vials I needed. She was friendly and very knowledgeable about how to perform the task at hand. As an added bonus, the next day I didn't have a bruise where she drew the blood! I was sad to hear she was leaving ALTN for a nursing position but very happy for her. I hope her boss will consider having her work part time if she so desires. I would let her draw my blood any day! Thanks, Sukhman, for a great experience.

Here's the story, I went in to prime diagnostics. The form my doctor filled out does not have an…read morearea to select elbow, it's Prime's form. So they wrote forearm and bicep. I spoke with the technician prior to the MRI and made sure she was aware that I needed to have it for my lower forearm all the way up to my upper bicep. Because that's where the injury was. She said she would do her best. When I went in to have my MRI read by the orthopedic surgeon, he said the MRI wasn't good and even the report given by Prime states that it does not capture the rupture area "unfortunately, the scan does not cover the distal most insertion". Which is where the rupture occurred. I've been calling and leaving messages at both doctors offices and prime for 2 days trying to get them to re-do the MRi they messed up at no cost to me. i paid cash. Both doctors offices said that they had reached out to prime and not heard back. I spoke with the Prime scheduling department supervisor and the billing supervisor. They kept referring me back to the other departments. I have a short window to complete this surgery but Prime is not providing a good service. I may have to go elsewhere and pay out of pocket again. So frustraing!
