I saw this place passing by on the metro and really wanted Indian food. Walking in we weren't sure what to think because there was no one there but it was sort of an early time to eat. We hadn't eaten lunch so we came in. I found out later it has only been open a couple weeks.
The food is delicious and has a really healthy spin on Indian food. The vegetable biriyani is delicious and also made differently. It was spicy at mild but it was worth it, I would have gone for more spice but I'm eating with kids.
We also had the tandoori chicken which I am really glad we tried because it was soooooooo good.
The aloo hobo was also delicious. I could have kept eating but alas there is only so much time in a day. I wish they had masala cha but I had a pretty good alternative.
They also made a really interesting and tasty naan Nutella dessert.
My 10 month old son just about lost his mind on the mango lassi.
Overall a really clean, friendly and delicious place to eat. If we were staying here I would definitely become a regular. The food doesn't leave you feeling too heavy or gross either. It's not oily like many places and the portions are nice too. Eat here, you'll be glad you did. read more
